I recently purchased a Range Rover from Adam Check at Land Rover Norwood. The experience deserves 5 stars across the board! This is the third Range Rover I have owned, but the first from this dealership. After working with Adam in sales and Adrian in the business office, I can say that this is by far the BEST Land Rover dealership I have dealt with in the Boston region. It is not owned by a large dealership group that is distracted by a dozen (or more) other car lines. The attention to detail, and knowledge of the brand that these guys have, is second to none. Scheduled an appointment for a service 2 weeks in advance and received a call the day before to be informed that they wont be able to help me because my appointment is on a Saturday and they dont have time to do it. Why did they let me scheduled it in the first place? What days does working people take to do this? Do We have to take time off work?Incredible, will never recommend.

Absolutely THE worst customer service anywhere. I had to call corporate to get the dealership to return my phone calls. The service department is not remotely close to BMW or Audi. I’ve been waiting days for the service department to get approval from corporate to buy a part for my car even though it’s under warranty . I’ve never heard of anything like this. I may have to call the state Attorney General’s office.

We have a 2008 LR2 and we absolutely love the car. Several yrs ago, I was hit in the drivers side by an SUV in a parking lot. The other car was smashed and my car was push a few feet to the right but otherwise there was hardly any damaged. Thanks to the steel rim doors, I walked away. Amazing!Not only do we love the car but we are very happy with the Service Dept.. George, our Service Coordinator since 2008, treats us extremely well. George does a great job explaining what needs to be done to the car and has gone above and beyond over and over making sure we get great service. Steve and Cheryl Morin
