I found a 2015 Es300h Lexus that was being sold here about 4 weeks ago and drove about 3 hours from Connecticut to look at it.  The sales person I had was Ryan. He was very helpful and he did a good job helping me get the car I wanted. He was very good with communicating with me during the sales and paperwork process and to this day he calls to make sure everything is ok with the car. Although I did not buy a Cadillac I like the fact that he still sold me a really good car at a really good price. This shows the Cadillac of Norwood obviously wont sell you a messed up, broken down car. This was well worth the drive and I would recommend this car dealership to many others.

I have now purchased two Escalades (2018, 2021) from Norwood Cadillac. As usual you got through the normal tug of war, MSRP versus trade in value etc. But each time I have been completely satisfied. For both purchases my Salesman ED M. was excellent, easy going with lots of product knowledge. I ended up at Norwood due to substandard sales/service at another local Cadillac dealer servicing my prior Escalades. Ask for Paul in the service dept. He is your guy.

My husband and I initially stopped in this dealership because after almost 8+ months of searching unsuccessfully, this was the only place that had an impressive inventory of Cadillac Escalades. We had almost given up hope that we would be able to trade in my 2016 Platinum for a newer, lower mileage replacement. They not only had the most inventory I’ve seen in 7+ months but walking in and around the lot, every single employee was friendly and attentive. We started chatting with Al, a friendly and knowledgeable salesman. I have no hesitation in walking right out of a dealership if I feel like I’m not being heard. I will walk away from a purchase if the salesperson is pushy or doesn’t take an interest in my needs. Al was none of those things, in fact, the exact opposite. He was down to earth, took time with me to listen to what I wanted, understand what was important to me and didn’t try to sway me outside of my preferences. I’m very particular and I do extensive research on any vehicle I have interest in buying. Al not only knew the options, mechanics, etc. of the vehicles on the lot but taught my husband and I a few things that even we didn’t know. If he wasn’t 100% sure he was honest and immediately looked for answers. He stayed late TWO DAYS in a row without saying a single word that it was after hours and the dealership had closed while we were there. Once we realized, we immediately apologized and Al would have none of it. We found the perfect 2019 Cadillac Escalade Platinum ESV with low miles, ALL of the options we wanted and a few extra to boot! Both my husband and I felt like family the first day we walked in. He was amazing when dealing with our two trade in vehicles and we were pleased with the offer on both trade ins. I can’t say that about past experiences trading in vehicles usually feeling like we were given a low ball offer. This is the first time I was happy to sign the titles to trade in. We live out of state and Al has been nothing short of accommodating with that as well. Omar was the finance manager closing the deal; he was not only professional, he was very detailed, answered all of my questions (and I ask a lot of questions), didn’t rush through the process and extremely personable. Sitting in a finance office closing out purchases personally tends to be the most stressful part of buying a car. Not the case with Omar, thank you! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. got my car back after being serviced and found empty beer cans in my front passenger seat floor board. Mind you I am 19 years old and do not drink alcohol due to the medication I am on. Called the dealership to let them know and started getting aggravated with me saying I am lying. LOL at least have it be a budlight and not a soft truly. they drink and work on your cars here BEWARE!

I picked up my new car today and I could not be happier--in every aspect from start to finish of the sale! I had a great salesman--Eddie, he listened to my wants and delivered on it. Excellent costumer services from sales to the service department. I brought in my mothers car to have it service. The service manager was great and helpful. The loaner manager was friendly and their cars cleaned and sanitized. He had me in a loaner car without much of await. Sales Manager was extremely helpful too, we ended up traded in her old car and bought a new one. Due to COVID-19 I was worried about how the process would go buying the new car but it was delivered to the house hassle free. Overall great experience thanks to George, Alex and Tony.
