Usually dealers are not always the best, but Prime Mazda has been a reliable and trustworthy dealer from purchase to service. Aaron in service always remembers me and the car and makes sure to take care of any issue - we got the premium service package and are happy with it. Their new location is really nice (old Audi dealer) - nice waiting area and attentive employees. They also hand wash your car (not sure if that’s standard service or a part of the service package but they always give a wash and a vacuum when we bring it in). I always recommend Mazda - love the car - as well as Prime, and like the no pressure sales people here, as well as their professional service department.

My first Mazda! Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Sami, my sales consultant, was patient, warm and accommodating in answering my many questions (and believe me, I had many). Sami was no-pressure, just pure professionalism…He definitely wanted me to be happy with every detail of my purchase! . Everyone from the business manager Rob to Alex, the “delivery specialist”, were amazing. Loving my Mazda CX-3 Grand Touring!

Not a great experience. Found a car that sounded too good to be true on their website, asked if vehicle was in stock they told me yes. Set up appointment to come in the next day. Contacted them twice the next day, including once an hour before arrival. We get to dealership, 30 min away and was told the vehicle had been sold. I told them it sounded like the old school bait and switch. list a car, not available, get buyer into showroom, sell them something else. And again, I was in contact with them an hour before arrival, they could have told me the vehicle sold. Then, when I told them I was unhappy and going to leave a bad review, when we got home we found that our car had been scratched and it definitely was not prior to arrival, the car was a week old. Seriously considered filing a police report. Maybe just coincidental but still sketchy, I will never shop there again, buyer beware.

I had some routine service for a recently purchased used Mazda CX 5 at Prime Westwood. It was my first experience here other than buying the car. I can’t say enough about them. From the check- in to the waiting area and the service it was a great experience. Taylor made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. There was a little glitch on one of the parts and Taylor took care of it and didn’t charge me. It’s a very professional dealership with staff that really care about their customers and it shows! Shout out to Taylor! I highly recommend them.

I loved the the service they provided all around. They were willing to accommodate me with a loaner vehicle the entire time my vehicle was being serviced. Not to mention, the communication was very effective and the cost of my services were in my means.

An unexpected no pressure sales experience that felt genuine & collaborative towards getting the best possible deal. Robert was helpful by going through all the paperwork over the phone so that I could sign electronically and save a return trip back. Alex was great during the delivery with his patience, humor & helpful overview of all the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring’s features. We will definitely ask for Sami again for future sales.

Just got a 2021 CX-5 in this dealership. It was an excellent experience. My salesman is Doug Clark (The Mazda Man). He is a really nice person and easy to talk with, and is really helpful for giving buying suggestions and pretty honest even though now is a very difficult time for the customers. I have checked many dealerships around Boston and think this one provides the best service, especially from the Mazda Man! If you decide to get a Mazda, I would highly recommend you go to this dealership and talk to The Mazda Man.

It was just an okay experience. Dealer was hard to contact. I wanted to add Apple CarPlay after buying my car but nobody answered -- reached voicemail multiple times (even when I call the front desk/receptionist). Also reached out via email but no response. Always have to call multiple times before I was able to reach anyone in the office. Even after wiring all the money I still wasn’t contacted.

I came to this dealership to get a spare key for my Mazda. The staff was very friendly and polite. I had to leave my car at the dealership, because I could only get there a half hour before close and that’s not enough time to cut and program a key. They gave me a rental car so I could still get around. My only issue is there was some confusion about my scheduled appointment. I showed up on the scheduled day, but they weren’t ready and had to reschedule. Despite that, I am overall satisfied with my experience.

Brought my CX-9 in for brake work. Did the repairs I wanted and it all came out as it should. Best part about the whole thing is I couldn’t get a ride back to the dealer to pick it up so they returned it to my home for me.

EDIT: our experience was great up until now. Its been 2 weeks since Ive purchased the vehicle. The title was tied up, so how they were even able to sell it is beyond my comprehension. I liked our salesman Harshene, he was very helpful but Im giving Prime Mazda 2 stars now for disappointing customer service and communication.We had a great experience with Prime Mazda. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Harshene and Rob Lewis were both phenomenal and made every effort to make the car buying process quick and painless. Excellent service.

Aron is good but the mechanics who touch my car it’s bad he is a mess dirty person he changed my spark plug they charged me for 4 one but they did only one .they changed my oil transmission the oil was all over the power steering I thought it was leaking my engine . The coolant was mixed with old one the power steering was mix with old one too ..bad mechanic he’s a mess also the engine cover was unscrewed it, he also stole my scratch tickets I don’t who is that mechanic I gave him -0 star I’m not going to brig my car again never never

This is the second car we are buying with Levi, and he is always helpful, straightforward, cheerful, funny, and simply a pleasure to deal with. The only reason this review has no fifth star is the business manager Rob, who chose to intentionally waste a lot of my time on something I told him I would not buy right before we started talking. Moreover, when I expressed my displeasure, he became outright obnoxious and offensive. Dont know if there is a choice, but if I buy from this place again I would ask for another business manager.

I recently bought my dream car, a used-new 2020 MX5 from Prime Mazda and they made the process as accommodating as they possibly could. Due to the virus and other various reasons I could not go to the dealer ship to buy or pickup the car. They bent over backwards to make the experience as painless as possible for me. They were also able to register the car for me and deliver the car to me in a very short amount of time. I would like to point out the great sales person I worked with, Harshene. He was very patient with me during the whole process.

I have owned Mazdas in the past, but always purchased and serviced them at other dealers. Im switching to Prime Mazda in Norwood, MA based on the excellent service I received when trading in my CX-5 for a newer model. I received a reasonable price for my car and was able to select from their inventory a car with exactly the features I wanted. I was treated very respectfully and fairly. All-in-all, it had a very positive experience doing business with Prime Mazda. Thanks go out to Doug in particular for working with me to close the deal.

I requested a test drive for a used car that I saw listed on their website. Their internet salesperson called me back immediately to schedule a test drive, which I was very happy about. We scheduled an appointment to test drive the car the following day.When I arrived at the dealership, I am told that the car I had requested to test drive is not physically on the lot and is currently in repair since earlier that week. Additionally, the only similar car that they had in inventory is also not physically there. They told me they will call me as soon as either of these cars come back which should be a few days.It’s been two weeks and they never called. Additionally, their sales manager emailed me asking how my visit went and I relayed my experience to him. He never replied.I’m extremely disappointed in how this entire situation has been handled. This is probably the easiest way to lose a customer.

Unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience at this place, maybe because I was buying a preowned vehicle, as soon as I got into the car I saw the car was a mess, I requested the car to be cleaned and it was, not perfectly but they cleaned, if you plan on buying anything there just make sure you have a lot of time available to wait for the Business manager to finalize your business, you’re going to literally wait for around 2 hours to sign papers. Besides that the internet sales team is good, and Harshene did a good job.

Janice worked with us to get us our first choice car color, and to otherwise make our recent leasing experience smooth and easy.

Service was great. But on line scheduling and chat was horrible. Tried four times to schedule an appointment. Never received any response.

Great attention to detail from our service advisor Aaron and crew. Our eight year old car feels brand new again. Aaron stayed in touch with us, looked out for our best interests and gave us some additional batteries for our key fob which was a nice touch.
