It was a Saturday. So they were operating with a skeleton crew. The lady behind the counter was very kind and seemed genuine. They could not give me my package it was still at the airport. Now I have to wait till Monday for a package that was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. I paid way to much to have it overnighted. For me to have to wait 4 days after being shipped. I thought overnight meant OVERNIGHT. Evidently NOT. But the lady behind the counters fault.

The Supervisor was sitting on the counter at the register. I thought it was very inappropriate. If a customer did the same at the register theyd get kicked out. The girl at the register saw no problem when I addressed it. I went there a lot. This was the only time I was disgusted by the behavior.

2 weeks ago a package being delivered to me from FedEx said it was delivered. Ive still to this day never received my package. Ive gotten a claim number but no one has even tried to contact me. Ive been trying to get ahold of an actual person to speak to and NEVER can. Customer Service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!
I spent over $100 on a package that had perishable items. Our tracking update said that they attempted to deliver, but my sister was home all day and their camera doesnt show anyone stopping by. The next day, as my sister was leaving home, she found that the driver had attempted at the WRONG house because they left a note on the neighbors door. Package is no good at this point.
Customer service is about doing EVERYTHING in your ability to meet the customers needs. In this situation I was simply asking the lady at the counter to just look for a package thats lost. As a customer we dont want to hear scientific answers, especially when we are just simply asking you to take a quick glance around to double check. Clearly all procedures arent being followed, if it was youd know exactly where my package is, so since we know everything wasnt done correctly, how hard is it just to simply look. I appreciate the manager coming to assist in this frustrating situation. FedEx should really start having more accountability for their services. Taken pictures for deliveries for one. Better customer service as well
Ordered a ham for Easter at the beginning of March. It shipped Mar 30th with 2 day shipping paid. It’s April 3rd and no ham no information and no help from FedEx? Day before EasterThanks FedEx for ruining the holiday and letting a good ham spoil on a truck somewhere?! The waste of food is what bothers me most.

Ordered something on Etsy from Turkey almost 2 months ago. Fedex said they attempted to deliver but was unable to, so it was sent back to this facility.I called and asked if I could pick it up there, but they said no since it was already being loaded onto the truck for redelivery.The item was left at an unknown location and marked as delivered.The seller had to contact this facility several times, and upon opening a Lost Package case, the package was never located, and fedex LIED TO THE SELLER, saying that I confirmed that it was received. It was never found!!! And they are so unorganized they have no way to track down the driver.The poor seller had to rush send me more items paid for out of his own pocket. If you’re a small business owner like me you will understand how much waste fedex has caused due this pathetic company.

I would give zero stars if it would let me. The manager admitted to Fedex forgetting to put my LIVE LIZARDS on the plane so they are sitting in Memphis after being shipped from Chicago last night. These are priceless genetics that cost $$$$ and the manager laughed and said I could pick them up tomorrow after driving 2 hours one way to pick them up as its a 24 hour window they must be taken out of the box. They will most likely be dead!!
Fed-Ex was careless and destroyed one of my antique Georgian Mahogany Dining Chairs of a matched set of 6. They accepted no responsibility for the damages. Additionally, I have had at least one driver back over a flower bed killing at least $100 of flower bulbs. I now have to block my driveway to prevent drivers from backing in. I sigh and take a deep breath anytime these people deliver something.
Not once did they knock on my door Fedex is the worst ive never had this problem with usps or ups not once anywhere ive lived not once did they knock they just put a note on my door and left this isnt cool amd really bad on their end

I have had nothing but issues dealing with FedEx. By far the worst delivery company you can use. No matter if I am sending a package or receiving one there is always an issue. Never do they offer any kind of solution but just try to rush you off the phone. Never using them again.
Service is horrible. Every time I go, there is only 1 person working the front. Typically the same lady. She has no sense of urgency. Expect to wait while dealing with her incompatence behavior. There is always an issue why she cant take the package. Iys now become a game for me. Lets see if I win today and get pass the level 1 boss and get my package shipped.The only reason I use them is when returning products bought online so Im force to use them at certain times.

