Everyone was very friendly. A nice young lady by the name of Kayla was a great help. I have never really stepped out of my comfort zone when it comes to choosing new glasses but she changed all that. I can now say im happy with the different styles i was exposed to. No more same old boring glasses. Thank you for being so patience and helpful. I will definitely be back

Excellent customer from Nestor, Kenya, and Cheryl. We went in on a mission, and though they couldn’t hell us complete it, they helped us to their fullest extent. Another eye place wasn’t able to fulfill an order for misplaced contacts and Nestor and Kenya were able to get some good information about the brand name to try to find something equivalent. He even took a search in the storage room for us! So grateful because they helped make the situation less stressful.

As always, broken glasses happen at the most inconvenient times! I had a busy weekend planned and right in the middle, my glasses broke. I had just finished my scheduled girls Xmas afternoon and was heading back home. I had numerous things to do before family came into town for a funeral. It just so happened lunch was next to MacArthur Mall. “ I’ll just pop in and pray they can help me “. These ladies, I think her name was Kayla, and another great lady, had me in and out in 20 min!! So hassle free and helpful. I was on time and finished my busy afternoon. Customer service at its best. Please recognize these women for their outstanding service. ( my visit was in 12/7/19 around 1:00 pm)P.S. this is the second time I’ve been been here since my healthcare switched vision plans. I’ll be back and recommending them to everyone.

Donovan has great customer service! He is personable and makes sure everyone is informed about the best deal. He is also very fashion forward. Not only does Donovan focus on the logistics of ordering glasses he found the perfect style and fit for my face. Hes definitely recommended!

Nestor was awesome! He fixed my glasses in no time and made sure they fit just right. I really appreciated his help. He even cleaned my glasses for me. I was looking to order contacts because I lost mine down the sink! Nestor Kenya and Cheryl were very helpful in trying to get me new contacts. Unfortunately they didnt have the ones I needed but I was able to be directed to a place that had them! I was able to receive the contacts with the information they provided.

Kenya was very welcoming when i walked into the store. She assisted me on fixing a pair of glasses that i had broken from a different stores location. great customer service!

Visiting from Chicago & had a really disappointing experience. I always go to my home location(HIP MALL) for quick fixes or adjustments with no issue, but this place was no help. Instead, the workers were fooling around, and what usually takes 2 minutes to fix a lost nose pad took 20 minutes; the nose pad fell out later that night & I just bought a kit hopefully holding until back in Chicago. They also asked me for a review at the end, so here one is.

The staff was super helpful and understanding. Normally I feel like these places are just trying to make a sale but when I went to this location I stopped by Lens Crafters first Im the mall and they weren’t as helpful as the staff at Visionworks. Especially Kay, she was super helpful and nice. I didn’t get my glasses yet but I know for sure I’m coming back to her to get them!

Excellent service by fully explaining my vision coverage and assisting me with picking glasses out. Nestor was whom I shopped with and was a very delightful visit and easy transaction. Will definitely return for my next pair of glasses.

Great customer service is crucial when you are someone like me who has worn glasses their whole life. Cheryl offers amazing help in making sure I was satisfied with my 3 pairs of glasses. I have been to many retailers, including big name fancy ones but I return to visionworks for their affordability, service and same excellent quality as other companies. Good luck!

Staff was only interested in making a sale. They actually referred me to their competitor in the same mall! Save time and go to Lenscrafters, right below Visionworks. They are friendly, professional, and I helpful!

This visionworks went above and beyond to help solve an issue with glasses I had bought at another location. I purchased a pair of glassess that we couldnt get to fit properly and had to visit 5-6 different visionworks locations to get modifications over 8 months. Finally, they made things right and helped to navigate the process to get a replacement pair and got everything taken care of quickly.

I always get my glasses from Cheryl at Vision Works. She always makes sure I am well taken care. Not to mention they have the best selection of frames!

OKahn and Jo both had an excellent experience with Cheryl at VisionWorks at MacArthur Center. We both purchased new glasses and were so impressed that Jo returned for an additional pair of glasses. Cheryl is the best adjuster that we have ever met. Each adjustment is always spot on. We will both return the next time we need glasses.

Will not go here again. nearly 3 hours is way to long for an appointment. Everything should have been done in an hour. Also not sure how they are pricing their glasses but years before going to them I never had to pay with my insurance but somehow they try to upcharge everything. Never again. Read reviews of others pricing seems to be an issue
