Great team at GMC Norwood. My wife and I came here to test drive a 4x4 truck. Everyone was very professional and there wasn’t any pressure to buy. I recently purchased my first car and Tony and Tim made the experience so easy and enjoyable. I found the car on their website and emailed with Derrick and made an appt. to go in and purchased the car! I had a bad experience a few weeks earlier somewhere else and was not expecting to buy the car that day at Central Buick but I felt like I was heard and understood. The price was great, how could I not? They are open on Sundays which is a plus. Picked it up a few days later and it was clean and Tony went through all the information with me and was so patient. I will definitely recommend anyone I know interested in purchasing a car to go to Central Buick in Norwood. They are amazing.

He did NOT pressure me to get it done right away but instead advised of the outcomes if I did not resolve the issues fairly soon. By now means were we rushed but he was accommodating and courteous of making the process smooth and timely so we could get back to our kids. I have had a very rocky history with my Acadia,Denali; a vehicle that I love. Please check my history & see the problems that Ive had with this vehicle, which is ongoing. As I look forward to my next transportation, it is very difficult to envision that Ill be going into another GMC.There are 5 of us who are driving in my family & based on my difficulties with my acadia, they have chosen what they perceive as better options.

Tried to schedule an oil change and a quick warranty fix on a rear seat belt on a night service is open till 7pm. 1 hour tops but they only schedule appt to 230pm and I wouldnt get there till 330pm so they were unable to help me.

My used car was found with severe mechanical issues 2.5 months after the sale, right outside the 2-month limited warranty. Would definitely avoid them in future.In response to owners response:I purchased a used Ford Escape in January. I did not visit the service department. That may be why you cannot find my record. It cost me $3600+ to fix the transmission.In addition, the sale agent intentionally ignored my email. I cannot get reimbursement for the state inspection ($35), which was promised when purchasing the car.

The service I requested (oil change, tire rotation, and recall repaired) when I made my appointment was performed timely and properly. However, when I was checking in I asked for an estimate to change my fuel filter while I was there and was told it would be $289! This is an outrageous charge for a fairly simple task. When I asked why it was so expensive, the serviceman told me it was a highly difficult task because the filter was located up under the wheel well, behind the shroud and other things that needed to be removed. I explained that my fuel filter is located under the truck, next to the fuel tank, very easily accessible. The serviceman told me he would look into that and get back to me. 3 hours later my truck was ready and he never told me anything about my fuel filter. When I asked he said “the estimate I quoted you was correct.” That’s Outrageous!

Hi. Here goes. I was asked by this company in 2018 to bring my leased vehicle and lease a new GMC. I was advised that GMC of Norwood would pay the remaining balance of my current lease if I leased a new vehicle. They had some good deals going on, I thought it sounded fair. I did so. The agent at the location called to verify my payoff balance with GM financial and coordinated everything. Its now just over 2 years later and my Credit was just dinged 132 points from the upper 800s because GMC never paid off the balance from they prior lease. I had no notice of this, no calls, no mail, no emails. Im guessing GM financial is to blame for a bit of this as well. But now I am having to spend hours and hours cleaning up this lack of attention to detail. Dealing with these credit bureaus are not fun. This hassle is not worth the deal I thought I was getting on a lease. I am in the middle of refinancing the house and this is causing some issues.

Great experience getting a new Yukon Denali. Everyone was helpful and the process was easy and painless. Staff was flexible and worked well to settle on cost and features. Some bonuses like liners and cargo nets which I wasn’t expecting were a nice touch. During pandemic I felt everything was safe and accessible. Can’t review service just yet because I haven’t tried it yet but had nice tour and everyone gave off great vibes. Looking forward to owning this beautiful SUV.

Our salesman (Russ) stopped communicating after paperwork was signed- multiple calls and voice messages with nothing in return.0 stars for the manager of the service department. My 2 young daughters were with me on one of our many trips back to have issues fixed. He was swearing up and down the hall and waiting area because he couldn’t find my keys. Very unprofessional place of business.

Great service on my Buick Regal, something that I thought I would be spending $500+ on ended up being a smaller issue that was resolved quickly and at low cost. They identified the problem during tire rotation and oil change and did not charge for diagnostic initially planned. I will go back for further service without hesitation.

She answered all my questions, explained the vehicle, and was as far from the stereotypical pushing sales person as possible. Tim was able to assist with the financing and communicated with the RMV/ insurance with me to help expedite the process making it stress free and efficient. I brought my Acadia in for defective clear coat on the wheel rims.The rims were replaced under warranty, (good), but it took 4 hours to replace,(not good).I have wasted 5 hours of my time on a problem that should never have happened.Maybe not GMs fault, (wheel manufacture), but it certainly reflects on GM
