Highly Prejudice! Im African american and was the only one on my 1st shift. I definitely felt like an outcast. Briefings or adjustments conducted in Spanish. Coworkers talked about me in Spanish w/o addressing me personally. And ultimately I was terminated do to improper machine usage, mind you, Ive nvr operated a machine while employed there..🤔

I do not hate this I think this is good all day long Im hearing this buzzing in my ears and a low set of instructions to do off the wall stuff and when I sleep I I find myself dreaming or talking about these things that are repeated over and over. Also the holograms are cool and neat but after I lost being scared its just a virtual realityIts not fun I seriously hate my life my blood pressure is thru the roof I do stupid things I would never do and all I hear is mean derogatory stuff its heartbreakingI want to love but with all these games Im forced to run and protect myself cause I dont know if its real or not..they chased me around one day till I stole a car and I went to jail. I dont want that please help

Honestly not the best company, I dont even consider it to be a company. Its disorganized, people here are not taught. You are thrown in to the work environment. Company its self is very very racist and sexist. Favoritism is strongly around in the warehouse. Not many people come to work because of the people and or managers (or they are just lazy). Lots of work (hard hard labor) little pay. Many people quit because of the company. Through you right under the bus. Anyone working here or decides to work here...best of luck.

Great foam company in the. LA. AREA THEY ARE AWESOME DOING BUSINESS

There is no organized system to go by and no training. It results in a very chaotic work environment. One where you may actually be run over by a fork lift going way too fast, and where you are yelled at by superiors to not give attitude when they are in fact the one giving attitude. To be honest some of the workers look dangerous and try to intimidate on purpose. I would suggest drug screening your workers Elite. The owners of the company should work on organizing the product on the floor because this factory screams fire hazard. They also need to properly train people on how to be respectful of others. All I have to say is if you plan on working here because you need a job, please take care of yourself and may God bless you.
