We recently bought our first manufactured home through Allstar. We told them when we had found the land we wanted to buy and they connected us with the right people to do all of the financing for the home and land purchase. It was a lot of work between then and finally moving in, but Greg was always there to answer any questions and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. We love our new home and will be forever grateful. I highly recommend Allstar and would happily work with Greg again in the future.

Buying a house in this market is not for the faint of heart and this is especially true if youre building or buying a manufactured home. I wont get into the details, it was a bumpy process at times, but I cannot recommend Allstar highly enough. Greg guarantees 100% customer satisfaction and he did everything in his power to be sure we felt good about our purchase and the quality of the installation of our home. Our new house is amazing but any concerns weve had Greg has jumped right on them and found a way, or made a way, to rectify any issue weve encountered as weve gotten settled. If youre considering a manufactured home Allstar will be sure it is done right.

They only use thier bankers for loans. Lake Michigan took over 7 months to get everything processed which at that point the home went up about 10000. I figured because I had it locked in it wouldnt go up but I guess it didnt matter. Why should the price go up for me just because their loan people dont know how to process everything in time. At this point Im buying a house which is better security wise and lower interest. I would recommend buying a actual block build or any home built from the ground up its better value and you wont wonder why a mobile home that cost 75000 went up 95900. Not worth it.

Greg runs a good operation at Allstar. His years of experience and his demeanor makes for top quality. Not all customers can be made happy, but it isnt for lack of trying.

Buying a home from ALLSTAR was a terrible experience right from the start! We were having our old mobile home removed and replaced with a new one. We were told to be out of the house by July 11th. So we did but work didnt start for a month after that (this whole time we have been displaced from our home and living with people). I called Rob on Aug. 11th. He said the houses were being switched out that Thursday. Weeks went by and still NOTHING! Sept 3rd they finally switched them out. But instead of hauling it to the junk yard like they were supposed to they took it down the road and left it along side of the road. It then sat there for so long (over a month) that the cops got called and code enforcement was threatening to fine us BY THE DAY! While they were at the property working they got hot and were trying to get water from our well. I was there when the guy started tapping the pressure switch with a wrench but left a few mina later. The next day when my husband got there the pipe is cracked and water is (and had been for awhile) spraying EVERYWHERE! On October 7th the guy had come to put the skirting on. When I went to look at it...ITS TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLORS (3/4 is dark brown the other 1/4 is light beige). When I called Rob he said it was bc the guy ran out of dark brown and just put that on there for the inspection. He assured me the guy was ordering more and would be back to fix it. The inspection was scheduled for the following day. That day came and and Rob sent me to get pics from the ground to the doors. I did immediately (within 30 minutes) but then he told me it was too late and it would be rescheduled for the following day. Next day came..no inspection. Rescheduled for the following week (Tuesday). Tuesday came and we were told we had to wait for the county to get papers in the MAIL! ANOTHER 8 days pass we finally get inspected. When I called Rob to ask when they were coming back to clean up the debri, he asked what debris? And asked if I had pics...which I did...and still do! The contractors had left piles strewn all over my yard...at least 10 piles! Piles of wood from the demo, piles of concrete with metal in it, piles of the skirting left from the old house, etc. I told him not to bother and that we would clean it bc I didnt want the contractors back at my house. They were worthless not to mention they had stole everything in our shed....tools, Sawzall, orbiting tool, air compressor, ladders, rakes, post hole digger, calipers and micrometers, etc EVERYTHING GONE! So we were stuck hauling out what they demoed. Oh and the old trailer that was supposed to be hauled to the dump? They sold it and its now set up down the road from us! And the skirting? After 3 months and SEVERAL messages to Rob....still 2 different colors! So yeah you might save a few dollars with Allstar but its a nightmare! They also never come onsite to actually make sure the contractors are doing what they say they are doing or did. Rob had no clue the entire time and what he was telling us was not at all what was happening on site! The whole thing was a cluster f&%k! Good luck!

Bought our home in May got it in August . We asked to completely changed the home and Rob was great.. gave us everything we asked for... It is very well built the follow up was great fixed everything that was needed... It is now November still, love the home... Would recommend buying a home there.

Terrible experience. A family member of mine was told they would be able to purchase a home in their price range, at last minute they changed the pricing & said that they couldn’t offer the home & no longer wanted to do business. Now they don’t have the home they really wanted & are stuck having to try and settle for something else because they couldn’t get their info correct nor help them any further. So upsetting.

I’m so very happy to have bought an house with allstar. They went above and beyond for me and was very communicative. They are also very honest men! When arrive to all star manufacture home averything it was fine. I purchase a 3/2 mobile home from them cash and right there start the bad thins. first I talk to rob and asking before purchase I like to have vynil floor from the front door to the kitchen, he say no problem and never get the vynil fromt them and left a carpert flooring after install my roof it was leaking I call them, they say go head start fixer you self because I dont know when the people it going to be there ...... Other problem the toilets, the master room toilet inside the tank drywall pices and inside the toilet plastic and cardbord from the toilet wax 0-ring installation, the other toile it was pupu ...crazy. if that if no enough the bran new a/c unit it was no working. my advise is becarfull with them have a good price but bad, bad services. Also I was thinking do business again with them ....never that going to happen....
