They have most standard drugstore items, but also lots of natural and alternative stuff. Staff is excellent, and prescriptions seem to cost the same as at any other drugstore. Pleasant place.

Favorite pharmacy hands-down. Its super convenient to request refills and they text you when your meds are ready. All of the staff have been helpful, professional, prompt, and friendly. I love going to a small, local pharmacy instead of a big national chain. The service is so much better (probably because the employees are treated more fairly are therefore more relaxed and happy at work), there is almost never a line, the hours are good, the store is small but well-stocked and its easy to find everything I need. Plus theres parking and its right next to Trader Joes if you need snacks. Whats not to like?

I find the staff friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is fairly well stocked and delays are not bad. Supplements are where they really shine, however. Great selection and usually there is a supplement specialist there to assist. Also, the greeting card selection is very good.

My Dr. suggested I try this pharmacy in order to find a brand of generic that I was having a lot of trouble finding. I am so happy I did. They ordered it and next day it was there. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I will continue to fill my prescription here. The chain pharmacies I used previous were unwilling to order it. Great prices here too.

Pharmaca is awesome usually when I’m traveling in the bay area I stop off at this Pharmaca to get some supplies and remedies for travel. It’s cool that it’s next to Trader Joe’s and everything is within close walking distance.

I received the worst customer service and I am still in disbelief. I asked a woman named Nicole for assistance. I greeted her with a hello how are you, her reply to me what do you want. I stood there trying to process her rude comment also thinking she would realize what she said and would offer an apology. Not the case. She looked me directly in the eyes without an once of regret. I have never in my life been made to feel ike an unwanted customer. A lasting impression has been left a mark.

Staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Theyve gone to bat on my behalf with my insurance company. The pharmacy is well-stocked and I can find quite a good variety of products here.

Overpriced. Just go here if I absolutely have to because its convenient.Staff interaction is hit or miss... some might say snooty, depending on who youre dealing with. Id say its about 50/50, at generous best. Its the reason I tend to avoid coming here.

In September 2018, I arrived one evening as a first-time customer, with a new prescription. My insurance was telling them something wacky so the prescription couldnt be filled immediately, but Blanka told me she would sort it out as soon as my insurances offices opened the following morning. She did, and called me that morning to let me know everything was sorted and that my prescription was ready for me.Also, the atmosphere is comfortable and they have comfy chairs for you to wait in. And theres none of the 1980s cubicle-office track-lighting you get at some CVSs and Walgreens.

They no longer do compounding on-site, but the person I spoke to on the phone ahead of time didnt seem to know that since he told me it would take about half an hour at most for me to wait for them to mix my perscription for a compounded ointment. When I arrived, the pharmacist said they now ship out orders to Colorado and it takes a week. I have a young baby, so the trip to this pharmacy was extremely inconvenient.

Great products, great staff. Love the Boiron homeopathic remedy line. Recommend the chair massage too!
