I love this place. If it can be fixed, updated, upgraded then you are at the right place. If it cant be done they will tell you straight up. The proprietor is by far the most knowledgeable person I have met when it come to computers. He is honest and his rates are good. Give him a try.

Wife and I recently came in for some service a few weeks ago for her relatively new laptop. He had the speed issue diagnosed, quoted the price, and had a timeline for us in the scope of days rather than weeks like some other places are backed up right now. This was crucial as she is working from home and needs her laptop running smoothly. Price was fair and the guy here is straight to the point.

This place is the biggest scammers ever you want to get screwed for your money come to this place I would love to give them beyond zero stars. I took my pc for repair and they made it so much worse I will never come back neither will I ever refer anyone here. And also Donald is the biggest scammer here so look for another place to fix your pc don’t get scammed

My hard drive crashed on my desktop so they replaced my hard drive and took a few days to transfer all my data over to a new hard drive. It was a perfect transfer and the price was quite fair for how much time and attention they put into it. I really am grateful for what they did. They are fair, honest and super nice. I was building my own PC for the first time. Put everything together very carefully but when I turned on the power, nothing turned on! I caved and wanted someone to finish it off and diagnose if there was a real issue. All the parts were brand new! Initially I took my PC to Best buy geek squad but quickly realized they had no clue what they were talking about. Took it to these guys and they fixed it within a day! I was fairly close but just had not supplied enough power to the graphics card and some minor wiring issue. They finished the setup, installed windows and all my drivers. Couldnt be more thankful I came to these guys over best buy!

Ive bought parts and computers from them since the mid 1990s. The best things about them are their skill, honesty and work ethic, including a personality that cant stand doing bad work. I own an IT business and regularly send overflow clients there. (The store still makes Windows 7 tower PCs, too, which is important for people avoiding dreaded Windows 8.x; plus they order major manufactures Win7 laptops.) Because their service is so good, the parts they use are also good (e.g., Kingston RAM), otherwise theyd have to service their products more. Anytime something went bad early (e.g., a hard drive), they knocked themselves out to fix and replace it. Ive bought nearly 100 computers there for clients over the years. This is my go-to local store. Im not sure, but I think most of the consumer-rating services, paid and free, rate this store the best or one of the best in the east bay. Perfection in a computer store is impossible, though, so what really counts is how the store handles problems. This raises them to the tip top level. They even work with at least one local homeless person who sometimes needs help with his stash of old computers.

They tried to recover my images but my external drive was to damaged.But they charged a fair price.

Difficult. Poor workmanship. They replaced the glass on my laptop incorrectly. I returned after their 14-day return policy to ask them to address the nonworking trackpad and bouncing curser and rolling screen. They refused to look at it, said they will not make exceptions to the 14-day policy because they cannot return parts.

These guys have fixed several of my machines and in quick time too. Plus they seem able to handle about anything I throw at them regarding computers. I moved away but would still bring my machines to them.

Very rude. Terribly wrong advice. Overcharged. And totally taken advantage of. The worst pc tech store in tje entire bay area. Please dont waste your time and or your money. Because they will be moee than happy obliging you in that endeavor. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE!

These guys have quite a bit of knowledge when it comes to repairing computers. Only gave 4 stars because they can be a bit pricey!
