📅 Date of Visit: 9/24/2020💬 OVERVIEW - 5.0Came here to adjust my phone number, Im on a family friend with a friend and they switched their carrier to T-Mobile and (my friends) didnt think to ask if I wanted to keep my phone number of 14+ years.🗺️ LOCATION - 5Ive noticed this T-Mobile store several times as Ive driven on the busy State Street, however, it has always been a Sprint store, up until their recent merger with T-Mobile.💲 PRICE - N/ADidnt buy anything at this visit, it was just trying to get an issue resolved.📞 PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5I found the service amazing both times I visited in the day.📢 POINTERS/PERKS - N/AIm not sure what the pointers or perks would be other than I know T-Mobile has some amazing deals on Tuesdays...🧑 EMPLOYEES - 5This is what I was most impressed with was the employees. They were very friendly and helpful as well as efficient. The first time I came in I explained my situation and the young lady was willing to help me, but unfortunately I didnt have everything I needed. When I returned I was helped by Thomas (at least that is what I think his name was), he helped me to the best of his abilities, and helped me troubleshoot how I could reclaim my phone number then hooked me up with the Customer Support number I needed to call to get things resolved.

This is the ONLY place I can get my phone fixed! I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. I pay insurance for a reason but everytime I go there and ask for them to fix it, they dont have the pieces. I am extremely disappointed as it would only cost me $29 yet I have to pay $300-400 to get it fixed elsewhere. This is annoying.

Terrible location, would recommend driving 10 minutes to any other location. The employee lectured my husband about discontinuing the service. He wouldnt accept returning a phone. We wanted T-Mobile but they couldnt help us because of Sprint. Called and talked to corporate and the apologized for their employee being unprofessional and unwilling to work.

Every time I come to this store I leave with absolutely no complaints. Every employee that has ever helped me has always been super helpful, knowledgeable and they just have a way of always making sure that you feel like a valued and important customer. I spoke with a gentleman named Braeden Edge he literally took time to answer ALL my questions and helped me figure out which phone fit best with what I was looking for. He knew every phone in detail that I asked about and best of all I never feel pressured into getting anything. So thank you guys for such amazing service all the time

Huge shoutout to Tanner (and the floor lead that night). Some of the best customer service I’ve experience ever. All the employees we interacted with were down to earth, personable and kind. Definitely a family friendly business. I highly recommend this location.UPDATE: The Sprint network is HORRIBLE. It became a safety hazard for my job. Wouldn’t recommend this carrier to anybody. Go to Verizon for reliability. Verizon ended up being cheaper for me even though they have less perks.

Andy is the man! I got a phone and didnt end up liking it and was patient and returned and we end up getting a different one which has been great. My visit was probably 3 hours unfortunately, more so my fault, but was patient with me and was knowledgeable and at the same time was able to help his fellow co workers since he seemed to know all the answers or at least be the problem solver. Highly recommend, both Andy and Fano were huge helpers in getting the best phone for me.

Best service experience I’ve ever had.He is the most helpful tech person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.Somebody give him a raise, he goes above and beyond what is asked from him. Some people just look at it as a job but he’s been there a long time he tells me, and he has stayed for a reason.He genuinely cares about fixing your phone problems, and there is no way I could ever ask for better service. Hate to say it, but I have not had any good experiences at the store! The only place I can compare it to it going to get your driver license. We all know how miserable that can be. To be honest, I have had more pleasant experiences at the DLD than this sprint store! Every time they just tell, “give me a minute, sorry it will just be a minute.” Then, they can’t figure out the computer so they have to find someone else! The most recent experience, I spent an hour just while they tried to figure out how to order a phone they did not have in stock. They finally got it ordered, said they would notify me when it was in. I went into the store 4 days later. They said, “ oh so glad you came in. We didn’t know what number to text to let them know your phone is in. “ Even though they had sent me a receipt. So then they get the phone out, after they spend 10 minutes closing out one computer and logging back in, and then another 10 trying to figure out how to get the phone registered in the computer. Just so they can tell me that the guy who told me 4 days previously I could pay monthly for the phone was wrong. I needed to pay it up front! All a waste of time, because that was not possible. So I pretty much wasted an hour and a half. This is just one experience at this store. I will not go back again!

