Pretty great! Feom the time I walked in the door the manager greeted us, she helped us and then we waited while the reps finished with amwhk they had already then BROOKE was our rep and she was AMAZING, she answered every question we had without us feeling rushed or anything else and when I asked about another phone she immediately went to look up the deals with it and such. She didnt beat around any bushes and was straight up about prices etc. She was also pretty funny!I highly recommend this place!

Worst costumer service I have ever seen. I watched sales professional sale a $80 charger to an elderly lady instead of explaining she just needed a charge block and sold her water resistant case calling it water proof when her phone was water resistant already. The tech person who also needed to check in and doing interviews was telling everybody to just use the online options including us. When we explained we wanted to work with a person vs online service she rolled her eyes but took our information. We finally were seen and treated very rudely and spoke down to us. We made a comment about her attitude she informed us she didn’t have one. She lost over $5k in sales plus services and my business account will not be going through them anymore!! I would leave names but none of employees were wearing badge or name tags.

Came in with my father to have my late mothers phone shut off as she passed recently. Two ladies walked in just before us. The two employees did not acknowledge any of us. The big guy who was working today ignored us for 30+. Another two groups walked in to the store after us and were immediately served while we were made to continue waiting. The ladies in front of us got up and left because they werent acknowledged at all. We got fed up after the guy served the second group behind us and when we got mad the lady employee just told us to leave rather than actually fix the problem. The customer service was so bad that dad is leaving Verizon after 20 years as a customer. Im not a customer but Id leave too if I was.

This new staff stinks a BIT!!!! I went in to purchase items for my phone and my son’s phone. While the you g lady was not very knowledgeable I continued to allow her to assist me. Well I should have just left because at the end I advised her I didn’t really want to use my credit card for my purchase. I said let’s just charge it to the account. She took another 5 minutes talking with whomever and came back saying they couldn’t. Well of course I wanted to know why and she stated they were authorized. I’m not sure why not ITS MY ACCOUNT. I have since walked out to my car and ordered everything I wanted online AND BILLED MY ACCOUNT! I definitely won’t deal with the store again. I’ll use the online services provided to me.Thanks!!!

Chody was absolutely amazing! We were greeted at the door immediately with a smile and he was more than happy to help when our first words were its a really long story. He patiently listened while we explained our situation and was more than helpful. My boyfriends 3G phone had been waterlogged and we were looking to upgrade to a smartphone and he made the process seem like a breeze. We live over 30 minutes away but from now on this is the location we will be coming to!We had been in once before and a younger girl (with blonde hair) was super sweet and informative. I wish I had remembered to ask for her name.

I went into the store after I lost/damaged my phone (I accidentally left it on my car and drove off). The gentleman refused to help me find an option for a replacement as I was not an account manager. I asked him to call the account manager as other representatives have previously done in the past and he insisted that his hands were tied until I FOUND a way to contact him and be added to the account. I explained to him that he is in Austin, TX and the only method of communication that I have access to is Google. I got back out in the rain returned home handled all that and went back to the store. The same guy then told me the only option I had was to spend $300 for a basic model phone. I got up drove 11 miles, 15 mins, across town to another store. There I bought a phone out of pocket for $120. I later spoke to a customer service representative about my experience at the North Little Rock location and they verified that the associate could have called the account manager to gain permission for me to be helped in the store. When the corporate customer service rep called the store they said that the policy is enforced on a case by case basis. I guess a six month pregnant woman with a small child in the rain with absolutely no cell phone doesnt warrant a good case for that particular associate to exercise all options to help a loyal customer. The drive to the University location is worth it. The staff members are knowledgeable and willing to help no matter how much money you look like youre going to spend. Even though this store on McCain is less than five minutes away from my home they will not see a DIME of my money ever again. Dont waste your time.

The store was very clean, I was greeted when I walked in. The store layout was easy to understand and find what I was looking for. I got a very good deal on the Moto mods. Buy 1 get the projector for free. The projector is $250! Overall good experience, just a little crowded.

The representive was working with us when we first got there. After working with us for a bit, he was getting aggravated with the issue that we were having. He just pushed us off. Went to helping another customer. Without saying he was finished with us. The issue never got resolved. We got better service with the customer service guy, that we called. His name is Chris. Hes out of Hot Springs.

We had some challenges sorting out transferring our phone numbers from our old provider, but KB and his team worked really hard and went the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed for the whole family. I would recommend that anyone needing a new service provider or assistance with any cell phone issues to go see KB in NLR.

