I went here because it was close and the staff were very accommodating. Anthony worked with me on a part issue and make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. If you have a KTM and your in OC, stop by and send some $$.
Anthony is great, needed to get some Aprilia parts shipped to CO and he was beyond helpful!
Courteous staff and very helpful. Sadly they would not budge on the price of a 2021 KTM Adventure R. Purchased the same bike the same day from another dealer at a substantial savings.
Well, I brought my 2016 1190 so they can tell me why I cant shift down to 1st gear, they were very polite and told me they will try to figure out what could be the reason, which they did, after about 30 min they pointed out to the after market Foot Peg bracket, which to their opinion is bended and prevent from engaging to the 1st gear. I paid, and took off, a friend which is BMW Mechanic, took a look, took an Allen Hex wrench, tied the shifter screw, which was a bit loose, and all well since then (6,000 Miles) ... bottom line, not the best demonstration of proficiency
Cool place have many nice bikes
A local motorcycle shop within a stones throw of Anaheim Stadium and The Pond. Tom shows some old school know-how, always gettin the job done here with personalized service and excellent parts knowledge. Warning: Check this place out if you DARE but be sure to stay clear of the owner who has been nicknamed H-Bomb !!Would get ONE star (or less) if review based SOLELY on the owner Horrible Hoarice. Bad manners, bad breath and even worse - bad fumes from an unbelievably bad demeanor!
Nice shop hopefully Ill get my KTM from them, buddy Jimmy got his husky there great experience. Cool people, recommend
Geez, not at all organized, owner( in offic( out office,) selling a bike to someone, writing orders he needs to get his shop in order..only went for chain tightening took 2 hrs,and at the time I picked bike up chain I think is too tight. Will find another shop
Nice selection of bikes. Excellent service department. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
They have everything you need for your KTM, HUSQY..... whether on store or to order it for you online... helped me out for everything on my vitpilen 701 and I appreciate it as its my only form of transportation
I will never take my bike at this shop again. This is the most inefficiently run shop I have ever seen. Your bike will collect dust and Horace, the owner, will charge you for the dust it collects while sitting at his shop (figuratively). Good luck getting an update on the status of your bike. You will have to call every week for a status or he will give you the run around and tell you that your bike is getting pushed on the lift as we speak. I know this is the only Aprilia Service Dealer in Orange County but save yourselves the frustration and your sanity and avoid this place.
Ordered a woodruff key for my 2003 ktm 525 mxc and the part was there in 2 days. Gentleman at the counter gave me advice on how to seat the key properly. Thank you.
If ur serious about buying a bike, and want a competitive OTD price, come here.If ur trying to negotiate price over the phone, on the fence what type of bike you want to get, or have random questions... go forum.Honestly, I was a bit turned off with the CS when I first came in. But when I put my money where my mouth was and showed I was a serious buyer (picked up a 2020 Husky SM), Horace and his team have been nothing but professional.People need to remember this spot is in the business of selling bikes. So I understand if they have a short leash with people wasting their time.I read the one-star review with the guy wanting a bike to be shipped to Hawaii. It doesn’t make sense they would pass on a sale.
Horace, the owner, is an extremely straightforward and honest person. He tries to give you exactly what you’re looking for without putting any added thoughts in your head or words in your mouth. In my wife’s case he didn’t have a motorcycle that fit so he pointed us to a competitor that does. But in my case he has exactly what I was looking for and he ordered the exact full gear I wanted. Also he’s great at all forms of communication - email, phone, face to face etc.
No nonsense, straight forward pricing, deal over the phone. No adm, no freight, no set up. No back and forth to a sales manager. This is the way buying a bike should be. Thanks Horace.
Tried to buy a $13000 husky and I sat and waited for an hour and a 1/2 and still nobody did the paperwork or took the bike in to be processed waste my time
Im a firm believer in throwing your local business some business if you want the local business to stay in business. I was changing my rear tire at home and while the bike was apart I found my pads were dust. Luckily they had the pads in stock and at the same price as online. I was able to get the bike back on the road and go for a ride this weekend. I appreciate that these guys are there.