After more than 2 hours of calling in for customer support, I decided to come in to the store to see if a knowledgeable person could help me solve my issue. Hunter is the gentleman who helped me, and I was in and out in no time! I came in with 3 issues with my account / service, and he was able to resolve all of them quickly, something that 2 hours of being on the phone with customer support couldnt / didnt resolve! GIVE HUNTER A RAISE! He was super knowledgable and very helpful. Rarely do I receive service so well I feel like I should leave a review about it, but he certainly solved a lot of headaches for me in a timely manner.

The people are pretty nice, and the store itself is clean and well organized. The repair people in the back are nice, too, but not very reliable when it comes to calling you as soon as the repair is finished or thoroughly checking if the repair was good. I ended up having to go back to the store to get the screen replaced AGAIN because the touchscreen didnt work on the new screen. When I went back, the repair guy was super nice and did the second job well and decently quickly.

Really fast service on a Saturday only took 3 minutes. We took my wifes phone in because the screen went black the night before period we had insurance and so it only took them a few minutes to fix it. I would not buy any of their accessory products from the store though. We looked up the accessory products and they are fraction of the price on Amazon.

The only reason I am giving one star is because I can’t give a “0” star rating. Now don’t get me wrong I understand that people in training aren’t the best or fastest. But when you get in a fight with my pregnant wife and the store manager, Adrian just stands at the back of the store just watching everything unfold. I personally don’t think that’s a good quality in a management position. The only good thing about this experience was the Latino lady that was working New Year’s Day night at the end of the day was really helpful and communicated clearly with us so we understood what she were saying. She should really be the manager in that situation.

Great customer service!! I did not expect to have such a great experience at a Sprint store! Everyone there treated me very well, my repair was done in a fraction of the time, and the service was beyond my expectations. Ask for Nick Painter - he did a great job.I had a screen repaired, and it was a really great experience. I thought I would need to be ready to argue with people to get a good repair done, and avoid high pressure up-sells, but it was great. Nick Painter took care of my phone, and it looked brand new when it was done! He took the time to answer any questions, gave some good advice & tips, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The only negative thing about the whole experience was the bill! Ha ha! Everything was great, and I did not expect such a great customer experience.

I spent a lot of time at Sprint this week. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a lot of returns, phone swaps, and purchases. Throughout the whole process, everyone was great at helping us with our requests. Every item we returned was refunded in full. We all ended up with the phone we wanted. I really like the staff at this location. Theyre very helpful with covered repairs, no questions, they just fix it. The sales staff is not too aggressive, but when I want to adjust my plan they are good at getting it just where I need it at a good price, even without an upgrade or upsale. Very accommodating over all. I mostly like the customer service. They are prompt (for a phone store, most phone stores are a long wait). The available staff is good at making sure idle customers get taken care of without swooping in for the sale. They seem genuine, service with a smile, and not a forced smile. They treat me with respect and try to help me because they want to, not just because Im a customer. Not a service I get many places.

I came in with a broken phone and they were able to get me a phone I wanted. They had some technical issues with my old phone since it was so busted, but they were able to get it right and fix everything. Sprint has a problem in my opinion the store has great customer service they really do, but the phone reps have no idea what they are doing. It’s really frustrating to call and get completely different answers from different workers.

Very poor service. Zero loyalty to contracts beyond the two-tear device tie-ins. And if you port your number the first day of the cycle, they kindly hit you with the full bill, which they claim is the industry standard. I’m glad 7 years of Sprint “service” is finally at an end. I will never return to this company for any service whatsoever.I find it comical that service companies are quick to try to make a deal when you are cancelling and walking out the door rather than working with you to keep your business long before it gets to that point.