Probably about the worst customer experience I have ever had at any Fedex location. I have been to this location countless times, have a Fedex account and typically drive out of my way to do so and to give them business as they are normally very pleasant to deal with and quick. Not only was no one in the location to meet me I was kept waiting for about ten minutes before anyone bothered to show up. Finally when whoever woke up from their nap in the back came up to help me, I asked to use some tape and they said first they did not have any and then that I would have to purchase it. Another person came in named Val who I’m not sure what her position was at the location but I have not seen her before and when I said that the west Ashley Fedex has let me use tape in the past she responded very rudely ‘well just take that to west Ashley then and ship there’. I most definitely am driving to west Ashley after writing this in the parking lot, and will never give this Fedex location my business again and unfortunately it’s based solely on this one experience after always having so many pleasant experiences here. I feel like canceling my Fedex account and switching to UPS over it.

Came in evening to grab a package I missed delivery on. While there were people being helped, gal behind could get did nice job of still greeting me. Waited short time with one gal in front of me in line someone came from back to help (manager?). Was handled with professional, prompt assistance. In and out quickly, thanks Fed Ex!
Thank you for finally putting something on this side of N. Chas. The location is wonderful However we need some signs that shows where the office is for dropping off packages. For those who dont know, pull into the first driveway and youll see a small parking lot in front of electronic doors. Thats where you go in. Love that we have this on this side of town and I dont have to navigate International Blvd. anymore!
Samsung had really messed me up with my order, but as soon as they got it straight I was able to go to FedEx and they were kind, helpful & professional. Thank You for making my day and the rest of my weekend.
This location is a very nice and clean establishment. Very impressed with the cleanliness and readiness of necessities at the self service stand. The staff workers are frequently upset or in a sour mood which doesn’t make this experience for shipment as enjoyable as other locations. They’ve always done their job correctly, but the employees I’ve encountered don’t seem to enjoy their job.

Driver 88160 need reported for unsafe driving. Trying to merge onto the road this driver did not slow down to let me in and got right up on my rear end. As we get to a stop light he stops right up on my rear end. Got proof to!!! If these are the types of drivers yall are hiring where there is no disregard for the law then Ill just stick to UPS and USPS. This man could have caused an accident!!! Will be reporting this to corporate as well!!

Had live animals shipped, was supposed to be ready before 9am. Was there approximately 9:30. Plane was late and they didnt care about live animals, unfortunately I lost 1 of them.

Something still seems off after their move, like they have the counter staff pulling double or triple duty, but theyre still polite, friendly, and helpful. Service is quick once someone is back at the counter.
Driver said that package was dropped off at 10:19 my mother was in the front yard gardening I was working on my car the garage door was open no FedEx even came by... Pay for the fast delivery and expedited shipping just to get told you have to wait another week for delivery...

Waited all day for delivery. Tracking stated on vehicle for delivery until 8 PM. Rechecked at 5 PM and tracking # was not found. Called the toll free # and after a long wait was told the package was back at FedEx. No door tag left at my house . No door bell rang and I WAS HOME ALL DAY. Very poor service. Now I have to drive on Friday in traffic 15 miles to get a package since the driver could not get out of his truck to deliver
FedEx can be a royal pain! Ive been waiting all morning (9 am til 1 pm) for a special delivery that requires a signature. Ive been sitting close to the front door all that time to ensure I dont miss the delivery. My front door was open, my car in the driveway - quite obvious that someone was home. At ~1:02 pm, I go to the back of the house to get something. When I return to the front no later than 1:07, what do I see on my door? The attempted delivery door tag! I know the time because I looked at the clock as I ripped the tag from the door in absolute frustration. The time recorded on the tag is 1:05! SERIOUSLY, FedEx?!? SERIOUSLY?!??! The driver certainly couldnt have rung the bell. I did not hear it, nor did my cats react (which they always do). Perhaps he tapped ever so lightly on the door - so very lightly that it didnt alert the cats either. So..now I have a choice of signing the door tag for delivery another day (Tomorrow? Who knows!? The tag doesnt say.), or, I can go to the FedEx location after 5 pm today and pick it up, which means dealing with rush-hour traffic - goodie. My guess is that the driver had the door tag already filled out to show package not delivered before he/she even got out of the truck, ran up to the door, and tapped lightly at the same time he was sticking the tag on the door. I do walk with a cane, so I dont move fast, but even Usain Bolt couldnt have made it to the door in time to catch that driver! This is unacceptable! Your delivery drivers could use some retraining, #FedEx.

