Hit the power button, then nothing. Computer doesnt work or light up at all. Sadness.Called support, still cant get it working. Had me reseat a few things, determined to probably be a motherboard issue caused by shipping. Which is fine, its understandable that something can happen during shipping.What I dont like, they give you a sheet that shows it was tested, and to be working in good condition. My sheet had a date of being tested in June. Youd think theyd test right before shipping.Didnt come with the start up guide, not so bad.One of the GRB cables fell out of the motherboard and the hot glue that was holding it in there prevented me from being able to plug it back in anyway. So that wouldve been an issue even if the computer worked.Other piece that is annoying, after waiting on the computer for a couple weeks. I have to ship it back and wait even more time, especially because the label provided is ground shipping.
Ordered the Blaze II on Tuesday and received on Friday. Super easy instructions and super easy set up! Even comes with mouse and key! Super great customer service and can’t wait to see what they do in the future! Best bang for your buck rn with the parts shortage! These guys really made it a whole lot easier!
Ordered one of their high end PCs and still nothing. I contacted their support and was provided a tracking number. Was told ups had the package and that they ship fast. I was excited. A week later it still hasnt shipped. After contacting support multiple times I finally got a straight answer. Apparently the PC is out of stock even though when I purchased the $4,000+ PC it said on their site its in stock (it still says in stock) and they said Ill have to wait another week. Got an email from support saying it might be faster that a week, to which they also said it might be 2 weeks. Very frustrating. Ill update the review if anything happens.
Purchased the Blaze 3.0 Bundle. Shipped in the 9 business days, right on schedule. Checked the build and it was clean and correct. Connected all the included accessories and powered it on. Windows booted up and everything has worked fine since then. Im pleased with the hardware selection. The MOBO seems to be an OEM version from Asrock with respectable specifications and lots of spare slots for stuff. The GPU was manufactured by MSI, which is all over in this bundle. I was concerned about the pre-built concept, but to get a decent GPU this was a good choice, and probably a savings over building it myself. Playing Doom Eternal on Ultra Nightmare video settings with no problems.
TOP notch customer service. Both the technician that helping me troubleshoot the issue and the one do the repair are fantastic! After going through the phone support, I chose sending the whole system back to them such that they can diagnosis my system thoroughly . Even though theyre short on staff due to pandemic but the repair technician (Eddie) who helped me to repair my system is very understandable my situation and rush the repair and sent the fixed system back to me before Christmas! The system works wonderfully now and whats a great Christmas gift from them! Really appreciated!
I love my Skytech Gaming Computer! I had nothing but problems before trying to edit and make digital picturres in photoshop with my previous computer and this one just took off like rocket and didnt hold me back one moment from anything I wanted while in the background a slideshow of all my photos as a screensaver. Love it!
The system arrived packaged well and exactly as wed ordered. It works without any issue and was easy to set up following the instructions provided. We are very satisfied with this product.
Amazing computer didnt scam on there rando parts they added, they went for more average which was nice. I got a dope prebuild that has been working for over a year + so I certainly recommend them.
My rating is not based on the quality of parts, because they are amazing! No outstanding issues regarding the timeframe from purchase to delivery. But as I had read several people reviews expressing that they had issues due to shipping shifting components around, so I expected it. And as karma would have it, I received the computer in the towers box, it was wrapped in shipping plastic, corners were re-enforced and packing inside the computer itself so all precautious were taken. But the issue came when I powered up the tower one fan rgb didnt come on (simple fix of pushing the connector back in) but the bigger issue was the motherboard LED for VGA light stayed on during boot up. This was a Friday so I promptly called tech support as I had no video signal going to the monitor. Long story short VGA card was bad upon arrival. But I had to wait until Monday to talk to tech, call lasted 6 mins and I was told 2 weeks for a replacement card, after they determined how the card broke. 2 weeks. Personally thats a bit much. So I was little heated. Then the email for the return package label came in. And I read that if I failed to package the card adequately and that causes damage then I would be responsible for the replacement cost. So I was like wait - the card is broke its being shipped back broke, can you see the irony here? So, it arrived in Skytech Gaming hands today (5/7). I emailed tech support requesting a replacement be sent out today. Response - no the soonest Monday and thats asking for a favor.. SMH. I would think they would be prepared to ship out a card upon receipt of the broken one. Whats the point of the RMA?? A lot of money spent + a slow fix service dont make good bed fellows. Hope better news to follow.I will update once I get a replacement card.Update: card arrived, card installed and system booted up fine. I believe it have been roughly 2-3weeks since and happy to report no issues. Performance is great, so I think it is safe to say that I’m pasts the spontaneous hardware failure timeframe. Again, the parts are great that they use! Changed the rating from 2 to 4 stars!
Im local so my custom build arrived very quickly - 6 days from the day I ordered. It was packed extremely well and came with a keyboard, mouse, cable ties, all cords, and everything was setup in 10 minutes. First thing I did after setup was checking specs and running some more demanding games and everything runs perfectly. Really great machine for the price and very impressed with all the extra little things they took the time to do.
To say I am happy with my new Skytech Shiva PC is an understatement. I had never purchased a gaming PC before and for the last twelve years have exclusively used Mac. I wanted to get into PC gaming and spent about three weeks researching different PC manufacturers. The combination of great reviews and overall tremendous value lead my decision to purchase the Skytech Shiva. I honestly couldnt be happier with my decision. I was very pleased with the entire process. The PC arrived to my home well packaged with simple setup instructions and everything I needed to get started (keyboard and mouse). I plan on purchasing from Skytech again when I need another PC. Thank you!
Very bad and way over priced Cheap components that comes in this PC, DO NOT BUY!, very bad customer service, the guys there dont care about the customers, they over charging for cheap parts, and sell them to you as the latest parts Wich is not the latest parts, 0/100, DONT RECOMMEND, stay away from Skytech, is not even a brand
I love my gaming PC from Skytech. This is a great PC for those who enjoy playing games on PC. With my budget being under$1,000, this PC fits all my criteria in order to play games. Also, PC got delivered on time. It was easy to install and start the PC. I have no problems so far. I really enjoy my gaming PC! Highly recommend!

