Ordered a queen set in January 2019 upon my return from hospital. Quality of Matress was excellent, price was fantastic and delivery was right on time . Ordering a second set Aug .2021 . Carlos was responsive and professional. My experience was pleasant and professional.

My wife and i are EXTREMELY satisfied with their service and ability to deliver the mattress on such short notice! We ordered a Cali King luxurious mattress set and had it delivered nearly 100 miles away from their facility (for a low fee). Not only are we having the best sleep ever but we SAVED an insane amount of money! Definitely 10/10! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Do not buy from this company.‼️ Owner (Carlos) is a Scam you order something, he doesn’t deliver then blocks you. They’re extremely unprofessional and the quality is not even all that good as what I saw when I went to the warehouse to get what I had paid him.

Found them on offer up. They told me I can go to their warehouse, so I went to go so I could see the mattresses and frames in person. They told me they close at 6. I was out running errands I got there at 5, the warehouse/store was closed. So I called the number on the door and they guy said they just went to lunch and that it would and that I would have to wait 25 minutes. I know I shouldve just left but I figured I was there so I told him I would wait. He ended up coming earlier. Anyways I found the bed and mattress I wanted. My husband and I told him that we were going to use the box springs instead of the wood slats under the mattress and he said oh yeah your mattress comes with the box springs. So we ordered and paid for the king size frame, mattress,and box springs. They came to deliver our stuff and noticed they didnt send the box springs so my husband told the guy so he called the owner and handed my husband the phone. The owner said oh you dont need a box spring for that frame. My husband told him that we paid for it and its also on our receipt, we paid for it and what we were planning on doing. He said sorry my guy made a mistake you shouldve been charged more. He said he would have to talk to someone and that hed let us know or to call him the next day at 12. So I called because I never heard anything and my calls were forwarded. At this point I was very frustrated I kept calling and same thing every time so I sent a message saying that they needed to come give me my money back and come get their stuff. As soon as I sent it they call saying they cant do that but they can give me a box springs for $40 thats the price they get them for so we said ok whatever so he said hed send it and wed get it today, I waited ALL day it never came and they wont answer our calls or messages. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!!!!

This company and the owner Carlos are untrustworthy. They promise items they cant deliver, charge you without delivery and wont refund for the items they cant deliver. They wont return phone calls or respond. They will have you wait all day long for several days waiting on a delivery. When they finally show up and its the wrong item they will scream profanities at you and come across very threatening. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

This place really shouldnt even be a bussines. They have the worst! Customer service the main OWNER honestly doesnt even know how to treat his customers. I was promised a delivery date (charged for and not negotiable) and they nevef showed up. I had to call of work that promised day to make sure someone could receive the merchandise, and they did not bother to call me or send me a message to let me know there was not going to be any delivery. I called the number on the bussines card, got asked what my info then texted me and asked again my info. After the owner called back and said they would be unable to deliver my things till next day. I then called 3 times he sent me to voicmail right away. I then texted him it wasnt right that they had no communication w their customers on the delivery date if it was going to be delayed.. he totally ignored me and my calls. I went in to see if i can add something on (has not even been 2 weeks) and be gave me the worst cst service. His receptionist was alot nicer and even said they always complain about him. This place is really not recomended. The owner proudly said. Well u can do whatever u like now the finance company already paid us so now u deal with them. DUDE U AINT GETTING MY BUSSINESS AGAIN! Or me reffering people over to you.

Do not buy anything from this company I purchased a bedframe and the bed frame was damaged when I went to Exchange the damaged part they told me that I damaged it very cheap quality you’re not getting what you pay for with this company and when you have an issue they won’t respond

Was not told deposit was not refundable nor does any where in the receipt. the mattress we ordered in shop was suddenly not available the day of delivery . and they wont refund my deposit.....BAD PLACE TO ORDER FROM!!!

The rating is only for the product and quality but I rate a 1-star on business-oriented because they will tell you that they will be there one day and not show up no phone call no text or anything

I do not recommend this place the very bad attention and you pay for a product that you chose and when they take the delivery to your home it is no longer what you bought you call and what they design is that it is the same product but in a different color they believe that one is less buy in that place

Very bad attention, when they give you credit they get a lot of charges and the prices they tell you do not have them in front of them, they make hidden charges and everything to collect the credit you already took out. I do not recommend it.
