This was my first time at BMW of Norwood and I can confidently say that my experience with them was 5/5! My service agent was Lorenzo and he was absolutely the best! Aside from being so friendly and super polite, he took care of all my car needs without any problems at all and made sure I was informed and happy every step of the way. Truly, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced yet. I will definitely be returning to this specific location for all of my future car needs.

Car went in for service, all was completed timely. Additional work was needed and completed within a timely manor as well. Loaner car was provided but they could be better organized as I arrived at 6:30am as scheduled and the loaner they gave me had no gas. They did fill it before I left but they should have them ready to go. Otherwise very happy.

From Mario and Ian in Sales to Heather in the business office, we enjoyed all of our (COVID-compliant) interactions. We found a gorgeous, low-mileage M4 that stuns, even standing still. I want to thank Jake Archer and team for a great car buying experience. We purchased our first custom car earlier this year and his patience and guidance along with incredible assistance from expert Paul turned what could have been a harrowing experience into a very positive one. He helped us test drive and sort through the many possible options, was able to build exactly the X5 we wanted, within a month, and at a price that made me smile. To provide some context, we were impressed with the service we received with Ali at BMW of Norwood on our used 2017 X3, even though we had purchased it at CarMax. We thought we were just coming in to test drive a used X5. Did I mention Jake also gave us a great trade-in price for our 2012 ML350? I gladly give my highest recommendation to Jake and BMW of Norwood.

Max, Paul, Heather & Phil..we have to say this has been one of the best experiences in car buying ever! Max was attentive to our needs-allowed us space but maintained contact throughout so we were confident in his securing both the car & color wanted! Provided us answers to all of our questions-he knows the BMW thoroughly-as does Paul who was a great benefit to this technology challenged couple!! Explaining in simple terms that even we could understand-MAYBE! Heather was a delight very business-like BUT super nice as was your trainee Phil! Every time I’m at Prime BMW, the service is prompt and courteous from the moment I arrive. Ali, the service representative who’s been assisting me from the time I purchased the car, has been outstanding. He is helpful, professional, kind and knowledgable. He has ensured I get the most from the service contract and I can trust him to be honest and straightforward about what my vehicle needs or doesn’t need and when. When I’ve had issues questions, he is always very quick to address and is very accommodating. My car is always returned clean with work completed as promised and without any further problems. I’ve owned Mercedes and Volvo vehicles as well, but the service at BMW has surpassed both.

This is my first time purchasing a BMW. The experience I had with BMW of Norwood was exceptional. I first reached out to the dealership via online request on availability for the M2 Competition and Sarah was very prompt in email responses on status and the options that I wanted. When she told me that the car is at the port with all the options I wanted we moved forward with the deal and started working closely with Sokal.Sokal informed me the entire process of where the car is at, explained the financing options, and the different options that the car came with. He is also very enthusiastic and is excited as I am on purchasing a M2 Competition model, as he too is a car enthusiast. He also went above and beyond in trying to meet my needs in acquiring new plate aspect.I worked with Nicole on the financing side and with COVID we worked our closing on the sales floor which is very interesting and different in a good way. She did not “hammer” me with extended warranty and options but show me what options is best for the mileage I will be driving.Finally, Michael who helped with the on boarding process of understanding how to use iDrive was very excited as he too is a car enthusiast.The team here at BMW Norwood has been fantastic to work with in my first BMW M car purchase. I cannot wait for the renovation to be completed and see the new redesign.

The service was great. My Mazda was due for State Inspection and the dealership had moved on the day before I had my inspection scheduled, so their machine wasn’t working. We called early this morning around 11 to set up a time to come and take a look at a 340. Told them we would leave shortly and that it would be a 2hr and 15min drive up. Sales associate on the phone said he would put a hold on the car for us so that it would be here when we arrived. He called us twice on the way up to make sure that we were still coming and that the car was all set for us to view. We were 5 minutes away and got a call from a new sales associate saying the car had been sold!! Now we have to drive back 2hrs to CT and with no car! Untrustworthy people. Would’ve put money down to hold it if necessary, but sales associate never mentioned it. Whole day wasted due to this. Unbelievable, horrible treatment of a customer.

Following on Lack of Transparency from Fabian Ugalde review:Mr. Archer, it is never my intention to make you responsible for my poor decisions of purchasing the BMW Service plan and by ignoring that your dealership wouldn’t take responsibility for what was selling.While I must confess that I was distracted in the middle of the excitement buying a new car and forgot to request the copy of my contracts, the Federal Trade Commission requires auto dealerships to retain sales contracts, and warranty and service contracts. Then I will appreciate you can provide a full copy of the contracts so I can proceed with alternative further actions directly with BMW NA.We both may share the frustration of assuming the cost and inconvenience of such inflexible policies of the BMW brand.

