Brought car up for a passenger window replaced! Well was told it needed a regulator assembly kit. Was told it was broken. Called every auto part store and could not find one. Took the car to Impact auto glass to find out the regulator was not broken and the glass was replaced. Cost a little more but more professional staff . If I could give no stars I would. Very poor customer service. If you want cheap go here, want professional work go to impact auto glass!

I cannot begin to explain how amazing this company is. I was headed in for a weekend trip and a piece of metal came flying at me and started my whole windshield. I called everyone around and no one was able to help. I tried them and luckily they were able to get my windshield fixed within 24 hours. It took only about 1.5 hours and the whole staff were super nice and even explained to me in more detail the damages made.

WOW! I usually leave pros & cons in my reviews, but I have no cons this time.Back story - I busted my windshield the evening of July 1st in Atlanta. I started calling for quotes the next day in Atlanta & Charleston since I was moving on July 6th.Of the 7 places I called, Autoglass Now:- responded to my quote request the fastest- could get me in the soonest (on July 6th if I had wanted!)- had the lowest quoteThey told me it would take 45 min to 1 hr for a replacement (which I thought was quick).I was out the door in 𝟮𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀.When they called day of to confirm the appointment, they even asked if Id like to come in sooner that day. Love it.Cindy was also enjoyable to talk to during my very short wait 😊

They did an amazing job putting the windshield in. But somehow failed to clean all of the glass up afterwards afterward.

I have a brand new jeep. Parked gate hit my windshield and so insurance gave me money to replace it. They ruin the cover piece and my windshield leaks air and water. It’s been two weeks they have given me the runaround about the part. Terrible communication!!! They complain I cuss ... I was very nice at first and at this point we will battle it in small claims court.

We experienced a glass break on our lot, called around for prices, found AutoGlass Now on Ashley Phosphate. Booked an appointment with them in person for a few days later. Got the call that they were on their way, we headed to lot to meet them. Technician got there a couple of minutes before we arrived, where the lot manager, and the owner of the vehicle were waiting. Technician first claimed that it was starting to rain, so he couldn’t do the job. It did not rain. But in the meantime, he demanded to know who was going to pay for the windshield before he started. Our lot manager advised him that the lot owner was paying, and was only a short distance away.Lot owner arrived, walked up to the company truck, showed technician credit card, and tech told him that he needed to call that number in to office. Owner asked if tech minded dialing the number as owner had just gotten out of car with his hands full of papers and wanted to get the ball rolling.Technician said something like “I don’t have time for this”, gave the owner a shove, while closing the truck door and backing to go forward, raked owners arm, leaving an approximately 4” cut on his arm. Then he sped away.Owner contacted police, made a report, took photos, but opted not to press charges, at that time.Owner contacted Cindy, at the shop to tell her what happened, and to reschedule with someone else. Cindy initially scheduled appointment fot the actual owner of the car to take car up to shop and lot owner was still to pay, but Cindy later called back to cancel, claiming conflict of interest.Lot owner advised Cindy that he would like to speak to the owner or manager, and she refused to give him the information, replying that she handles these situations.We attempted to find the LLC owner through “The Secretary Of State” website, and it is registered through some Process Service Company in Lexington, SC. So “responsible owner/manager” m.i.a.

Took car in to have work done, the initial window issue was fixed but I have had trouble with the door they worked on ever since. Wasnt a huge deal until they refused to fix it when I took it back a few days later. The lady working the front desk is extremely rude. They kept saying that it wasnt the part they fixed, which I never said it was, I said my door doesnt work properly now. I even told them another place shut my door and told me to return to where I had work done to give them a chance to make it right.. Refused to listen and would only speak with attitude. Never again!

Derrick came out and did an amazing job fixing my07 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS windshield !! So long story short took it to Safelite glass and they told me we can’t fix this it’ll break when we try to take it off. Which resulted in me not getting it fixed. But called Auto glass now they came out to my house and Derrick did it within 2hrs without breaking anything. Real professional he was. Thanks Derrick!!!!

Highly recommended excellent service and best prices I found in the lowcountry. This was almost $100 cheaper than the other companies that I called considering the $165 it cost that is a pretty significant difference. Im assuming since the car insurance covers the cost of the windshields for people with full coverage, glaas companies are jacking up their prices since most people wont contest it since insurance is paying anyway. Anyway, very fair prices and great work highly recommended.

