This location in Ocoee is so beyond what my previous experience with other types of phone fix establishments have been. I was welcomed really warmly and the clerk kept eye contact as I spoke to him about my phone issue. Once they ascertained that they could help me, I was then given a clear breakdown of what was being done and he also periodically checked with me to let me know where I was in the process.I would definitely recommend this company for any phone issues.In addition while waiting I over heard another clerk talking to a customer about electronic equipment insurance and I will be going back in to get all of my electric homewares covered!5*STAR SERVICE ….. I came to UbreakIfix thinking I had to replace my charging port because it hadnt been working for months, but Chris (a store employee) first checked to see if my charging port was simply dirty and he cleaned it at no cost and my charging port was working again!! He even explained to me how I can clean my charging port safely in case it gets dirty again. He was a big help and Ill be sure to bring any other devices that need work here.

I noticed that my MacBook Pro was swollen, so I brought it to uBreakiFix in Ocoee for a new battery. They did their free diagnostic and confirmed, gave me advice on how to avoid it in the future, ordered the part and sent me on my way. I was able to keep and use the laptop while we waited for the battery, and when it did come in, they replaced it the same day. No more bulging, clean keys... It even opens and closes more easily now. Its like new! Service was courteous, staff is knowledgeable and offers suggestions and answers questions, and it was cheaper and closer to home than going to the Apple store. They made a normally painful process pleasant. Im a fan!

I dropped off my working PS4 for losing WiFi connection. They kept it for 3 days and said the PS4 is working properly. Took home it plugged it in and it wouldnt boot. Took it back and they said the hard drive is failing. It all just seems shady to me. Like the auto mechanic that breaks your car so he gets to repair it.

I previously went to another store to get my water damage looked at. When I got the phone back, I experienced some display issues with my screen and it was causing eye strain for me. They gave me a cheap screen. I came in today to get a diagnosis for my problem and Damon was so cooperative and helpful. He did a really good job with replacing my screen and the customer service was great. I got a great quality screen and I am more than happy with the service I got here today. Definitely coming back if I have any more tech issues.

Nothing but good things to say!I visited a few times this week for several things. Sheldon, who worked with my old and out of date iPhone 6 in most of those cases, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Sam, who updated it and got it out of reboot mode, was also very helpful and personable. Both of these men are extremely knowledgeable in their field and answered all of my questions.I initially came in for a screen replacement, which Sheldon did very quickly (and well!) while making excellent conversation, but ended up back several times the following day for unrelated software issues. My phone was diagnosed, updated (something I couldn’t do for years) and eventually brought back from the dead by Sheldon and Sam.The combined experiences were easy (quick same-day service), fit my needs (even with an older phone running on an older operating system), and very affordable (I shop around prior to getting my phone serviced, this place has the lowest prices I found and offers generous discounts). Services are performed by personable and knowledgeable professionals who go above and beyond. The shop itself is clean, well-lit, and pleasant to be in.TL;DR: 10/10, if you need a device fixed, this is the place!

The folks at this location really try to provide the best customer service they can.. you get the impression that they try to correct your problem the best way possible at the lowest cost possible. Recently I brought a phone into the Ocoee location that would no longer allow me to plug in my charger snuggly so it would no longer allow me to charge it. Damon took care of my phone by first cleaning it.. then testing it to ensure it could now be charged.. this worked...!when I asked him how much I owed, he told me nothing.. it was an easy fix and his pleasure to help me.. this type of customer service is what keeps me coming back to this location. IPhone stopped charging and gave me problems for months. I stopped in and they cleaned the charging port in 5 minutes and it now works great!

My grandson took his cell phone in for repair. They called us when it was ready for pick up. After sitting in the car for 20 minutes waiting for my grandson to come out: I went into the store to find him sitting in a chair and he told me the home button wasn’t working and he had to wait for them to fix it. I left my grandson there and informed the tech on duty to call me when his phone was fixed and he was ready for him to pick him up. They called me and 20 minutes after I arrived my grandson came outside and said he paid them $102.00 and was told they can’t fix the home button that WAS working when we first took the phone in for repair. They refused to refund his money and we still have a non working phone. Very unprofessional and TERRIBLE customer service. I recommend NOT relying on this company for any of your device repairs.

