What is different about going here verses the other two big stores.The staff here knows their stock and come off as of they really like to help.Have you ever walked into a place and you kinda brace yourself for the experience because you know it is not going to be smooth - not here.I noticed that my temperance / countenance does not change when I walk in.Nice place

You cant beat their prices. But you have to be very careful what you buy. But you cant beat their prices on some of their tools

US GENERAL Tool Boxes has been one of Harbor Freights best values for a long time. Associates are always helpful, so, treat them good .

Its really good. They were out of one of the items that showed it in stock. Harbor freights inventory database is not really good. You might not want to depend on it and call the stores before you go.

My roommate needed some tools so we checked this place out. Very good store and excellent prices. So much to see there and everything is at a discount. Will be going again.

This place is great, they are very competitive with their pricing helpful service and then here you can find stuff that you cannot find any place else they also have a great return policy but Im happy to say I havent had to use very much at all

It was alright, went in for some tires but couldnt find the right size that I needed for my Milwaukee packout, but I did get some good prices on some tools like a pair of linesman pliers which I did need a new one.So it wasnt a bad trip their they got a wide variety of select tools, power tools, hardware, and more all for your needs and at a fair price!

Staff was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions about where tools were located. Im trying the new to me furniture moving dolly. The look sturdy and have a wider stance than the previous models.

Only complaintis that in-store stock doesnt match with on-line stock. Went there for a particular on sale item which, according to web site, was in stock. Turned out not to be in stock and in fact hadnt been for months according to a store clerk. Otherwise, just great!

Very helpful. Had to ask for stock that wasnt on the floor yet. Saw it on internet. Wasnt the closet store but did have what I needed.

Not helpful at all, never been there before and wont go back! Was refused sale price on sale item also was told by a customer not to hold my breath when asking for help and he was right! The person that came to help me was no help at all when i asked about a certain tool! NO THANKS!

Jim, the supervisor whos assistance I needed with an issue, was phenomenal to deal with.Very friendly staff, everyone I dealt with during my rather extensive shopping trip seemed happy to be of assistance with locating items on my list and patiently answered all my questions.Got lots of great deals from the coupon book you get in the mail (according to my receipt I saved over $150 from coupons!) so be sure to sign up.If youre a frequent shopper I recommend you join thier club (currently only $45 for two years!) the special pricing applied to 3 of my items, one item alone was $15 less as a club memberI left incredibly happy if quite a bit lighter in the wallet.

Manager was rude upon trying to complete a basic return and all of their products are low grade quality made in China-- far better to head to Northern tool or Brinker Brown & other suppliers

Like most places, low stock. Had to go to 2 stores to get what I wanted and got the last one at the second store.

Staff was less than stellar. Had the impression that they couldnt care less and might even prefer if the customer left. Went to Northern Tool, spent a good bit of money and left happy.

Decent tools at a good price

The store was well stocked; even a good supply of PPE at good prices. The pricing is good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone in the store was wearing a mask above their nose and trying to social distance. Excellent experience, I will be back.

Better prices,why spend a lot off money on brand tools,you can get same tools for better prices,off course a good brand tool its super expensive,and if your looking for a tool to make your job possible thats the place,I get a impact gun for 2 hundred something,with battery and charger,1400 pounds torque,its harbor brand but it work the same as a bran one,no problem with axels nuts,or nothing,powerfully tool,and you can and warranty for Les than 30 dollars in case something happens,they just replace the tool,so you never lose a tool,as long you get warranty off course,one of the bests tools stores around,a impact gun around its 300 without battery and charger.

Cashiers have an attitude. They stopped the 20% coupon; ace or home depot are better choices. Even the Walmart up the street.

Very helpful, but was unable to buy a replacement blade for the chainsaw that they sell and their website was of no help either. Husband is not a happy camper..

Clean and organized store with friendly staff. Only issue I have seen for several months, is lack of cashiers. So the line to check out can be long at times.

Do they not answer their phone on purpose? I’ve been calling the store for hours probably about 50 times and not once has anybody answered... It would be nice to get some service over the phone before actually taking a trip to the store to see what their availability is on an item. Ridiculous!!!!

Great place with a lot of very inexpensive tools. The location isnt the greatest, but their pricing is. Dont expect to find any of the major brand tools, but what they do carry will get the job done, usually at about half the cost of what you get at the big Box stores.

Its like Xmas but some of the boxes are empty after the holidays. Came up short on my list but still happy leaving with a small shopping cart full because they had no bags...

I have been a harbor freight customer for as long as I can remember them being open and never one time that I have a problem till I went to the harbor freight on Cleveland in North Fort Myers two female employees one manager one cashier treated me like a thief disrespected me and went out of their way to let other customers know what they thought I was, when a male staff member got involved he resolved the whole situation by pointing out that they were both wrong, I couldnt imagine what was going through their minds I was verbally assaulted by staff and I was not in the wrong it was a very unpleasant visit to my local harbor freight but overall harbor freight is a company that stands by their customers

They tried to be helpful but between their system and organization needs some work.

Grumpy lady, slow at check out. Every customer was a big event for her. I have never been to this store with out waiting way to long for people having problems at the register.

I brought in a coupon which was indeed hard to read but which was from a current local newspaper. The scanner read it as ineligible. I spent $80! The cashier stated that the 20% off coupons have minute text explaining the eligibility... Not Kosher😱

Great little store, seems like they didnt have quite as much product as the ones I usually go to. Still, friendly folks and parking was fine.

Go to the store to make purchases. Their shipping is absolutely horrible. They say 3 to 7 business days. Takes much much longer. Customer service when you call is terrible. Save yourself the hassle. Go to the store. These guys havent figured out that online orders are supposed to be convenient for the customer.

I shop at Harbor Freight about every time I drive buy. The quality of their products and tools has gotten better each year. Im in there so often several employees call me by name.Make sure you get the app or on the email list for coupons.They have lifetime warranty on many things. In the slim chance you do have a problem they have always taken care of mine with no problems and happy faces.

Its harbor freight..... A great place to buy cheap tools. They have almost anything that you could think of, and if what you need is more specialized than what they have you should probably be buying it elsewhere anyway.Buying stuff at harbor freight is a lot like buying generic products at the grocery store, some of the stuff is a-ok and some of the stuff is not so good. Read reviews on whatever youre looking at, check it out very thoroughly and youll should be able to figure out whats what before you purchase anything.Its really hard to justify spending tool truck prices for something that youre only going to use once, in cases like this harbor freight stuff will get the job done. They do warranty a good deal of their stuff so if you break it theyll replace it. Shop wisely ✌
