I had an important need for work that involved printing 2k+ pages of government documents. Because it was time-sensitive I had to get it done on a Saturday. In just about 5 minutes Britten had answered all my questions. And about 15 minutes later he gave me a call to let me know they had finished the job.Thank God for Britten and his team at FedEx!

I had to return my at&t equipment, very clean store. Fast and easy return, the woman behind the counter knew exactly what to do. Using covid-19 practices and proper distancing too. She was patient with me, I couldnt find my account number haha. Anyhow I do recommend this store.

I am not happy with the service. I had a package delivered to this location and my package was given to someone else. I came in and Mallory asked me for my name the last four of the tracking number, and when was my package supposed to be delivered. I told her today. She looked on the delivery shelf did not locate it came back to the counter and told me it was not there. I showed her the text messages they sent me stating to was there and ready for pick up. She then again with her unconcerned attitude glanced at the shelf, pointed to a 1(800)number and told me that I can call customer service. She had a very uncaring attitude. I called the number and I went to the site on my phone to find out that the carelessly gave my package to someone else. The reason that I had it delivered to the site was so it would not be delivered to anyone else or taken. Yet the store did just that. The call to customer service was escalated to a rep named Jackie employee 440778. For what because she was just as uncaring as the on site rep. Oh did I mention that no manager was on site to handle this? Needless to say, I insisted on speaking with Julian he is a wonderful understanding individual who took the time and show concern. I did not like the fact that I asked him how could my package be carelessly given to another customer, he stated that it happens. Not what I wanted to hear. Other than that his service was exemplary and showed was servicing paying customers was about. He was calm polite and concerned. He was able to contact the customer that they gave my package to and resolved the issue. I was there from an hour and a half. Without my persistence I dont believe that this would have happened.

Go to another location if possible. Not only are they very slow here, the girl/lady is rude. She has no manners whatsoever. I was told to bring my items to be shipped to the register. I did and waited until she was done with her customer. Then she proceeds to call a different customer sitting in line to assist before me, even though I was clearly next since she called me up and I was in the store about 10 minutes before he came in. He had questions about email and printing which took even longer. After 30 minutes I was finally able to get out of there. I hope FedEx reads these reviews.

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on Montague Avenue in North Charleston is a great place for all of your business, printing, and shipping needs. I really like the convenience of the location as it is very easy to get to from the interstate and if you are in a rush you can be in and out in a few minutes and be on your way. They have just about everything you need to carry out business.The staff here is very responsive and quick to help you get what you need no matter how large or small the project. I am always impressed with their level of customer service and everything that they are able to do. They have been consistent in their quality the many times I have been there.

$3 a page to send a domestic fax?? Y’all done lost your COVID minds.

I hate when I have a package that has to be returned because I hate coming to this location. When I have to return here I usually put it off for weeks until I can’t put it off any longer. Unfortunately today I had to go in *eye roll.* Ive only encountered this employee twice, but both times I Interacted with her I was treated poorly. The first time it was so bad that another FedEx employee saw the treatment and came out to my car to personally apologize. This particular employee doesn’t realize that she represents the FedEx brand. Now when I think of FedEx I will associate it with poor customer service. I will never be at FedEx by choice. I’m already dreading the next time I have to go back.

I sell through eBay a lot and this is my go-to location for shipping out my packages. FedEx may be a little pricier than some other options, but their efficiency and reliability more than make up for the cost. This location in particular has a great, helpful staff who make the process quick, easy, and completely painless.

A Metal Dolly was placed in front of the door. Representative showed me no empathy in regards to it. He didnt even move it. And then told me it was left by a driver.... Ugghhh My foot was throbbing. All he said was oh OK. Long story short. I Hurt my foot and ankle. Now I Have to see a specialist. I called cooperate to get a complaint in, manager called back seemed unconcerned. I would never ship from here again, if they dont care about my injury, I dont care to ever spend my money with their company.

Stopped today to ship $300 worth of items. Although professional, Julian definitely gave the impression he wished we had gone somewhere else. Very abrupt, just short of being rude. He did not like the fact that I could only describe my packages as electronic parts and claimed that all the security requirements were due to the Oklahoma bombings. Almost refused to ship my packages because we were using a company credit card. If this is the new FedEx policy, then I will take my business to UPS. Have never seen anyone so reluctant to take a customers money.

Worst place ever. Was treated horribly by the woman working at the front desk. She was very difficult and I would never recommend using fedex.

Johnny been amazing helping with my packages. FedEx driver deliver is very Lazy unprofessionalism would not deliver to my work since I’m only couple door down from shopping center. This happens too many time with drivers.

Despite Elaines isolated incident, I have shipped dozens of packages through this store and have never had a single issue. Service is friendly, fast, and accurate. I also must agree with Elaine that Julian is the man.

I received racial treatment at Kinkos West Ashley-the worst service ever by Matt the Manager at this location. They obviously do not like the truth because they removed my post. It is so hard to believe here in 2019, that we still receive this kind of treatment. Horrible customer service. Horrible leadership.

Lisa was nice enough to take her time to help us print transparent pictures. She went above and beyond our expectations walking in here.

Customer service person was not friendly...I didnt care for her attitude...temperament of someone who hates her job and not really their to help you just going through the motions without a clue...I will try to avoid this location in the future...

Stopped in for hubby to ship something he sold on eBay. I picked up a card for a friend while waiting in store and asked the clerk if they sold stamps; a genuine question. She snarked no its not the post office. Very abrupt and rude customer service. Gave 2 stars for hours of operation (open til 6pm Saturday) otherwise customer service gets a 0.

This place is freaking awful. Always crammed with people, staff will help somebody build a business card before they will process a pickup. Bunch of dimwit workers. Go down the street to right to the main location, for real service.

This location was cramped and I almost missed it because even though I was following my GPS, their sign is nearly nonexistent. I mailed two packages, and swiped my debit card twice, for a total of $60... And my bank statement shows FOUR charges of $14 each!! No idea why or how, and their 800 number for customer service/billing cant help until the charges are no longer pending in (my) bank account. NEVER EVER USING FEDEX AGAIN.

This FedEx location is horrible. I called to asked a question and the person kept interrupting me before I could finish my question. Then when he let me ask my question, he hung up on me and didnt provide assistance or help.

Dont waist your time coming here. Terrible customer service and staff dont really care if you are in line waiting for 20 minutes. Stay away... use UPS instead.
