Deborah and Amera gave great customer service and mannerable. Line moved with good time

Arriving to a great parking space. Once inside the Associates was stocking and I did not have to wait on service at the deli counter or the checkout line. The cashier was very polite.

Well the prices keep jumping up higher and higher a person such myself will not be able to survive let alone eat. Sorry it is my opinion, I know other food stores are higher, it is why I try to do most my shopping at Wal-Mart but prices keep rising well...

Service not great. Employees have good customer service. It is a job not a social place. Call get your own shopping cart out the parking lot.

Customer service desk always willing to help get the lines down. Customer service rep was calling the customers to her empty line. Was super willing to work. Never got her name but every time I go there she’s super sweet. Cashiers are super nice. I love this store. Im heading there now to get me some ice cream

Do you all not have someone collecting carts? Why do customers have to always go to the parking lot and get their own cart? I see a lot of people standing around that works here and there isn’t carts. Happens every time I come here

If your doing pick up its on the left hand side of the building if you looking straight at the front entrance of the building. There was no pickup sign that I saw so asked a clerk and he pointed me to the correct side of the building. Was quick, easy and clerk was super friendly.

At 6pm they closed all registers but 2. The check out lines were wrapped on around the store and the cashiers had attitudes throwing customers items in bags delicates or not the cashiers didnt care how they bagged them items.

Hands down one of the worst Walmarts I have been to. I only go to this one when I dont want to drive all the way to the Supercentre. The staff dont care and there are always empty shelves

I used to like this place but I was there at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday evening and there were at least 15 customers waiting to check out. There was not a single cashier on duty. The only way to check out were the self check out lanes. There was only 1 employee monitoring the lanes. After waiting for her to finish with another lane it took her a bit to come fix my terminal that the prior customer had left with an error code. She seemed more interested in checking her phone than giving assistance even after someone behind me called her over and she made eye contact. It appeared that most every employee was stocking items. I passed 10 or so while walking through the store. It would have been nice if 2 or more of them could have been cashiers.

Grass field Walmart is one of the best in the Hampton and South Hampton Roads area. I travel over 30 miles pass at least 5 other Walmart Super Centers just to get to this one. The atmosphere is amazing gly pleasent the service is excellent, and the variety of merchandice is very diverse. The associates are professional and attentive. I pay a toll just to get to this Walmart, although you can avoid the toll.

Nice and easy location to shop at. Just wish they had signs that showed where you puck up your online oder from. Wasnt easy to find.

No long line! Had everything on the list...the prepackaged salads were kind of slim in choice ..But great trip

Their pick up does not coordinate with the app. I was driving around looking for orange pick up signs. The app told me to pick which LETTER spot I was in. I could only find what looked like pharmacy pick up and those were NUMBERED. Turns out that was the correct spot for pick up. Felt bad for the guy who probably saw on his end I was there and was standing outside while I drove around for 5 minutes looking for the appropriate pick up space.

Great prices.The biggest fault is not having carts by the front door for customers. Many a time I have come here and you would have to go back out to the parking lot just to get a cart to go shopping.So enough you go, make sure that you get a cart before walking into the store.

Had to put some stuff back when I was checking out. A female employee was nice enough and had no problem at all put stuff back on the shelves for us she did this three times thank you again. Sadly I didnt get her name. Store was clean shelves were stocked. I like this store this is the first time we visited

Very close to me. I love that- my only issue is some of the products I love cost more than if I were to buy it at a Super Center. I have transportation so I usually go to the big store. But I still frequent my neighborhood store.

I dont know people consider this to be the ghetto Walmart grocery store whatever they want to call it I dont know I like it never had a problem with anybody there close to my house good place to go.

I left items behind and when I called the store Deborah who was overseeing the self checkout answered and immediately had a attitude and when I asked her name she hung up on me so I came back to store and I approached her she said it wasn’t her but I know it was she ran on break instead of handling the situation I have never been disrespected by a Walmart associate and Deborah was very disrespectful I will be calling corporate and whoever else I need to call to get her what she deserves

Nice place decent prices for bulk food.