Bought my first BMW (2019 X3) from a non-BMW dealership and within 1 month noticed a noise and some of the ambient lights inside were not working. Brought it to BMW Norwood hoping it would be covered by the warranty. It was an unusual repair and took a while so I thought oh great here we go. Dan kept me updated everyday via text or call. The service team worked to solve the problem and not just cover it up to complete the work. Got the car back and love my BMW even more and had a great experience (which I have never experienced before at any dealership). Hope I dont have to go back anytime soon but this is a great start to developing a loyal BMW owner.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I bought my car certified pre-owned from here, and have had nothing but issues. A leak in the AC system, cracked valve caps, etc. My mechanic discovered that the timing chain guide is chipping-a known issue with this make and model-so I brought it here to have them repair it under warranty as the car is under 7 years and 70,000 miles. I have photos and video of the chipping. I was told that because the check engine light isn’t on, BMW won’t cover it.BMW of Norwood had my car for nearly two weeks, allegedly did 2 hours of work (scanning the car for issues), and didn’t fix anything. I had to follow up with them several times to get any information and pay $169 for nothing. My guess is that the shop is overbooked and they don’t want to do work that is not customer paying.I don’t feel safe driving my car, knowing that it is just a matter of time until this goes and my engine stops. It’s sad that the safety of customers is not a priority here.

A mixed experience given my prior ones at BMW Norwood.I booked the vehicle in for Monday but no one looked at it until Tuesday. The excuse given was because it was a diesel and they had limited technicians with diesel experience. So why not book it in when they had a diesel technician? I would have minded less if they had supplied a loaner but the wait was several weeks in order to get one and the work seemed fairly trivial.The work that needed doing included a bushing for the front suspension and an O2 sensor. The time allocation for the bushing seemed reasonable so proceeded with replacement but the price for the O2 sensor was far beyond reasonable, even at dealership premiums. I don’t have the exact quote to hand but i wasn’t going to get much change from $1200. The work was broken down as follows.1. Part ~ $3002. Labour ~ 2 hours @ $1693. Reprogramming ECU ~ 2 hours @ $169Not including taxes.I bought the part myself, BMW OEM for $107.Fitting took 20 minutes.I looked up in the BMW service manual and it did not say a reprogram of the ECU was necessary.I’m not sure if I was just quoted the wrong part and labor but I saved myself $1100 on a remarkably straightforward job. It actually took longer to jack the vehicle up than change the sensor.The pricing of the work aside I did have a communication issue with the service department and as I look through my phone records I had over 30 phone calls, most of which went unanswered.I appreciate the dealership is going through some refurbishment changes and are maybe suffering severe staffing shortages but the experience was not what I expected and far from that which I’d received before.

Buyer beware. I bought a CPO BMW from these guys. They knowingly sold me a car that would not pass inspection in RI. They knew it because the delivered it to RI. Would not assist or return multiple calls. Once the have your money you are out of luck. Didnt like my salesman either. Double talk and lack of directness when financing. Cut corners on explaining the cars features upon delivery. They had the car I wanted. Wouldnt use them again if i had a choice.

Carlos was good and responsive. However rest of service department was not. I made an appt for a recall repair and needed a loaner, so I had to sit for several weeks. I also wanted 3 series loaner because I am in market for a new one. My current 3 series has 200+k miles.When i called to confirm the day before,there was no record of my appt. Therefore no loaner car either. I had a choice to not drive my car for another several weeks and wait for loaner or make other arrangements for a car for the day. Nobody helped out. Carlos luckily made the poor process easier by facilitating after hours drop off and pick up I needed to do.

From the gentleman who ran out in the rain to bring my car into the service area, to my service manager Dan who was great at explaining everything to me and helping me through my first visit. The purchase and financing process was very efficient (amazing really for any car buying experience), the dealership is state of the art. Mario assisted in car selection and purchase and all in all the entire process took less than 3 hours before I drove away with a new car. This is my second purchase at BMW Norwood and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Initial service of oil change and new wiper blades was fine. I needed a new key fob and was told it would take a couple of days to come in. Two weeks later tried to follow up but service never answered. Tried online chat multiple times with a promise of a follow up call, which never happened. Finally 6 weeks after my visit I was finally able to reach someone in service. Uninterested fellow confirmed fob is there and I can pick it up anytime. This was my first experience with BMW Norwood and Im not impressed

Teresa and everyone were professional, helpful, and efficient. I expected pressure to purchase services that I didnt want. They appropriately pointed out and showed me pictures of problems with the car and gave estimates to fix them but did not pressure me to purchase these services.I did have one problem fixed at no cost to me as the problem was still under warranty in spite of the car being 10 years old

Worst dealership ever!!!! Don’t go here or be extremely careful, I called in the morning before I drove up to look at a concern car (340xi) and the sales associate Robert Powell told me he would put the car on hold for me. I was two and a half hours away so I thought everything was all set. As I’m driving up the Robert Powell calls me asking me more questions and how it was already for me to check out. No lie 4 mins before get there a different associate calls me saying the car was sold and the hold I had on the car meant nothing. WASTED my whole day driving up to this dump. DON’T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP.

My advisor was awful I paid for services that I did not need . I was told they would be working on my car and found it not being worked on. It me three weeks to call and the advise was always lost . Even when leaving the device manager a message he didn’t call back and was excusing the advisor that went in vacation without telling me anything . So my car still has a check engine light on after 1200 bucks later because they had to go through the steps they claim
