This store is a fine store. However, two employees named Sabrina and Hailey are the only reason for this scathing review. If you go to this store and either of them are there, leave and go somewhere else! I want to be clear that the store itself is great and the managers/assistant managers are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wish I could give a review for specific employees, though I doubt Sabrina’s and Hailey’s reading levels are high enough to understand this review anyway.So, I had the iPhone 8 and went into the store asking about any trade-in deals they had. Hailey told me AT&T can offer $800 off the new iPhone 13, which was being sold for $800, so if I pay sales tax, the phone is free. They set me up with an account and told me my new phone was on its way in the mail. The phone didn’t arrive in the allotted time so I went back in, just for Hailey and Sabrina both to say “we can’t do anything. Call our customer service number”. I called customer service and, after being on hold for a while, they were able to solve my problem pretty quickly.My phone finally arrives, so I go back to the store to trade in my 8. I handed it to them and Sabrina says, “we can’t take this. The back glass is cracked.” I was very frustrated because the crack was obvious. It was a huge, spider-web-looking series of cracks on the back glass of the phone. You can’t miss it. They said to take it to a phone repair store. Once I bring it back fixed, they can take it. So I get it fixed for $100.When I got there today, the regional manager is there (because Hailey and Sabrina apparently didn’t show up for their scheduled shift.) The manager tells me AT&T never had any kind of promotion like the one I was told. The most I can get would be $350 off for trade-in. If had known that, I would not have chosen the new iPhone 13! The incompetence between Hailey and Sabrina is so baffling, I’m surprised they haven’t been fired yet.

She didnt tell me what she signed me up for, just took my phone and ID and did it. I didnt sign anything. I wasnt offered any phone upgrade, or extra service (the reason for my visit to the store instead of online) I found out later from a 611 phone rep that I qualified for some discounts that she never mentioned but clearly should have been aware of given my uniform. She acted annoyed that I bothered her peace in the otherwise empty store.

I was thoroughly impressed with Dillon Stone’s professionalism! I never leave reviews for anything but his customer service was outstanding. He listened and helped me with all of my (many) questions and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. After considering switching my carrier to Verizon, Dillon is the reason I will be sticking with AT&T. I wish they had employees like him everywhere💯

So I came into the store today to try and fix a problem with my account. I came in back in July and bought an iPad and asked them to put insurance on it and I paid and left. Well come to find out they never put insurance on like asked and then the lady that is working today lied to her district manager to save face and say I was trying to commit fraud when asked them to please fix there mistake what a joke this is instead of picking your nose on the job how about you do your job instead

The AT&T rep put a new phone screen protector on my NEW phone 9 days earlier. I went in to have it replaced because the AT&T representative did not put it on correctly and it had bubbles hindering my ability to text. The associate would not replace it free of charge telling me that the representative wasnt there and he would have to replace it out of his own pocket because the company would not warranty that. After paying $45 the week before for a screen protector, she insisted I had to pay another $8.58 with tax. This was very poor customer service.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service from Sabrina. Each time we have been in there she acts as though we are inconveniencing her. Today she gave a lot of attitude when she didn’t understand our problem. I won’t be going to this store anymore. I would recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to a different store. Not worth the bad vibes here.

This is an awful store. Customer service lacks in professionalism, courtesy, kindness and over all any type of help needed.Walked in to an empty store with two female employees standing there doing nothing just talking to each other. I didnt get a hello, how are you or can I help you? Nothing. I asked for helped and she rolled her eyes and acted really put out to put a new sims card into another one of their phones that is in my account through at&t.Asked another question that could have landed them a sell but was ignored and blown off. Before leaving I made sure I took down the attendant name. I believe more training needs to be rendered for their employees especially Miss Sabrina S.Will never go to this store again.

Each time that I have gone into this store, I have found that I have received professional service from staff who are very helpful! Three days ago I needed to purchase a new hotspot and Jason was extremely helpful in helping to get it all set up prior to leaving the store. I trust their expertise and would recommend this AT &T store over any others in Utah County!

On a Saturday, before the store got busy.. we had the privilege of working with Clay and we had three people in our family- each with a separate phone need. It took some time and we were so grateful for all of his knowledge and experience to guide us through the process. And a few people came in and had to wait for a bit to get their turn but we were always given a feeling of generous attention to detail. Besides the help with the new phone selections- he helped us choose the right plan that would save us money.

I went in a couple times over a few weeks or so to inquire about devices and plans. I spoke with Jason and briefly with a couple other employees (cant remember their names, sorry!) but they were all very informative and helpful answering all my questions.Jason is very knowledgeable and not at all pushy! He was able to give me pros and cons on the devices I was interested in and how they compare, plus some recommendations based on information I had given on my preferences.When I finally went in to make the switch from tmobile Jason was there to help me through the process of getting us switched over, picking devices and accessories, ensuring the new phones were working/active, and even helped us to get data transferred from our old devices.I was feeling very overwhelmed that day - it was new years eve and I had my 5 year old in tow. Despite the store being very busy, Jason maintained a warm, calming presence and never made us feel rushed during our visit and was so patient with us and our many questions. I really appreciate how great Jason was to work with and all in all, my experience has been a very positive one! Thank you Jason and the rest of the team at this location!!(Also for those wondering, the store is very clean, hand sanitizer available, and all employees had masks and were mindful of making sure customers were comfortable and taken care of!)

