We’ve used Secure Storage for over 4 years and have never had any issues, and have at times had multiple units. They’ve always answered our questions or helped us in every way they could. Rented the unit online. It was a very easy process, quick turn-around. Did it Sunday night, got all the access codes via e-mail, showed up Monday afternoon to bring the first load, the unit was clean an ready for me.

The staff I met in person and spoke to on the phone were very helpful and professional. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this place!

The signup process for the unit was soooo easy! I did it all online and immediately got a confirmation with my unit number and access codes. Went the next day to check it out and everything went so smoothly! The had a long waiting for me in my unit and even had the plastic cut to make it actually usable! I can’t imagine an easier and better experience.

This has to be hands down one of the best storage facilities Ive ever used. The property is extremely well kept and Joyce was very helpful when I was deciding what unit to get. She is very professional when it comes to customer service, and has a great personality, which makes it easier when it comes time to pay for the unit. The property is always trash free, and extremely well kept.

Incredible service at the location in Olive Branch. The manager helped me find the best deals on my storage unit and the truck rental. She made sure everything was seamless and I did everything but sign over the Internet. Unbeatable price on my storage unit, especially for an INDOOR, CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit... $49.00 / mo... INSURANCE INCLUDED... OUT THE DOOR!!! The facility was IMMACULATE! Beside the fact that its almost brand new, it smelled almost hospital clean, with that sanitary smell. The grounds are well kept. The location is extremely convenient. The trucks they rent are mint. I have never experienced the value and service as I have at this location and company in over 30 year of using public storage facilities. I highly recommend this company and location.

Great service nice and clean and climate control units the best

The staff was friendly and efficient. Prices are comparable to other storage sites but Secure Storage was cleaner and more secure. Half off the first months rent was also nice.

Really convenient for me, I live just across the street. The place is always clean, and there are not people just hanging around. The only downside, there is no onsite dumpster. It’s hard when you need to clean out old things and there is nothing to toss them in. But other than that...I love the place.

I had 2 10 by 20 indoors units that were broken into at this place last year. Very conveniently no cameras were working at that time & I lost about 20k worth of personal property.Cheers to Olive Branch police department for their help in partially recovering some of my property & successful catching of those involved.Secure Storage did nothing to help, no follow up, no apologies. They are worthless & useless.

As a new customer to Secure Storage, I was treated with kindness & respect. The facility is new and well lit, which is very important. The pricing was very affordable and beat the prices of other storage facilities that I had called. This location is close to my home and easy to use. I am glad that I found and chose to use Secure Storage in Olive Branch.

Customer service sucks! waited for 4 hours for someone to return from lunch. they live upstairs and never once did they come outside. I sat with 4 other customers burning up in our cars. I had cleaned out my unit and was trying to close it out. I called all the numbers including corporate, no help. but they did send me a bill for the next month! poor management will be the cause of their demise.

Very poor service. We were supposed to pick up our Penske truck for moving at 9am. NOBODY came to open. We had to find another truck some 15 miles away. 15 people were waiting on us to help. NEVER AGAIN!!

The girls in the office are so friendly and helpful! They take time to make sure you get want you need, and then make the rental process as easy as it can be! On top of that, its clean, and the whole property is well taken care of. So glad I chose this location!

Nice place, nice employees just one thing I would ask to be changed. your month to month plans, maybe you should look into pro-rating because I cant get my keys until Saturday morning and thats my bill day so now I have to pay a full months rent for half a day of storage...kind of BS dont you think? Other than that honestly the place is nice.

I will probably never use a storage facility again! I now have had 2 horrible experiences using any kind of storage facility. Everything was OK until i had water damage to my unit. The girl that took the claim said she would turn everything in right away and she was going to shut down the unit and have it investigated for the water leak only to find out later that she did not. Property management changed during all of this, so the new manager had no documentation of the event. I filled out all of the paper work again only to be told I had to file the claim myself. I filed the paper work and after waiting several weeks I received a letter stating the insurance company needed the documentation from the manager of the unit. Once paper work was sent, several more weeks went by only to find out the facility had already moved a new tenant into the same unit that had the water leak and to find out the original lady from the insurance company no longer works for them. Now more than 3 months into this i am having to start all over with a new adjuster, filing all the paper work again and still not having the reports and such from the property manager. I still have not received a solution, or prompt cooperation. I have gone back and forth with the new adjuster each time and it is another problem or something is missing from the file. Here we are 6 months into this and I still have no answers!! I asked for the supervisors name and number who is over the property manager and all i got was its being taken care of this week no name and no phone number! I have gotten nothing but the run around! Very poor customer service!!!

It was a great experience through the whole process. The office people was great to work with. The whole process was a positive one. I would recommend this storage company to all my friends. I looked at a lot of storage companies and this one was the best by far.

Why did you go through and put stickers on all our locks... these stickers dont come off. I paid for the lock. Why are you vandalizing my property?! Who is going to take the time to get it off? I waited on hold for over ten minutes and finally gave up.- this company jacks up rates so fast and will not answer the phone, they have a call service and they dont address issues. I moved my stuff out and they kept charging me and would not refund my money and I could not get anyone on the phone. Also, the number below doesnt do anything, call it and youll see what Im talking about... these people arent focused on customer service at all, I promise you, just your money.

Rude Manager. after being told wrong by an associate that works there and ended up getting fired after he rented me the unit, I spoke with the manager and she said sorry for the wrong info but it is auto pay and month to month no matter what he did to sell me the unit. there was more but to sum it up i ended up paying 144 for a 10x20 unit from June 22 to July 22.
