Are use the UPS email quite often back where I’m from in Charlotte and they always get my stuff bring it out on time and today I used one near Charleston and I was told basically since they were too busy at a certain time and had missed my email earlier in the day that they were just gets me when they got to me and it wouldn’t be till the next day so basically my priority level was absolutely 00

I have to say that this store is my favorite place to go to. The guys that work there are so friendly, respectful, polite. I can’t say enough about them, I actually don’t mind having to return something they make it that much better. Thanks guys

Awesome! If I could give it six stars I would. Used this location for Notary, shipping and first time for returning Amazon purchase. I was wondering how would get that mattress from my car to the store as been big and heavy.... (my husband loaded in the car) as soon as I opened the doors of the van employee was right there to help me. Very pleased with this store. Big thank you!

On Monday April 2, was just inside there and the gentleman that notarized my paperwork for me was great! Will definitely be making this my go to UPS store.

The owner Darnell is the only reason Id ever use UPS again. He is the epitome of stellar customer service.My package said it got delivered to me in VA and then magically sent back to SC to this location because the receiving store failed to inform me of a 5-7 day hold policy when they called to let me know it had arrived and I told them I worked 12 hr shifts for the entirety of them being open, and would get there when I can. Called UPS customer service and was told BY A SUPERVISOR that the package was picked up by the sender once returned to the store even though the tracking info showed no such thing... It was on Darnells shelf. He apologized and worked with me to make arrangements to receive my package, which contains MY CELL PHONE. I HIGHLY recommend him and his store to anyone in need of shipping/receiving.

Attentive staff, I thought they were all occupied when I walked in but one of the guys quickly asked how he could help me and processed my package quickly.