They did everything wrong when my wife and I went in for their $700 off iphone 11 deal. This was back in October and they still havent fixed all the issues they created. Their district manager even reached out but then ghosted my wife. So were still out $400 that they still owe us for their mistake. If they had just fixed everything in the first couple months it would be long forgiven and forgotten but geez its been almost 6 months now. If wed known it would be this much of a hassle we wouldnt have switched

Ive had the most frustrating experience switching from Verizon to att. Sorry, long story. Everything they did in relation to my phone was wrong. I went in on a plan with 3 other people and no one else has had any issues but me. First of all we went in because of their $1000 off iPhone 11 deal, turns out that ended the previous day. It was now only $700 off so ok whatever. But then I got sent a dud phone. Then they lost track of that return and tried to charge me for it. Then they tried to tack on extra fees that we did not sign up for. Lastly they somehow put in that I only got a $300 off promo instead of 700 so Im STILL waiting for them to fix that... 3 months later. I dont even know how many people I had to call to try and figure out what the heck was going on with my bill. The PG location was able to help me and explain everything but this location has only screwed things up for me and still hasnt fixed it completely.

My wife and I are planning to switch off of our 2 individual phone plans to one single family plan, so I have been doing lots of research online into prices, deals, data rates, etc. After some thorough investigation I decided that an AT&T prepaid plan would work well for us and was within our budget. The plan provides 6 GB of data per line and costs $75 a month total ($45 for line 1, $35 for line 2, $5 off for auto-pay = $75). I really wanted to make sure that we would be able to keep our phone numbers and devices, so I decided to go in to the physical location instead of setting up the service online. This turned out to be a terrible decision.There was only one employee on duty in the store, which I assume means the employee there was at the very least an experienced worker, if not low-level management. I did not confirm this, however, so maybe the store manager just left a brand new employee on the floor by themselves. The individual in question greeted me and was friendly enough, and got right to brass tacks when I told him I was interested in switching. The information he provided me, however, was dramatically different than what I had found online. He informed me that we could get 3 GB of shared data for $100 a month. When I mentioned the different price I had found online he told me that it must have been a mistake or an old, expired promotion. I insisted that the information was current, at which point he showed me his computer screen and asserted that the information he was providing me was the most up-to-date and accurate, and that the best he could do for $75 a month was 1GB of shared data. We went back on forth on this a few times, and I finally asked him if there was any deal he knew of at all in all of AT&T that would get me the data I was looking for at the price I had planned on. He told me there was not, so I told him Id do some digging on my own and left.Less than 10 minutes later I walked into a targets electronics section and found an AT&T prepaid plan for 2 lines with 6 GB of data per line that would cost a total of $75 a month.I was extremely unimpressed with my experience at this location. It seems fundamentally wrong to me that the actual, official AT&T store would be unable to inform me on the full range of AT&T products and services.

No one spoke to me when I walked in the door. There was one employee working, helping another customer, who should’ve at least acknowledged that I was there, but he never even said hi or hold on, even after making eye contact with me. After waiting at least 10 minutes, he went back, and another guy finally came out with him from the back room.There was a miscommunication about fee charges, and in the end, and unfortunately, it wasn’t to our benefit, like originally had been communicated to us.

This is a review for an employee of At&t.Mr. Kyle Nielsen passed us today on the mountain in East Carbon Canyon, my RZR had just quit running. He was nice enough to let us borrow his jumper cables and when that didnt work he actually took the time to find the problem. If he wouldnt have stopped I wouldve been in big trouble! I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to stop and help. He wouldnt accept any money for his efforts. Its good to see that there are still good people out there and I am very lucky he crossed our path today!