Neat and clean. Lines wasnt too bad however you had to keep stopping to open up a bag to put your things into it. Other then that friendly and helpful staff.

Convenient, pretty good meat, deli and fresh bread section. Staff was courteous and friendly. Store was very clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back.

Lines are usually long and they very rarely open another register. Customer service workers tend to be rude and the managers arent much better. If youre just getting a few things you can get in and out pretty quick with self check out otherwise plan on being in there a while.

Why is there a man panhandling. So not a store I would go to. Everybody that comes put the store he asking for money. None of the associates is saying a thing to him. I tried to call customer service and no one answered the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went through the drive thru pharmacy. The had all the insulin I needed . the walmart grocery on little creek is always out all the time....An plus the lady working here was really nice. Plus it saves me time by being able to just go through the drive thru . first time ever going there.

Ive never had a bad experience at this Walmart. As a matter of fact I went to get a RX and they werent set up for curbside but the website said they had it. And a nice young man still brought me my Rx in the heat and he was very pleasant. And he had face shield and gloves on and was very polite. I only wish they had grocery pick up.

I like this store seems like prices are cheap...only thing is sometimes they run out of items i use frequently but thats not too often...and they dnt have a lot if registers open usually more self check out so its pretty good to make a quick store run for small stuff...and during this pandemic i can say they have stayed pretty much stocked on hand sanitizer and masks and ive got Lysol and wipes plenty of times so that has been my go to store for those items

It’s 8 AM in the morning the store was not busy I’ve been calling them so what I did was walked in the store called them from my cell phone inside the store just to see what’s going to happen do you know they sat there and let the phone ring not one person attempted to pick up the work phone Oh yes I called them out I told them I am calling you from my cell phone and I’m watching y’all not answer the work phone when I need help with something

Its not here anymore sadly but it had coolers for $19.95

If I cant find one thing, I can always count on a replacement. Very dependable.🙂

Lines are always extremely long and some of the meats and produce were past the dates and still out.

Curbside pick up was fast after I found the spots for it. Wasnt easy to find but this was the first time at this location.

There are never enough cash registers open so Im always in line longer than Im actually shopping. What I hoped to get from this location ends up being a waste of time since the shelves arent always stocked. The employees are always nice, polite, and very welcoming.

Today when I was getting out of the car to go into Walmart it was a car parked not in a parking space but in the stripe line and half way into the handicap lane and someone was smoking weed and you could smell it coming out of the car almost got sick

Love this Wal-Mart & the night staff just wish they had more lines open & put signs up that say card only! People dont get paid to check themselves out let alone stand in a long tail line just to get to the register & it dont accept cash!

The ladies at this Walmart location are always so helpful and welcoming. Even with everything going on with Covid theyve tried to stay stocked which I know has been extremely hard to do. But that is definitely my familys go to store. Ms Dean and Ms Gloria always put a smile on our faces lol.

They usually are good except there is barely ever any registers open so its either self checkout or wait in a long line for a cashier.

Its ok never enough registers open. Be prepared to do self service. Some are not very friendly.

Celvetta was extremely helpful for me when I had a store issue. She helped resolve it with grace and a smile and truly showed great customer service.

Just wanted to say that C/S mean just that C/S. While I was at the Walmart Neighborhood Market I encountered two young ladies . The Manager Katina and Cashier Renee. Those two ladies were outstanding, not a 5 which is excellent, but a 10 which in my opinion is outstanding. They were professional courteous and knew what customer service meant. All stores could implement outstanding C/S as your store. Those two young ladies should be acknowledged. Katina and Renee you have my thanks for using the best C/S Ive seen in awhile.

Its a community store where you see the same associates and feel connected with those who provide us with life-sustaining comforts.

Small grocery store like the old ones. Same low Walmart prices. Cant say all the staff is too friendly but, I found everything I needed. I also like that they have warm ready to eat breakfast options for a quick bite. Nothing overly fancy, just some chicken biscuits and some pancake covered sausage on a stick. Its right on my way to work and it is so convenient.
