Waited 2 hrs for an oil change and tore rotation. Didnt check tire pressure like they were asked to do.
The work was done more quickly than I expected. Everything went smoothly.
The people at this dealership are very friendly and they do a very good job.
I was calling to try and get information on the 0% financing offer that is plastered all over anything Chrysler/Jeep at the moment. It took four calls to actually speak with someone. Jason the General Manager was the person that I was finally connected with. It was the typical interaction with a typical car salesman, he did not want to answer simple questions. In general I dislike the practices of dealerships but in times when they need to move inventory I thought they may be a bit more straight forward. Just in case anyone wants the true information on the current offers. The cars are being discounted by the manufacturers, the dealership is not lowering the price. Therefore you will not get the 0% financing along with the rebates, per normal. According to Jason the lowest APR that you could possibly get with the rebates being offered is in the mid 3% area. All the payments you see listed on their site are calculated at a 7.21% APR, so dont bother Locking It In as this rate can easily be beat by most local banks/credit unions Also according to Jason someone with a 650 Credit score carrying a decent amount of debt could very well get a lower APR (with Chrysler Financial) than someone with a 800+ Credit Score and no debt. So as always is the case, you should take the rebates and finance outside of the dealership, this will also prevent you from buying a Bumper to Bumper warranty that doesnt cover any electronics. I was almost about to schedule an appointment to take a test drive until I spoke with Jason and he reminded me why I wont be. Couple pieces of advice for Jason. Learn to answer simple questions, dont talk down to people because you think being the General Manager is something that makes you special and dont try to jump around answering questions. Some people really are interested in buying a vehicle and your uppity attitude cost you an easy sale today.
I would not recommend anyone take their car to get service at Olathe Dodge Jeep. I only took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to this dealership for oil change. My car had been sitting for almost a year and no one has access to the car. Car only been driven for a few months after oil change with my dealership where I purchased my Jeep. I took my car to Olathe Dodge Jeep that is closest to where I lived for change. After my oil change completed, service advisor came to me and said there is transmission fluid on my radiator reservoir and find no issue with radiator and wanted to charge me $350 to flush my radiator. Keep in mind, my car only been service by dealership. I believed Olathe Dodge Jeep service department pours transmission fluid in my radiator reservoir and I refused to pay them to flush radiator. I left Olathe Dodge Jeep and took my car home and not driving my car. The next day I took my Jeep to my dealership and my service advisor stated that transmission fluid is fresh and someone had to drained radiator fluid and put in transmission fluid in the reservoir. I have tried to have Olathe Dodge Jeep make it right but they refused. I will never go back to Olathe Dodge Jeep dealer for service or purchase any vehicle from them. I advise everyone to stay away from this dealership. They are out to prey on their customers.
Worked with Brandon to purchase a Ram 3500 turbo diesel. Had some issues on my end, but they worked with me and were understanding. No pressure from them. One of the easiest, and best car buying experiences Ive had. I highly recommend, and will be back when my company needs another truck.
Polite and fast. Waiting areas were pretty decent.
Great environment
My vehicle was towed here for repair after getting rear-ended. Despite not being a Dodge product, they did an outstanding job repairing it and were professional and helpful during the process. My car actually looks nicer now! Best body shop in KC and its not even close.
Salesman was good, definitely a old school salesman but very nice. They definitely have lots of good inventory. Sales manager was supposed to come and talk and never did
My company has had numerous Dodge trucks repaired at this facility. No problems whatsoever. Repairs were done well and trucks always looked good as new. I have also had a Honda repaired by them. Did a great job. They worked with our insurance company to get the repairs done timely and in budget.
Went in for an oil change and watched many other people come and go for 2 hours! And then the second I got up and asked it was (supposedly) ready. Not to mention overcharged with a bad explanation. I will not be returning. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Took care of mr very fast
These guys have taken care of us so many times. We run rentals through Turo and they have taken care of all our damage claims. Almost spot on with the reimbursement from our insurance provider.