Ive had several phones repaired at this location. Always been a fair price.If I had one complaint it would be the time frame it takes. This is the most unhelpful store i have ever been to. Probably the worst experience of my life. I went in to simply get a new battery for my HTC inspire, my phone kept shutting off and my friend told me to get a new battery because that was the problem with his when his phone kept shutting off. He has Sprint and he said he went into their store and on the spot they just gave him a new battery. So I go into the store and talk to the service guy in the back of the store, I think his name was Nick or Nate, and he says they are out of batteries and that he would order one for me and would be there in 3 to 4 days and I was fine with that, so i give them a week, and then go back in. Nothing, the look on Nick/Nates face was like he forgot to order it and sure enough he recognized me and didnt order anything, my battery wasnt there, and my phone was still not fixed, he said give it another 3 to 4 days and come back in. I give it a week the exact same story, so after that I give it 5 days and go back in, I start talking to another guy there about it and he starts mentioning an order form!!!! I was like, the guy told me he would order one and never mentioned anything about me needing to fill out something! So he takes me to the back desk where I see Nate/Nick just doing nothing. Then they tell me, there is a battery store a couple miles away I should try! At this point I have had it!!! So I come in here a month ago, you say you will order me a battery and then dont, and ALL THIS TIME I HAVE BEEN COMING IN, 4 TIMES, THERE IS A BATTERY SHOP DOWN THE ROAD I SHOULD TRY!!!! Ridiculous, I just wish someone in this store would have actually done their job! Turns out the battery store was out of them, so I go home and go to amazon, find a battery, for 1/4 of the price of the AT&T store and order it and in comes in the mail two days later!! HOW FREAKING HARD WAS THAT AT&T, here is your answer, not hard. I was shocked and appalled at how this whole situation was taken care of, If someone asked me about AT&T i would tell them to NEVER choose AT&T, I have had Verizon before and they are just better, and if someone were to ask me if they knew of an AT&T dealer, I would direct them to a store two states away rather than direct them to this store.

Ive been an AT&T customer for about 4 years, and today I walked into this location to buy a Samsung tab s4. I was going to buy outright and could get it anywhere. There was 1 employee and only 1 couple sitting in front of him. The employee didnt even acknowledge I came into the store.. no hello, no welcome, no Ill be with you shortly... just sat there talking to the 2 there already. This location had 3/4 of display phones were non functional displays. So I walked around for a few minutes and decided this location doesnt deserve my sale. Move this guy and his weak display toba mall kiosk and save the money on overhead cause this place is lame

Today I went in to finally upgrade my iPhone 6s, and the store was fairly busy. I waited for maybe 10 minutes until an associate was available to help me. Unfortunately, the customer he was helping right before me was extremely rude to him, berating him for his poor customer service. I was close enough to overhear their entire visit and this guy was nothing but professional, kind, helpful, and polite. No clue what made the lady go off on him like that. I just wanted to say I was extremely impressed by how well the associate handled this verbal abuse, continuing to try to help her as well as he could.Im sorry I cant remember this associates name, but he was exceedingly helpful to me, as well, even after being berated by the previous customer. Kudos to your store for having such great employees!

I was told my bill would Be around $220 my bill is $400 when I called customer service and ask to speak to a manager I was hung up on I went into the store broke down the bill and the guy that was working completely agreed with me that my bill was wrong. He called customer service and they hung up on him. ( Who hangs up on one of their own employees) Then we were finally able to talk to somebody. And tried to tell us the bill was Accurate. The guy working at the store told him it was wrong and I was being over charged. And asked how can we fix his bill. The guy refused to help us. This is completely b.s please dont go to at&t I would hate to see people end up like I am. When I wanted to cancel service and get my money back they refused also. This store once had an elaborate review from me that has since been deleted. But they are horrible and they simply ignored the request I had for a new battery for my phone. They told me to come back in 5 days and the battery would be there. I came back, to nothing, the guys ordering it, looked at me and I could tell he completely forgot. So he told me another 5-7 days, then I went back and nothing. Then he told me to go to batteries plus down the street or amazon. I was flabbergasted. Why could you not tell me this 3 weeks earlier and I had to spend 3 weeks without a phone unless it was plugged in. Just an absolutely worthless store that you should stay away from at ALL COSTS.

Today, I walked in to find information about switching my phone to a 256 instead of the 64g that my lovely wife ordered. The gentlemen named Mathew was very pleasant and tried to help me out with the information I requested. Then he asked another employee for information who was not helping me. That employee said in a very loud voice across the store, We dont even have that phone here so you would have to send it in. In a voice that would make any customer feel like an idiot. From the staff actually yelling at my husband to demanding the SSN of my father (who is NOT an att member—talk about sketchy) the people who work her are just awful—including the manager. Went in and was trying to see if they could do anything for me since my phone was broke and I was paying for Service but wasnt using it and I went in to see if they could help. And I was going to give up on AT&T because the store in amaerican fork was beyond rude. And one of the workers named Josh help me and he was amazing he worked with me and made sure I was cared for before he did anything else, went above and beyond to help me and the fellow customers that came in. I will drive from saratoga springs to this location in Orem than go to American fork location!!!! KEEP UP THE. AWESOME WORK JOSH! And all the people that work at this location.

This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a store. I came in waited for 20 minutes and customers who it came in 10 minutes after me were helped first. one gentleman because he knew one of the representatives sat and talked to that representative for 30 minutes before they ever got started processing his purchase. I called in and you guys told me you had the iPhone that I wanted in stock so I cancelled my pre order but when I showed up in the store, you guys said you didnt have the iPhone that I needed. You guys seriously suck.
