Options for glasses frames are a joke and you are pretty much limited to 1 style, but the staff definitely make up for that. I will definitely be back for my next exam...but will just have to take my prescription else where for frames!Keep up the awesome customer service ladies!

Last week while visiting in Kansas. I laid my glasses down somewhere at the mall. Never to be found again! I do not drive without my glasses. Being over a 4 hr drive, I knew returning home I would have to use my prescription sunglasses (very dark). I called ahead talked to Stacey. She said if I had my script they could get me new glasses ordered right away. So lucky to walk in and see that lenses were 50% off. They were conveniently open till 7:00, I had a ball picking out my new specs with Bonnie I believe was her name. She measured for my bifocals several times, and got them just right. This was Monday night it is Friday and I’m sporting my new glasses already! Thank you thank you girls. I would recommend Shopko Optical to anyone anytime.

Overpriced on home goods. I went to buy canning jars that were on sale and their sale price was still higher than the grocery store price. They do better in the womens clothing area with a good selection and prices are better than most large variety stores. Customer service is lacking. During peak times expect a wait...seem to be short of help quite frequently.

Six months later after second pair of glasses same problem. Very dissatisfied.

I love the optical center they always tend to my needs whether it be a loose screw or a lost screw or need new nose pads or need my eyes adjusted the doctor there is very phenomenal when I when I needed eyelid surgery he gave me a referral to a surgeon that did a remarkable job thank you Shopko Optical Center

Great store with so much to select from. Prices are cheap depending on what you want but they have just about everything except food. Shoes at payless prices and coats that are great for the whole family. Definitely get the shopko card it is so worth it.

It was so sad. I love shopping there. Did buy alot of my clothes there .Pour shopko is closing in Norfolk Nebraska. I will miss seeing Shirley at service desk and Angie is a cashier there always made you feel important.

Pretty decent deals. Wish there was an electronic section as I didnt notice one. Bathroom needed some tlc so I informed the manager who seemed understanding and helpful.

The quality of materials and items is that of Wal-Mart except price is higher I literally daw a neck lace that said silver plated not sterling silver and the price was 70$ absolutely not. If you find true clearance items then you may find a decent deal but sadly all their prices are more than average so when its on sale its not truly a deal. First experience Im better off going to target I wont be back

I really enjoy shopping at Shopko. They have such a huge variety of things. I will be very unhappy if they decide to close our Shopko

Great store with the exception to the staffing at times. I also feel they could improve on cleanliness.

They always have great sales on kids clothes. My only complaint is that inside the store could be slightly dangerous for those with mobility issues or using wheelchairs walkers etc the main walk ways are terribly narrowed with a lot of clutter.

It was a really nice store. Its a shame they will be closed in June 2019

For a place to be going out of business and in need of liquidating there inventory, their prices are sky high still. Some are even higher than when they werent going out.Example...purchased Fila tennis shoes for 39.99 and 2weeks later they were 69.99. Not cool!

I just rather go to Shopko over any other store in Norfolk. The workers are always polite. And they open registers so you dont have to wait in line long. Someone is always around to help you!