I have been tracking a delivery to my home and went as far as giving them detailed information as to the Community, the exact house and what kind of vehicle to look for in the driveway. Cant miss the vehicle (its a business 6 x 8 trailer). I have been sitting here all day and not one time have I heard a truck come through the neighborhood. Its a quiet neighborhood so any truck coming through you can hear it, especially the way that they fly in here at 25 mph. The speed limit for the neighbor is 10 mph due to children playing. They said that they cant find the address and for overnight delivery they will try again tomorrow, or I can pick it up tonight at the shipping center in Charleston. This is a issue because who wants to fight the Charleston traffic at that time of night (they are located near one of the biggest malls in the area). For them delivering it tomorrow, no one will be home, we unlike them go do our jobs correctly. Its how we pay our bills.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! They have no clue about anything. Delivery time wasnt executed, so my package went to the ship center near tanger. I waited for a hour just for them to tell me they cant find my package but its logged in the system as being there!!!! Called the toll free number and they gave me the run around also. Finding a package isnt brain surgery. I asked if it came here, who signed for confirmation? All I got was blank stares like children worked there. Never got a call back to confirm they found my package, now I have to wait until Monday to straighten this mess out. I cant believe the level of incompetence coming out of that building. If you can, use UPS!!!!

I work primarily from home and frequently receive time-sensitive documents via priority overnight. This is the 5th time a Fed Ex driver has left a door tag for a priority overnight delivery without ringing the bell or knocking. I actually watched him run to the door (with the door tag already filled out), stick the tag to my window, and he was back in the truck driving away before I could make it downstairs from my office to receive the delivery.
They wont let me pick up my package, they say it has to be delivered even though its two days late and when I call i dont get any help. Im incredibly angry that I bought something and they wont give me what I bought.
I have waited for all day at a church, (today is Sat). But tracking showed that they attempted to deliver my item at my office. Um.. no one was seen... At my office, there were several people. No one saw any fedex delivery person. Also, no notification on the door of the church. This church is too big to be passed by. Maybe today is Sat. They may pretend to be attempted, not actually stopped by. Please, do your work honestly.

The new facility at 1892 Anfield Rd N Charleston Sc is located on a new street called Anfield Rd. This sits behind northern tools equipment company and the new pottery store off of Rivers Ave. In North Charleston. This is a great facility and they served me very professionally.

I was sitting in the house waiting on the driver he never came, nothing was left on my door!!! You guys are the absolute worst and I will be calling corporate. Then when I called customer service the female was rude and told me there was nothing she could do and I could go find the driver around 5pm when hes due to return or wait until Monday! Asked to be transferred to the location and was told they wouldnt answer the phone for me and I just need to wait!! 😡😡😡😡 if I order something and FedEx is the company that delivers then I wont be ordering!! Was supposed to get free 2 day shipping by 8pm. Never happened. Called and was told the container my package was in got delayed in Atlanta. Called the next morning about 3 times. On well send a ticket to the fedex where your package is and theyll call you with in 2 hours... Still no call. Im really Pissed and if this package did t require a signature then it would be all good. But ive called outta work to wait for this package and basically wasted my day. Thanks for nothing FedEx.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was sitting at my desk, less than 10 feet from the door and the driver left a tag on my door without attempting to deliver. When I called to report it, I was told that the driver was still in the area and they had contacted him with instructions to redeliver, and I was given a confirmation number for scheduling the redelivery today.A short time later, my wife received a call from this center stating that they would not be sending the driver back and that we could either drive 45+ minutes there in rush hour traffic to pick it up, or wait for tomorrow... All of this just a few minutes after they had told me he was still in the area and they were sending him back!Dishonest. Untrustworthy. Despicable liars.FedEx, or any company that insists on using them to ship anything, will never again get my business.