Amazing service. Anthony and the owner Horus(sorry I dont know how to spell your name) is who we worked with. I called ahead and discussed everything for the motorcycle, came down, and finished everything very quickly. I called another dealership where I had the opportunity to get the bike cheaper but I was treated so much better from OC Ktm which is why I was happy to pay a bit more to have a better experience. Ill definitely be back for service, my next bike, and really do recomend them to anyone out there looking for these motorcycle manufacturers carried. Youve earned my business for as long as I can ride. Thanks for the great service and I will always have the utmost respect to any business where the owner is actually present, works, and will introduce himself rather than only coming out if theres a problem or not being there at all.
Horace, the owner took my call on a Husky svartpilen 401 and gave me an immediate out the door price - he didnt have any in stock but neither did anyone else. I tried price matching the bike at my local place but they couldnt touch the price and came in roughly $1100 high and gave me the runaround on having one in stock anyways. Horace had some on order, put a deposit down on two of them (one for the Mrs.) and it was an easy deal. Hes a busy guy so be patient, he stayed late to process all my information on a saturday night and i couldnt be happier. looking forward to picking the bikes up in a few weeks
Really nice and helpful and professional people here, help me and answer all my questions about the Adventures bikes. A+ service here.
Open on Sat. Huge display. The guys were very helpful putting together a 300cc upgrade kit for my Husky TE250i.Very recommended, excellent service!
I’m fairly good at breaking parts on my KTM due to lack of off-road experience and OCKTM always has the parts to get me back on the trail! Go there and see Horace or Tom, they will have what you need if not order it for you.
Very poor experience with the owner directly. Couldnt get him to return a phone call because the deal wasnt worth his time. Worst part is the bike was on consignment so the customer consigning it lost out on a sale because of the owner.
If you are looking for a good deal definitely give them a try. I got my son an 85 for his BDay and all smooth. Thanks Horacio.
Horace stayed late on a Saturday to get me back on the road. Great customer service, I appreciate them going above and beyond to help out!
Do not go here. Horrible customer service. They will answer other calls and help other people in the middle of your conversation. They had my bike for 3 weeks to diagnose an electrical issue, which they never did, and I still had to pay the $95 diagnosis cost. They reloaded the map on my bike thinking it would fix the issue, which cost another $95. The bike was ok for 2 weeks, now the issue is back. Im out $200 on bike costs and another $300 for fuel when they had my bike, and I still have the same issue.
Horace and Tom @ OCKTM are very helpful, providing an awesome one-stop shop for all KTM and Husqvarna needs. Ive purchased 4 bikes myself and have referred many people here because the deals on bikes are too good to pass up.
Cool shop - attentive staff. My parts were in stock. Full line of Alta on display as well.
Great place, bought acouple parts from here. Staff was very nice and helpful
They have a line up of electric bikes. The EGO from Energica Motor company. Best electric bike ive ridden so far..
Nice, helpful employees.
OC KTM came thru for me. They had all the OEM repair parts I needed for my 990. Ill be coming here for everything KTM I need in the future.
The Orange moto scene was excited when this new dealership opened. Finally, some competition to dissuade OC Honda from continuing to price and service gouge their captive market. Well, NOPE. You would think the two dealerships were under the same terrible ownership/management. Nearly identical hours and same pricing on common cross-brand parts I.e., tires, oil etc. Ive had friends experience completely unprofessional bro attitude with their service department and the handful of times Ive been there the staff has been condescending with elitist attitude. You know, the typical Euro is FAR superior to any Jap-crap bikes was what one the salesman said.Ive been riding racing for 40 years from Mohave desert to Baja, to Glen Helen 24 hours racing. Im not a bro.If theyre still there in 6 months, its only because KTM pumped a bunch of capital into their books.#911
Will the 6day become a a 7day or is the 7th day for rest
A great no pressure dealer.
Informed staff, good selection of products.
Great experience.They are very knowledgeable
Great service, awesome deal! I will be a long time customer for sure!
These guys know their bikes and how to fix them!!
The only shop within 3 counties to have an axle and chain block for a ktm.
Great shop very helpful
It was horrible I was trying on a hat and he told me to put it back because apparently your not allowed to try something on before you pay money for it I dont even want to give it one star.
Enduro heaven
Typical duche bag sales people. Probably ex Berts employees
Nice show room
Over priced but to be expected I guess
Great people