This is the second time Ive used them to fix my broken windshield. Auto Glass Now is awesome! They are fast, they have a Subaru iSight calibration tech on-site, and they work seamlessly with my insurance to get everything taken care of.The last time I needed their service, I had closed my trunk of my old Elantra on a piece of my bike rack and popped the rear glass minutes before my wife and I were leaving for vacation. Obviously they couldnt get the glass and install it same day, but they were able to have it shipped from their warehouse downtown and installed by midday the following day.I cannot recommend them enough! In a day and age where customer service simply does not exist anymore, they are a shining example of how businesses used to care about their customers experience.

I showed up at my appointment time and the technician was waiting for me! He immediately took my vehicle back and was job done before I had time to get bored. I had to bring it to them but the price was right and it was done so fast. Honestly, the building is a little offputting but the folks there are great. This is the second windshield they have replaced for me the last one lasted three years with no leaks and the rear view mirror stayed bonded. Window replaced due to road debris. Highly recommend!

Had a door glass replaced at the store my husband scheduled the appointment. Customer service was excellent. Technician that did my glass was very professional and did excellent job. The issue I have is the technician sitting in office smoking an electronic cigarette which made me nauseous when I was being checked out. He was unprofessional looking and spoke rudely in front of customers but from other reviews it seems to be the same technician that everyone complains about. I guess when business falls completely off due to unprofessional behavior the company will then make changes.

New front windshield and wiper blades for more than HALF OFF THE COST of another place that would have done the same exact thing. 245$ here for new front windshield and wiperblades, another place which was recommended by my insurance company, would have been almost 600$ for the same service! Very quick, in and out in less than 30minutes! Fantastic job. Highly recommended!

This place is the best. I called one of the major brand competitors and they were $200 more then what this place replaced my daughters rear window for. Sarah and Corbin were the people that took care of us and they were great. They even looked at another issue for me and advise me how to fix it because there was no actual leak but a clogged drain line. Today is the day after Hurricane Dorian and my daughters rear window blew out for an unknown reason makes no sense to me and within two hours the window was replaced at a reasonable cost. Cant say enough about this place

I was trying ask questions and a heavyset tech butted in and was very rude when I just getting idea he was talking about. Could tell by other staff this isnt typically how they do business. Brought car in for glass replacement. The technician appeared to be on something when I got my keys from him. Didnt think much about it after it was after a holiday maybe he was just tired but I mentioned it to my friend who referred me and they said they got a weird vibe also. They also noticed change missing after their install. The price is great cheapest in town but sometimes cheaper is not always best

I was desperate to get my windshield repaired quickly due to Hurricane Dorian. My insurance sent me to another company which is closed all week. I called Auto Glass Now & they were there preparing for the hurricane & told me to come over they would fix my windshield before they closed up. They were quick worked with my insurance. Started off a terrrible experience - and this review would be much diffrent. However the office manager what absolutly attentive to our situation with travel tech. She was very aplogetic for his rude behavior. Upon arrival to the shop the next day they were more than nice - they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right, gave a great deal and a few extras. Everything was fine until I called back 2 1/2 days later to let them know my windshield had water coming through they told me they dont do refund and cant help because they had nothing to do with the problem like what do you mean your the ones who replaced it lady at the front desk very rude and disrespectful telling me that my car accidentally got the wrong window in it how do u accidentally put the wrong window in a car

I called because a rock hit my windshield. They had the best customer service. She got me on the schedule for the next day. Then she called me the day of install to confirm the appointment. Scheduling my appointment was made easy with the help of Sarah. Extremely friendly and polite. The technician Derrick on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. If he is that unhappy with his job he needs to be let go. From the time I answered the phone until he was done with the replacement he has been a very rude human being. His work is very nasty and sloppy. Left glass in my vehicle along with trash in my yard.

We had a windshield replaced today and witnessed a very unprofessional confrontation by one of the employees. The lady at counter was in the back with technicians and we heard the one technician yelling profanity (f word) at the female employee. You could tell she was very upset about the incident. If the male employees are allowed to treat their female coworkers like that it is not a business I wish to give my money to. I hope the technician was made accountable. But from other reviews about a rude technician I doubt it.