I recently bought a pre pay package with Verizon Wireless switching from another service provider. I had to call the national customer service line to help with issues with my phone. I received horrible customer service. The representative was rude and there was issues with language barriers. She didnt understand what I was trying to explain. I finally had to hang up after the representative started raising her voice.The next day I called Verizon and disconnected service not only because of the poor customer service but the automated system is also a nightmare to navigate though with endless automated systems I had to hang up 3 times and call back to find the right option for customer service.I called the local store location and asked for a refund and after some hassle about how they cant issue refunds with that service I asked to see paperwork stating that was the case. When the manager refused to look it up he finally agreed he would issue the refund if I come down to the store.When I got to the store to get the refund they changed their story and said they couldnt refund my money. I once again asked to see the paperwork stating the policy they instead told me I would have to look it up.I drove 30 minutes expecting to receive the refund as promised instead I left without a refund and this company has lost a customer for life. I would not recommend this store because the lack of customer service and failing to honor a refund that was promised.

I was lied to at least twice today at Verizon.Lie #1: First I go in and ask for KB. A girl goes in the back. KB comes out and starts talking to me. The girl pops her head out the door and says KB will be out in a few minutes. He is standing at the counter. This shows she was obviously too lazy to check.Lie #2: Not happy I am quoted one price at the store two weeks ago for a business account, saying the deposits and fees would be waived, then go back today and there are all these extra activation fees, deposits and such. I got a very poor excuse why KB wasnt able to waive fees without permission. Seriously???Not to mention KB seemed very lost through everything. He fumbled around and asked me if I wanted to use all of my name. He was disrespectful about my hyphenated last name. Do people at Verizon use half of their name?He didnt seem to know what a hyphen or a business license looked like. Why?? If you can read, you can see a business license, and he never has seen a hyphenated last name??Plus he inforned me I will need to pay for a phone Verizon is giving away for free. What?? THEN I get told my tax ID isnt old enough. I was not aware there is age discrimination for a tax ID number or he thought I was just stupid.THEN I got a very poor excuse the business manager isnt at work. Right. How is that my problem? (Noy buying that excuse) He cant sell a phone plan without a manager?? Verizon employees may want to try being honest at work. So . . .Either I was lied to the first visit or the second. No way around that... Not very good business. Im checking other companies currently. Verizon went from the top of my list to the bottom of my last choice list. It has very unprofessional and disrespectful employees at this store. Today Verizon was very disrespectful to me and my spouse.Btw, save apologies in a response. That ship sailed.AT&T may not be the brightest bulbs in the pack, but at least they try to work with you. I may have to pay more at AT&T but its evident, you get what you pay for... I am thankful Verizon showed their true colors today and saved me from one big mistake.I was told by many people Verizon was not bothered with their customers. I discovered they were right.UPDATE: I went with AT&T because they offered me a much better deal with no nonsense. Stay clear of Verizon.

Where to start...Krystal lies. Straight told us the phone she brought from the back was black. Clearly it is space gray. Whatever. But she also lied and said we could not change the primary number over to our new 5s, since we were giving the 4s to our daughter. Technically now our 17 yr old is the primary account holder, because, according to Krystal, the contract is with the number, not the phone. The primary number cant be switched. Total BS. Verizon customer service told us go back up there and set them straight because we dont operate that way. This should be a riot! One more thing, if my 17 yr old gets to England and her 4s doesnt work, Mr. Verizon store manager, well, you met her dad...

These people are liars!!! I told the girl who helped us we wanted the 64g Iphone 6 and 64g Iphone 6 plus. She gave us the 16g and by the time I noticed it was 2 days past my 14 days, I only noticed because my phone started sending me messages my storage was full. They refused to change them, Also was told that if we got a tablet it was on in store promotion for $60. I got my bill a few days ago and was charged $249! I have called customer service and been told since I got it at the store it has to be resolved there. They got the store on the phone and the manager told me he would talk to the rep and call me back within an hour because he wanted this resolved today. That was Tuesday at 1pm.....its Thursday...still nothing. I called customer service back...they got them on the phone again and I went through the whole thing....still waiting on a call back but was told I couldnt bring the tablet back because it past the 14 days....it was past that before I got my bill!!! I will never step foot in that store and I will tell everyone I know not to.

I have to agree with a fellow reviewer, liars.......Although the experience was ok, and the salesman was nice, I called verizon help the next day to finalize the porting of my number, and I find out my monthly bill is going to be almost twice as much as the salesman quoted. Sales staff that just outright lie is not good, I was there to buy a phone no matter what. The verizon help line was most considerate and helpful and did manage to help.

Terribly unprofessional crew... & invasiveDo not trust them! Apparently they have a history of lying& deceiving customers. This is not the 1st time I was blatantly lied to.One of tech reps I think it was Ryan or James was either incompetent or was just straight up lying to me. He tried to tell me he could no longer my plan, because I was simply swapping devices not upgrading just swapping. He said he would have to put me on a plan that had less data for more $$.After correcting him he went in into the very back for long period of time he didnt say why..... He was likely Invasively looking into my account further, which was not needed. He then came out and finally corrected himself saying Oh I guess you can he then started asking personal questions about my account...After I left he was sharing my account details with other Co-workers. I will never go back. This is not the 1st time Ive been lied to by this crew, do not trust them.I would recommend TCC Wireless, they are a Premium Verizon Retailer on Shackleford their Rep Joe is awesome usually works evenings.
