Well this was my first time at pearl vision in 4 years..i believe her name is Kassi at the front desk helped me some much i really appreciate her and the rest of the team. My glasses came back on time they fit perfect and i can see much better now.Ms. Kassi was very respectful and professional always smiling and make us feel very comfortable. If you need an eye exam go visited them and ask for Kassi. She will get you right.

Ive been telling myself for a couple years now that Ive got to get glasses I need glasses. I was worried my insurance wasnt going to cover much. I made an appointment at Pearle vision wards corner. I was amazed how smooth things went. I walked in the door and was greeted by friendly employees explain to him what I was needing and before I know it they were taking care of business I was sitting down with the eye doctor and get an examination and then sat down with another employee and looked over glasses and the pricing of them and within 45 minutes I was out the door. Call me to come pick up my glasses and a couple days try them on and it was beautiful I couldnt believe how much better life is with actually being able to see things that I thought I was seeing that I actually wasnt they were great absolutely great I wont hesitate to recommend anyone that comes up in conversation about glasses as to where to go I just think each and every one of you for your kind atmosphere and help thank you thank you Terry Mason

Excellent customer service! The women up front where noticeably very busy, answering the back to back phone calls, working with customers in the office waiting, on top of assisting the dentist. I was impressed with the multitasking & consistent professionalism & individual customer attention. Dr. Johnson was very knowledgeable and comforting. She was professional, and showed that she generally cares and gives undivided attention to her patient. She answered an& explained everything, if not more, that I was concerned about & had questions about. VERY impressed!

Front desk woman with the red hair and lashes trying to be urban 😂 had a real bad attitude lol and I refuse to come back after today. And don’t come here if you have diabetes or glaucoma. The customer service here is just blah 😑

The doctors bedside mannerism is excellent! She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to the T and was very friendly! I highly recommend her! The sales stuff did an awesome job and the under promised and over delivered!

Dr. Jenni Johnson is phenomenal. I got a last minute appointment which was great. I was in and out in less than an hour. The lady at the front desk was super super nice as well!They offer an alternative to dialating your eye (it was $45 for me) and you get to see super cool photos of the inside of your eye!Glad to have found another amazing optometrist!

Shelley and Rob remembered me as soon as I walked in the door. Even after more than a year since my last visit! AND they remembered I had specific issues with certain frame designs too. Just amazing. I love the service they provide and it’s nice working with such experienced pros. Great job guys!

Unhelpful and a waste of time. The doctor was rude and would cut me off, wouldn’t let me finish answering the questions & did my exam with my old glasses on which screwed up my new prescription that was completely wrong. Very unprofessional and I highly do not recommend.

It was my first time I went to Wards corners the people with very very nice and polite I love that they work with me explain everything to me what kind of glasses I would need they call me within a few days I thought it would be weeks thats the fastest I ever got my glasses back my whole family is going to start going there I love the service I love the people very nice polite most of all they was friendly

The experience was perfect. A week after I got my glasses, I needed a slight adjustment. Was in and out in 10 to 15 mins. I definitely recommend Pearl.

The visit was cool but after my mom was told she needed surgery and we would be called by the office she was referred to it never happened. Its now 2 weeks later and when I finally get in contact with them myself I find out no referral was ever sent and the receptionist never informed me of this when I requested their number today. This has pushed her time to even get a consultation to 2 days after Christmas so who knows how long before the surgery. Very inconveniencing and inconsiderate!

Terrible customer service!!!! They need to train the employees on how to properly set up an appointment and speak with their customers that spends damn near 500 on glasses!!

Great people here. The owner actually helped with finding the very best price and discount to fit our budget, Im a disabled veteran on a fixed income, for getting my Filipina wifes two pairs of glasses. Was so impressed we got my mother-in-laws pair and me a set of RayBans as well for a significant discount. Each time they worked with us to find the best price. They even straightened, adjusted, and cleaned my VA glasses at no charge! They dont combine discounts with coupons or other discounts but will work with finding the best price possible.Also just to clarify some of the confusion in the comments, the optometrist that does the exams is independent but attached as a courtesy service. They do not actually work for Pearle Vision.

I bought glasses here at Pearle Vision a little while ago, and Ive had constant problems with my right lens popping out. Its happened five separate times -- and each time I came in to get it repaired, I was told there was nothing they could do about it but put the screw back in, even when my glasses were still under warranty. Today when I came in, I asked the representative -- an older woman with red hair -- that this had happened five times, and if there was anything they could do to make the fix more permanent. The woman cut me off as I was speaking and told me to lose my lip. I am very disappointed in the service here, and will not shop here again.

Horrible experience!!!!! DO NOT COME! They are extremely inconsistent and they dont have good customer service. I called about my eye prescription and the lady seemed annoyed. I addressed the indifference and the receptionist didnt seem to care and instead gave me an attitude the entire time.

I have been taking my children here for an exam for years and I have been scheduling an appointment for my son to get an contact lens exam and when I received a reminder call about my appointment they tell me that he cant get the contact lens exam done because they have a trainee in and someone needs to be with him.if I hadnt confirmed the type of appointment I would have been paying for an exam he didnt need and now I have to wait another to get him an exam.

They took way too long to get me my glasses this time around i wasn’t too please.

I recently purchased a Groupon for $225 towards glasses which I thought would give me a great selection for my next pair, at a reasonable price. Imagine how shocked I was to find that the LEAST EXPENSIVE pair would be $305 over and above the Groupon!! You cant choose from any value frames or use insurance benefits and it is $269 for a single vision lens before the price of any frames added on. I decided to get a credit for my Groupon instead. There are definitely much more affordable options with nice frames to choose from at other stores, even paying cash price without vision benefits. No savings offered here, and there is still a delay as glasses are sent out to be made. I will go back to where I bought my last pair of glasses in December- made on site in an hour with a complete pair under $100, or another competitor with two complete pairs at HALF of what Pearl Vision charges. Im not a fashion model, or independently wealthy-I just want to be able to see well with a nice frame that suits my face and not go broke in the process.

The lady I worked with was very rude!!! She first suggested what glasses me and my son go with because we were BLACK and the shape of our nose! It only got worst from there. First and last time they’ll get my business
