Awesome Customer Service. I had negative experiences with a previous company that was extremely frustrating taking an extreme amount of time out of my daily life. Had a great experience our sales Rep. Was great personable and very knowledgeable on the product line. The I purchased which Im now using to write this review, is too notch 4k camera,126gb. Great sound for spotify very happy with the service and product.

I have been a Metro Pcs customer for 10 years. When I walked in I was not greeted by either of the workers. Which was understandable since they were busy with other customers. Kevin was very helpful with explaining the best way I could get a deal for my upgrade. However, his co-worker was very curt and rude with Kevin taking his time to help me. That is the first time I have been dismissed at this particular Metro Pcs location.

So 2 weeks ago I bought 2 phones with Kevin. Hes super nice and helpful. I really recommend this place.

My husband and I visited this store on Sunday 9/29 and we were greeted by Angel G. Who was absolutely AMAZING!!!! He was very patient, well knowledgeable about the products promotions etc He went above and beyond for us and made sure we was happy when we left! (Not to mention the free burgers they grilled for us 😁) needless to say we will be returning to this location for all future MetroPCS purchases due to Angel! Thank you again Angel for the awesome experience.

Stopped in on Friday afternoon because I wanted to upgrade my phones. Was very unsatisfied with the level of service. There were no customers in the store or the parking lot. Thats a red flag to me, but outside of that the employees seem to think and mention that I needed their phones I came to them. I politely left the store.

Lilly is one of the best customer service representative i have had the pleasure to encounter with your company. She is definitely informative and an asset to your company. The pleasure was all mine to have encountered such a great experience with her.

Justin is a miracle and i will always visit this location gor his experties knowledge and great customer service. I recommend visiting this location before any other location.

Must say my experience here in MetroPCS has been more then excellent. I Definitely recommend seeing Natacha for all your cell phone needs. I really appreciated all her patience . Natasha was not at all pushy but made it her goal to see that I left with the phone I wanted and even threw in another free phone for my daughter. Her demeanor was awesome and just made getting my new phone such a pleasure. Thank you for the great service Natasha !!!

Salah did not help me in that store recently he swnt me to another store instead of helping me with my yahoo account will never go back they are no helpful there at all!

Juan, instead of sending me to the home office, he diligently solved my issue by accessing my information. Something that Google and Samsung was unable to do.