Jonathan was extremely helpful. Whilst I was running out the door to come drop my laptop off for screen repair. I dropped my phone and damaged the screen. I was so concerned because I came into the store 10 minutes before closing time and with a upcoming meeting I was sure I wouldn’t get it fixed. Jonathan replace my screen in time for me to make my meeting and completely saved the day. I would never go anywhere else everyone at this location is so efficient!

Extraordinarily poor customer experience. They do not to repairs back to factory specs as advertised! Read the fine print! If this company repairs your phone, it will no longer have the water resistance rating that it did.They replaced my charging port on a brand new Pixel 3 XL, which is supposed to be waterproof, however they did not properly put the seal back in when they did so, and they didnt tell me it would no longer be waterproof. Then when I went to the beach and tried to take underwater pictures of course the phone got ruined.I had to pay $250 for a warranty claim to get another new phone, and it took me about 5 months and at least 2 dozen phone calls to the corporate office to ever get my money back for the repair They did which messed up the water resistance, I cant begin to explain how rude and unhelpful, unsympathetic, and Im willing to take responsibility for their errors this company was. They even had another u-break I fixed location take the phone apart and confirm that the seal was not properly installed, But they wouldnt take ownership for the destroyed phone.Never use this company.

I was hesitant at first to get my phone repaired here. Im generally pretty good with my hands and looked up some tutorials to fix my issue. I have a Pixel 4 and I dropped my phone on hard tile and gave my screen a pretty good crack in it that got progressively worse. Well, those screens are real pieces of work to repair and there was no way I was about to do this. The original quote price over the phone of $300~ kept me from doing it for a few weeks, but I finally realized it needed to be done and went in to repair it.I normally dont expect much from these places, I pay for a service and receive the service. The people up front are friendly and welcoming, but thats what they are paid to do, so while it was pleasant, it was what I expected. Once I went back to pick up my phone (Took a little over 3 hours, but this is a difficult repair) this was where I got impressed.I work in restaurants as a manager often times Im in the kitchen. I keep my phone on me and occasionally pull it out while on the line to check emails/texts from my company/boss/other managers or any other person, and as such my phone collects all kinds of gunk, namely breading that is in the air (and everywhere) which can clog the speakers and other things on my device.When I received my phone back the repair was in order and what I expected. However, they took the time to go into my phone and clean all my speakers and mics and my phone looked brand new. I was very pleased because I didnt ask for this first of all, but I know how annoying that was and tedious in conjunction to the already annoying screen repair.Damon did a fantastic job and I know where I will be taking any of the electronic repairs I have from now on.

Also, huge fan of the monthly Asurion product- it’s like having my own IT dept available 24/7- very helpful for those of us working from home-won’t go without it now!Sheldon was fantastic- helpful, efficient, and funny! They answered right away, took my phone immediately, and had it done in 1 hour- highly recommend!

Took my MacBook in for a case replacement, said it would be a week, then a week goes by and they now say Wednesday. I waited 3 extra days and it’s still not ready. Bad communication with the clients. The first delay they advised was COVID, now it’s a totally different excuse, a part. Come on, we pay good money for their service and it is lacking big time. If you like excuses come here.

I went to uBreakiFix in Ocoee for the first time yesterday. I have been to the uBreakiFix in Clermont before. I met with the employees at the store in Ocoee and informed them of my issue which was my iPhone XS battery had a short lifespan. They informed me it would cost about $109 to replace. They later called me and informed me that the other uBreakiFix store had DESTROYED my phone on the inside. They informed me that my Face ID was broken by the other store and they found loose screws in my phone and wires no attached to the correct pieces. They informed me that because of what the Clermont store did to my phone, they had to also replace the front screen which would be another $300. Long story short, the Ocoee store replaced the screen and battery and only charged me half price for both parts due to me finding out that the Clermont store messed up my phone. I was so pleased with their professionalism and their ability to complete the task in a short amount of time. I will be returning to the Ocoee store if I have any other issues regarding my phone.
