Bad business when you don’t answer calls, don’t honor appointments, and profile your customers, who gives these people permits to operate? Smh.

I got my smog check here last week and it went really well. Victor really knows his stuff.. In and out in about 30 mins....

This place is completely discriminating against people of color. I went there one time in the evening I guess it was slow I ask for oil change the guy did it for me I paid $65 in cash and I said thank you and I left. The next time I went yesterday at 4:45pm he said sorry I cant do it now is too late I have to close at 5pm I cant do it . Oil change does not take more than 10min but is okay I left .The next day I went at 3:pm he saw me I was coming in and I saw him too, he just went in the back and told one of his employee came and told me I have to call before come in. If this is not discrimination then what is it? I have lived in 8 countries around the world and I spoke 9 languages I know the feeling of discrimination okay. So to all my people of color just heads up before going there. I just went and got a full synthetic oil for only $37 at firestone dont waste your time and your money there.

Very comfortable, only $65 for full synthetic oil change for a Prius. Nice waiting room too!