Spent over $4k for a rig in November. After a month I received my machine and it was getting Blue screens every hour or randomly turning off. It has been sent back for repair and is currently February. I have had zero status updates. I have no idea what is going on. Unacceptable service to any customer, let alone a $4k custom machine. I hope to update the review once this is resolved.Update: PC was lost on their end for several weeks. Finally able to get repairs and has been sent back to me. When powered on it would only go to the BIOS and wouldnt boot windows. After many hours it was discovered that the NVMe is fautly. A new one has been sent out in the mail. It is now almost half a year since my original order and I still dont have a fully operational product.Update: Replacement NVMe has been sent and reinstalled (having to tear down much of the machine to access) After several months, hours spent on phone with customer service, I now have a functional machine. I was given a 500gb hard drive as a sorry for the hassle. I appreciate the gesture, but Im not sure if that compensates for the months and money spent to ultimately receive a machine that has had alternate replacement, Case / Fans / CPU / Motherboard / Drives / RAM and miles spent back and forth getting banged up in the mail. It looks nothing like the Rig I originally ordered. The only thing that hasnt changed is the GPU.

So I wanted to buy a gaming PC for my sons birthday and picked this place since it had the highest ratings (they bribe buyers with a $ 10 Amazon gift card to give them 5 star reviews) and ordered via Amazon. The website said order 2 weeks ahead so I did but guess what the computer showed up 2 days later in a box that had too much tape as if someone returned it then they repaired it and send it to me. Anyway we hooked up PC but the wifi card was not working so we called and it took them 2 weeks to send it and it required me to lose a USB port on the mother board to hook up the new card and I lost a USB port for future expansion. Every time I call you have no choice but to leave a message and then they call back when you might be in the middle of something else.As if this was not enough I went and their website and found that they were selling the exact same 100% identical gaming PC for $ 200 less so I called Amazon then sent a message to these folks and they replied if the price drop is within 15 days we will give the refund and how would I know when you dropped the price. I was late by a few days so I got cheated out of $ 200.This is a mama papa joint with no professional conduct they are scrapping for very penny and assembling PCs cheapest way possible. I would avoid them at any cost.
I purchased a gaming computer from this company for my daughter via Amazon. It was way below specification, and failed to connect to the internet consistently, nor did the graphics card do its job. My five year old standard Acer desktop performed better. Their machine was a glorified computer case with pretty lights on it. I returned it for a full refund per theirguarantee, but despite that, the company charged a restocking fee, claiming that a technician had tested the machine and of course they said that the computer worked. I then requested a copy of this tech report, but of course it was not forthcoming. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs - do NOT rely on their dishonest guarantee. Their advertising is wifully misleading, their products are horrible and below par - one star is way too much. Completely untrustworthy Not worth one star.
I received the computer but was damaged.. They gave me no problems and issued replacement which arrived in a few days. Great customer service a great PC will order them in the future

I had a great experience with Skytech. I had an issue and needed to RMA, which I did. Fedex then lost the package. Seeing the Fedex investigation was taking some time, Skytech stepped up and just sent a new computer without me even asking them to do so. Communication was good all the way and I appreciate it. Ordered a PC on 4/27, on 5/5 I asked for a refund due to the long wait time. Today on 5/12 my PC was on the truck and scheduled to arrive before 9PM. Today they decided to cancel the order, and have it shipped back to them, when it was 30 minutes away from me, even though I told them I would gladly keep it and cancel the refund process. Poor communication by them. Im disgusted.
Horrible service...sent emails no reply ...chat feature says you are 13 minutes hold its been over an hour waiting... ssd drive model takes 10 minutes to start up..my other PCs do not have this issue...I am gonna report to Bbb
Just received my pc from Skytech Gaming after four weeks. They had some issues getting my parts on time, but that wasnt a huge issue. Once I finally opened the box, my case was missing a leg and a few of the cables werent plugged in. I called Skytech to let them know about these issues and I still have not heard anything back. Dont wait four weeks for missing parts and plugs not connected. Go somewhere else to build your pc.

I would give them ZERO stars, where do I begin with the incompetency of a company. First off, they couldnt even properly install the software without having a memory leak within the system that causes the system to throw an error irql_not_less_or_equal. I reset the system over and over again but to no prevail did it work at all. Even ran a memory diagnostics that would fix the problem, well it fixed the IRQL error but then the system started throwing another error. Try to get in touch with customer service is the worst thing EVER, I have better luck getting in contact with president trump then customer service at this pathetic company. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST !!!!! PS. newegg should stop doing business with these clowns.
Bought 8 computers for our photography club in Pinehouse and all of them slow, connected incorrectly and skytech doesnt help.