Cuality service at great prise

They installed a windshield in my car. It had A wind noise. A whistling noise. I took it back 3 times and they still would not fix it and the installation guy was absolutely rude. I was afraid to go back after that.

I called last week to get a quote. The quote was much cheaper than anyone else around. Within a few days, they drove to my house and in about 20 minutes, I had a new crack free windshield! And to be honest, I expected the final price to be higher than the quote because this has happened to me before, but it wasnt! It was exactly as quote! Great price and great service! Especially when your I durante doesnt cover windshields. Great job!

Quick service on my flatbed tow truck also used them for our small light service Toyota pickup truck and both turned out great.

Requested a mobile repair for passenger window replacement. The job was fast but the quality is not. Didnt put back screw to hold the door handle properly, One of the mounting clip is not installed, The door fabric is loose didnt put it right back. I do have a picture of how its look like after the job. The technician is in a hurry didnt even bother talking to me after the job.

Hey I had my window replaced a few weeks ago here and this past week it was storming real bad, so I noticed a small leak on the passenger side. Im not sure who did the install but something isnt quite right. I looked at it on the outside and the windows molding is not exactly flush. I still give 4 out of 5 recommendation for the great price and speed of replacement.....nice doing business with them.👍

Cheap, fast, and good.They quoted me a price over the phone to fix a 2003 Toyota Corolla that was half the price I got from a few online sites. So I was a bit concerned when I showed up, but everything turned out perfect. Since then Ive referred two people, both of which had equally good experiences.

If i could give a negative rating i would but the young lady Sarah that helped me was amazing but the mobile technician Derek they have is horrible. He was very sloppy and rude. When asked about how long before he would be arriving he snapped at me saying didnt I tell you I was on the way. When he finally arrived he was just as rude. When I tried to ask a question he stated if you can install the glass why did you call me. He left a mess in my vehicle and driveway. I thought my insurance covered clean up when a door glass was broken. If I use this company again it will be because of the office staff Sarah and I will bring my vehicles to them.

The installer was rude from initial contact on the phone i was told good luck getting your windshield today and hung up the phone, after being assured by the manager the work could be done if i would bring the van in they broke the cowl and insisted they did not do it and said i brought it in broken if that were the case. why? was i not informed prior to installation of the windshield so there would be no question of how and when it was broken and to add insult to injury i was asked by and installer what the fu@k was i looking at upon exiting, to which i replied Nothing ...Being a business person that normally is willing to pay more for good coustomer serviceI wouldnt recommend this store to anyone.

They performed the required window replacement. The only issue is that they have no customer restroom. If a customer is gonna be at a business for more than an hour it should have restrooms.

I took my car into Auto Glass Now in November to get my windshield replaced and noticed a few days later when it rained that my car was leaking. I took my car back to them in December to get it checked out, and they told me that my car was leaking because of sun roof issues. I took my car to the dealership, they taped the sunroof to prevent leaking, then sprayed water on my car to test the windshield. It was obvious that the leaking was coming in from the windshield. I took it back to Auto Glass Now in January, they looked at it, and concluded that an entirely new windshield would need to be installed on my car. During the 2 months of this back and forth issue, the interior of my car was getting destroyed by the water leaking through, and it is very obvious. I had hoped that the company would be honest with me the first time and agree that the windshield that they installed was faulty, but instead, I was sent on a wild goose chase. Additionally, the customer service provided was hostile and I felt that I was inconveniencing them by bringing in my car to get the repairs that were deserved. I would recommend going to a Safelite location over Auto Glass Now. Safelite will come to you to fix your windshield and their customer service is much better.

Super friendly service! I actually had a very pleasant experience with Glass Masters. I dunno, I see all the rough reviews and Im not sure what happened in those situations, but they were actually really helpful and made it all very convenient for me.They took the time to explain that my insurance would cover my windshield, what kind of glass they use (OEM) and came to my place of work to do the install - which took all of about 30 minutes in total. The quality of the glass is high, same brand they use on Mercedes and BMWs...and I drive a Suzuki. Friendly staff and easy process, Im sold.
