Ive purchased a new TFT Dash for my Zero DSR 2021. I called and chat before placing the order to make sure it fit. The customer service was amazing and I am very please with the communication with the staff. The order arrived a day earlier. The dash looks much better than the last generation. The information presents on the new dash is also much clearer. I installed the unit myself and the installation was straightforward. Since the new dash is a flat design, it leaves a small gap showing the internal cables and the mounting hardware (see pic #2). I guess I can do some 3D printing part to cover the gap. Overall, its a new replacement.

Excellent experience buying my new 2020 SR/f Premium. I had visited the dealership before the relocation for service on my 2017 DS. Never was there any pressure to buy and Jay the owner was very open and honest with answers to questions and concerns about the bikes and his experiences and knowledge of electrics. Super helpful people! Have ordered a lot of accessories for my Zero from here and always get them shipped super quick. They are also very responsive by email and very knowledgeable. Id highly recommend, especially to Zero owners who do not have a dealer near them

I’ve never even met any of these folks in real life, living out of state, but they’re always been quick to respond to my various, usually specific and odd requests with the right answer, a great attitude and the help I needed. They really came to bat for me when I needed panniers and a top trunk for my machine and even helped me out on the shipping cost (where I live is not easily accessible). I have no qualms about leaving a 5 star review!

They have been cheaper than their competition for both a vehicle purchase and repairs. Their service dept is responsive and has remained open during the pandemic. I have nothing but praise.

I give it 3/5 for the bikes.It didnt feel like there was much enthusiasm for the brand, I didnt feel welcome and it was a difficult place to bring in kids. Its not just hipsters who buy EVs.Im seriously thinking of buying an electric motorcycle in the next 2-3yrs but I think Ill either look at another dealership or brand. Sorry if I caught you on a bad day. Seems like most people had a good experience.

The staff is really cool and laidback. They dont try to sell you on anything, and they can answer any questions you have. Two years after buying my FX, they are still super helpful over the phone or in person. I highly recommend going in to see the bikes. Better yet, bring your helmet and take one out for a test ride!

Zero is doing some incredible things. I cant wait to get my hands on the throttle of one of the SR/S models .They do a beautiful job on all their bikes, but the SR/S really reaches out and grabs your attention. Zero is absolutely taking the electric motorcycle industry to new levels. All of you other manufacturers of electric bikes,Theres a new Sheriff in town.

Bought a used FXS from Zero MOC, sight unseen. Faced a bit of of a challenge getting my title, but after some calls and email to Jay, I got this issue straightened out.Jay will do what it takes to get the job done. Glad hes in the business of promoting this amazing green technology. Have already bought around $400 in aftermarket parts from Jay, as well.

I went there a few months ago with my mother and well she ended up getting a bike and loves it! The staff is really AMAZING. I took my moms bike up to them to have some things done to the bike and they didnt hesitate to go out to the bike to help me, come to find out they were closing as I got there and I didnt know that.... They are AWESOME!!!

The experience was good but the price on the bike and the trade-in is not good enough. Im not ready yet to put that kind of money but hopefully one day.

Compared to my experience with other dealers, the zero showroom is very customer friendly. No fuss customer experience. They provide the bikes for test rides and do not force you or convince you to buy one. They give you the time and freedom to make the choice yourself. I had a good experience.
