Bought a dirt bike for my grandson and was treated great by all the staff. Got a good deal on a nice bike. They over charged me about $400 and I didn’t catch it they did, got a call from them the next day telling me to come by they had overcharged me, not only are they great people to deal with but honest too!!!

I called their service department and spoke with Brad, explaining my key faub was no longer syncing to my 2016 Cheiftian. He immediately said to bring the bike in for them to look at. After arriving, they identified the faub was no longer working (Im sure I damaged it while exchanging the battery). After a short time a new faub was programed and all was working great again. Great service, escpecially for a new Indian dealership and being unscheduled for service. If it is ever necessary, I will be returning to Columbanus Indian.

Columbanus has always gone above and beyond my expectations in getting my Indian roadmaster in shape to ride . Great friendly and knowledgeable folks here . I highly recommend them . I drive 90 miles just for the great customer service and it is well worth my and I will continue to do so . Lee up the good work!

My grandson paw paw bought him a 4 wheeler from the Honda shop. He only drove it 5 times maybe. It stayed in the shop. They finally stopped dealing with it. Now 7 month later it has electrical gas problem and a new battery problem. Spent alot of money to fix it our self. NEVER buy nothing from them. Not even a stick.

Went in Honda of Orange for the first time since the new owners have taken over. I must say I was impressed with the inventory and the employee service. I brought my rear tire off the 1974 elsinore 125 to get the tube replaced. Was introduced to the new owner and was taken care of on the spot. My old friend Ralph replaced the tube while I waited and was given a fair price. I will recommend Honda of Orange to all my racing buddys.

Even with a hurricane approaching our area the staff at Honda of Orange fixed my generator. Then they brought in a truckload of generators and prepped them for their customers. Excellent customer service.

I did not buy directly from this place but had issues with another place nearby (Which I would not recommend at all) and the people here definitely earned my business. Richard and the manager was super helpful with my situation at the other dealership. I was suppose to have my bike three weeks prior but the place I went to gave me the runaround. Long story but this place is the place I tell everyone to go to from now on. Screw the other place. 10/10 Would recommend Triple L Honda.

WowWhere do I begin.My wife and I purchased a 2020 Honda pioneer 1000-5 delux 20k+Completed the deal late on a Friday, purchased winch, windshield and a hard top, the windshield and the winch was not in stock, we elected to pick up the SXS on Saturday morning with only the top and will return for the other 2 items.Upon my arrival the very next morning the sales person and the owner had no clue who I was. (Maybe it was the required mask)benefit of the doubt, I picked up the SXS with no instruction of its operations, actually the salesperson loaded it on the trailer. I waited for more than a week with no call from the dealer, I called and spoke to the parts department to inquire about the winch and the windshield, this person had no clue about my inquiry and put me on hold to find out about the order, she came back on and said they were waiting on the winch bracket, I continued the conversation and asked how long could I expect to wait to have the winch and the windshield installed. I dont know would you mind checking. Back on hold no return. I waited another 4 days no call from the dealer, I called and was pretty perturbed about the lack of service I was getting and the owner was put on the phone who explained they were attempting to contact me, I informed him I work and have my phone constantly and never received a call, it was determined they had the wrong contact number. Again benefit of the doubt. So I scheduled the service appointment and during the conversation about the service apt. I mentioned to the owner I had driven it for 100 miles and I was interested in getting them to perform the 100 hour service, I brought the SXS in and discussed the additional service with the owner, later that day the service manager called and told me my SXS was ready I asked him how much did I owe him he told me no charge was due, I said for the service he did not have a clue and was never told about the additional service, they kept the SXS overnight and performed the service, I picked the SXS up the next morning paid the bill, no explanation of the winch or windshield operations no assistance loading, nothing. Upon my arrival home I started working with the winch all was basically self explanatory and Google, YouTube was very helpful. The windshield was not a Honda windshield it velcro to the roll cage and was not comparable with the hard top, to lower the top half you actually had to remove the windshield fold it and reinstall it, Not a 1 person operation, (my wife refused to accept this as there was no way she could accomplish this) she contacted the owner who agreed to order and swap the windshield with a Honda 2 part windshield, we thought we had purchased. A week ago was this discussion and no contact to date, maybe they have the wrong number again.Hopefully things get better but benefit of the doubt probably will be a regular occurance with these guys.

This Honda dealer is great especially considering it is a smaller hometown shop. They have a good selection of ATVs and dirt bikes along with motorcycles from starter scooters and minis all the way up to full size bikes and street dirt combos. I spoke with Sherry and she was a pleasure to deal with. Check them out! As a side note... they have zero turn mowers as well.

My first review was a 1 star because of the amount of time its taking, then I realized that when this is all done, Ill be the happiest person in the world. My repair is taking longer than expected, but I am 100% positive that it will be done right and I will be satisfied. Just cant wait to get it out of the shop. I hope for that phone call everyday lol

Parts department is severely lacking in customer service. On three different occasions I have called in search of parts. They take my number and name and say they will call back. One time they never called me back. Another time, after an hour, she called and asked what it was I wanted then said she would have to call back again.....The walk in service is about equal. I own a repair shop and purchase many parts. I will no longer make an attempt to use them. I will do my best to detur anyone else also

Terrible business, be warned.Was sold a damaged part, they didnt want to take the item back, after months of back and forth they finally did. The fault on their behalf, they made me pay to have the item shipped to them, kept the tax, and charged me 20% restocking, and wouldnt reimburse the first shipping charge to ship to me.Manager or supposed head manager/owner didnt ever get back to me other to finally inform me to be quiet and stop calling. Sold me junk, kept my money

Triple L took me in very quickly by appointment and had my 4 wheeler finished the same week, They even washed it! Had carburetor re-built and cv boot replaced on my 2002 rancher. Didnt notice until i got home but they also lubercated my rear brake pedal without me even mentioning anything, it was stuck before and it now works like new. These guys have earned me as a lifetime customer and Im sure many more to follow. Keep it up.

Afford to use this dealership because its local horrible service these guys just sit in the corner of the room kinda you should really step up and get this business shut down we are so disappointed due to this business I believe Im not a Honda fan anymore the mechanic is a kid who has no clue and the sales people and service people just sit on their big asses in the corner so disappointed please get out of my town
