Purchased a bike via phone order and found the owner Robert to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me to navigate through the myriad of bike options and we settled on the right choice. He assembled and tuned the bike and I was able to pick it up outside his store and pay through the phone. The transaction was seamless and minimized exposure during the Covid pandemic. I plan on purchasing bikes for my children as well from here when they outgrow their old ones.

Rob is delightful. I bought my Specialized Ruby Sport there this summer. I have 1200 miles on it and it couldnt fit me more perfectly. Its a joy getting on it each and every time...on the road or on the trainer. I was fortunate to be fitted and assisted by Rob and he and his staff also do great tune-ups on my baby. Great store, great owner, great bike.

This is the only bike shop Ive really dealt with but havent felt the need to change. Got setup with a Specialized hardtail in March and quickly upgraded to a full suspension. Now, I take both bikes here to get repaired/serviced and am always treated great and turnaround time is quick.Smaller shop can get busy on the weekends and has a limited inventory so you may want to call ahead if youre looking for a specific part.

Nice shop, I had to call to find out my bike was finished. Which is the reason the shop lost a star.
