Robert & Brittany are absolutely amazing. I initially contacted Brittany in finance to inquire about extending my existing truck warranty and ended up buying a newer truck instead! She introduced me to Robert who was genuinely kind, helpful, and totally transparent about the entire buying process. It was truly the best sales experience of all the vehicles I’ve ever purchased.

The positives:1- It took Steve B in finance 30 minutes (I timed it) from origination to signing of my auto loan. He matched the interest rate offered by my personal lender and took time to research and find a specific type of extended warranty I wanted.2- Dan, my salesperson was great, but theres opportunity for him to improve on how timely he updates his customers with any issues.The negatives:1- They refused to let me test drive the vehicle until I signed paperwork showing intent to purchase. FYI, This is a 4 year old F150 Raptor with 58K miles.2- The vehicle needed a jumpstart prior to test-driving. FYI, this is a Ford Certified Blue Advantage car.3- 24 hours after purchasing Ford Certified Blue Advantage truck, a check engine light appeared, I took it to my local mechanic who reported the vehicle will likely need a catalytic converter replacement, rear brake replacement, new battery. Dan took the car back for service and this is where it all went downhill.A couple days later, I called their service to check on status and was told that service department cannot discuss any details of the work on my truck. And that I must Speak to Tigran, the used car manager. I call Tigran for update, who said parts were ordered and being shipped. I asked for a loaner car. Tigran rudely replied he had none available, and that the dealership had zero obligation to provide a loaner. Tigran even recommended that I come pick-up the vehicle from service and drive it a couple days with a failed catalytic converter until parts came in. I had to fight hard for a loaner and it took the GSM, Sean involvement to get a rebate to cover rental fees.In a nutshell, my experience was poor at best. And if you want first hand experience of whats wrong with car dealerships in general, go here, or better yet call and speak with Tigran.

I bought an F150 in May from Jason Arsenault. This was my first purchase of a truck since I had my 2004 F150. I love the Ford family but had been to a few other dealerships and was not feeling the experience or love that I was looking for. Jason took it upon himself to talk through the different options available. I originally was looking for a Ranger but after discussions we went with an F150 which I now love a month later. The process was made extremely easy and even got me Celtics Plates! The icing on the cake was Jason was able to watch my puppy while I took a test drive which was huge to our family to show he was totally invested. What an excellent employee that you have in Jason, and what a great organization all around. Our family is elated with our Purchase and Experience from Jack Madden and Jason!

I emailed/texted this morning with the dealership (via a chatbot/follow-up email) to set up an appointment to test drive a ford mustang mach-e. I received an appointment confirmation, came to the dealer, and was told there were no mach-es to test drive and that theyre charging a $5,000 purchase premium on the car because anybody who wants it will buy it without a test drive. This is absurd and was a total waste of my time. Terrible customer service and terrible way to sell cars.

You can only buy their vehicles if you finance thru them even though i was approved with no money down thru my commercial lender. Their lender wanted $8,000 down. No thank you. No problem taking my $1,000 deposit not in person, but they are making me drive an hour to get it back. Not impressed!!

I thought dealing with JMF would be a pleasant experience based on the initial call I made to schedule an appointment to take care of two recalls (fuel tank/door latch in drivers side). The person in the service dept who answered the line was friendly, helpful and very nice. She scheduled the appt for 12/21/20. I dropped my car off the night before and picked it up right before closing time on 12/21. When I reached for the door handle to get inside the car I immediately noticed that the door handle had a pretty noticeable chip that was not there before. Once inside the car I noticed that the cap that goes over the screw near the door handle was missing. Since there was only mins before closing I decided to call the next day and tell them about it which I did. I was told to bring the car in so someone could take a look (no appt needed). I got there and dealt with Matt, I believe his name was. He was very nice and seemed eager to help. He was very apologetic but said that he would talk to the mechanic. The mechanic of course didnt know why the door handle was chipped nor why the screw cap was missing. Matt had his manager take a look and I was told that they would call me in a couple of days because they had to paint the door handle (which would take about 2 days) and order a new cap. Fair enough, no sweat. Since it was around the xmas holiday I figured Id call since a week and some change had gone by and I hadnt heard from anyone. Well, that Monday (1/4) when I tried to speak to Matt I was told he was out of the office and he would call me the next day. When I didnt hear from him the next day I called again and was told that Matt was in Covid protocol and would be quarantining for 5 days. I was not trying to wait 5 more days so I asked the rep if he could help me. His name was Frank. Like Matt, Frank seemed eager to help and said he would have to figure out what was going on bc Matt didnt put any notes in the system about the issue. I told Frank that the manager (Alan) should recall the issue since he looked at the car on 12/22. After checking with the manager Frank said the manager told him to get the door handle painted and the cap ordered. Frank said he would call me by the end of that week but of course that time frame came and gone. For the next three weeks it would be a cat and mouse game of calling the parts dept, calling the body shop, and promising to return my calls (which he never did bc I always had to call him for a follow up). So here we are 1/22, a month to the day and still no new door handle or cap! This is by far the WORST experience I have had with a dealership because it seems like they are running me around in circles! Dont get me wrong, Frank is very nice but his follow up is terrible and to this day I cannot seem to figure out why something that was only supposed to take a couple of days (and a very minimal repair) is dragging on over a month!

I absolutely hate the car buying/finding process. It is time consuming and most times you feel like you are swimming in a pool of sharks. They just want you to buy, buy, and buy some more. Mark Diamond changed that view for me. He was considerate and extremely communicative. He has sold me my last 2 vehicles and the process was nothing but seamless. What meant the most to me was that we were in a time crunch to get a vehicle replaced and he came in on his day off to ensure that we were all set. He made us feel valued. He stayed from beginning to end and even got some snacks for the kids. These are the things that leave that lasting impression. I will continue to bring my business to Jack Madden Ford.
