Refused to help me with my request over the phone to verify warranty. No wonder their ratings are so low. More and more I refuse to go to any Norfolk Walmarts.

Dr. Justin is the absolute worst. I went there for a regular eye exam and it felt so rushed like they were in the biggest hurry to get me in and out. He never even looked at my old glasses and I was a first time patient. He gave me my prescription and when I looked at my old one I realize he WROTE DOWN THE PRESCRIPTION BACKWARDS. EXTREMELY unprofessional and now I have to go above and beyond just to fix HIS mistake for a new pair of glasses.

Dr. Justin is the worst optometrist I have ever seen. Absolutely rude, impossible to communicate with, and showed up to the appointment 10 minutes late—45 minutes after the office opened. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing him just by existing. Please go see any other optometrist in the area. I have never had such a weird, unpleasant, vaguely aggressive, and rude doctor before— and I have been to plenty other Walmart optometrists.

I went here to get my eye exam. Dr. Terri-Ann was great, extremely helpful and personable. The doctor at the vision center with the glasses was always friendly. The times I went here he’s been helpful and kind.

After being told making an appointment would make my visit here better it is going on 45 minutes since my appointment should have started instead someone else was pulled in front of me and i am still in the waiting room. Everyone isnt on the sign in sheet and when they notice your aggravated they smile at you.Never coming back again people plan there lives around appointments for a reason. Glad i left time for error because i wont get out of here til after 1.

THIS PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL . I CAME AS A WALK IN AT 11 AM ... I WAS TOLD BY THE FRONT DESK PERSON TO COME BACK AT 5 . I COME BACK AT 4:56 PM AND WAIT A WHOLE HOUR JUST FOR THE DOCTOR TO TELL ME TO COME BACK SOME OTHER DAY BECAUSE HE HAS A FAMILY EMERGENCY.... MIND YOU IT WAS NEAR CLOSING AND HE WAS SEEING A COUPLE BEFORE ME . THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EYE CARE FACILITY IVE BEEN TOO. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND TACKY. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE . THE DOCTOR IS LAZY AND SEEM TO RUSH HIS CLIENTS ANYWAY. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is awful. Why have appointment times if you have to wait 30-an hour for your appointment? When you ask how much longer, they say they have no idea. Super unprofessional. I’m never coming back to this location again

I was able to walk right in without an appointment with a prescription from another doctor and ordered my glasses that day. It only took them 3 days and they called as soon as they were ready.

I have been dealing with walmart vision for years .After saying this the quality of their product has absolutely gone to a totally unacceptable low ! the product they are selling is abysmal there is no way to put it other than they are junk absolute junk .I bought 3 pairs less than 3 months ago 2 cheep had to replace 1 of them already .1 almost 500.00 for 1 pair now have fallen apart 2 times both times braking the lense having to wait 2 week for replacements .Until they change there vender back do not I repeat do not buy any glasses from them .If you do you will be very disappointed . ( Very disgusted george )

Its Wal-Mart, customer service is slow but you can get help if you are willing to wait.