Biggest mistake to switch to Sprint. Everything they told me to make the sale has turned out to be false. My bill is a monthly mess of misapplied credits, confusing offsets, charges, balance forward that never gets applied. etc. Bottom line: Im paying 60% more per month than promised. Sprint is a very unethical company. Run.

Absolutely fantastic! I came in with a really broken screen, and they said it would take an hour (which was fine. I assumed it would take that long) and they did it in 30 minutes! And they were so nice. And Im a very anti social, and I felt very comfortable talking to them because they were so nice and professional. And they have technicians available! So if your phone has issues they can fix it for you. I highly recommend this location. Now my phone looks/feels brand new! I couldnt be happier with my results.

Gavin Holt has management potential, a professional attitude, and makes this a premier locationWhen dealing with many issues on my Galaxy Note8 for travel I had put in a request to have my phone looked at. This had been a recurring issue and Gavin worked with me exclusively until we got the issue resolved. He had an air of professionalism around him, and worked closely with his colleagues to help assist behind the counter and with customers. He was extremely knowledgeable about Sprint products, and as I work in the technology field he was able to understand expansive topics such as NFV, Debugging, and software analysis. I was incredibly impressed. I will only deal with Gavin in this location as I trust his judgment. We ended up working with another sales person who was super cool and got us a new phone for $15 a month when we thought itd have to be $30 a month. This Sprint Store was extremely helpful in assisting me with resolving a difficult problem my 3 year old created for me. The staff was informative, patient, and flexible in helping me compare my different options to find the best solution. I worked with several different staff members over the course of a few days and received excellent service from all of them. We came in to get our phone battery fixed and they were so attentive. One of the techs was late, but the Cardston, the assistant manager made sure to keep us updated, called the tech, and just overall made sure that we were taken care of. Business isn’t always perfect, it’s how you perform in less than ideal situations. Cardston did a good job and made me feel good about coming here.

Beware of the employee STEVE. I went in here with my wife to add a line. On a big announcement it showed that you could at an iPhone 10 XR for $0 a month. What we didnt know was that in the small text you had to add a line. Steve intentionally misled and lied to us about the promotion promising us that we would only be paying for the line, not the phone. After going in 3 lines to fix our bill Steve had us call customer support. They told us that Steve had lied to us and that we should talk to the store manager to resolve the issue.

The reps explain everything in detail and know their stuff (especially for people like me who dont get all the technological stuff) Last week I brought in my iPhone because it was glitching and they patiently explained all the options I had to get it fixed. I hate sprint with all my heart. There is not one other company on Earth I hate more than them. I have never left the store without wanting to hit one of their dumb employees in the face because they dont know anything about anything. Half the questions you ask they will reply with I dont know. Their service is terrible, their employees are the worst, their policies are ridiculous, they refuse to be of any help ever, theyre very un-understanding, extremely dishonest...etc. I go out of my way to make sure that none of my friends or family ever do business with Sprint and I will continue to do so until the day that I die because I hate this company so much. Do not pay them for anything. They are a very crooked and untruthful company. Despite the extra $10 a month that you will pay for Verizon you will be extremely happy with what you get with great service both to your phone and from the employees. Ive literally walked out of that store smiling every time. Not Sprint though. The worst. Verizon all the way.

Previously got a couple phones here and they gave me a bunch of in-store credit for accessories (around the S7 era I believe), which translated to financing the items and they would put a credit for the difference on my account every month. It went fine for 2 months then they suddenly closed down the entire store with no warning and no contact info (except the workers name: Gabe. I forget his managers name) and I was stuck paying for $200 in merchandise because whatever it was they were doing was not standard business practices, according to Sprint corporate.After the remodel and they opened again, I took a phone in that stopped working after they replaced a screen under insurance and they said the main board had liquid damage and was not covered, despite the fact the phone is water resistant, it was in a waterproof LifeProof case, and the only time it could have gotten moisture in it was when the guy had it open to replace the screen (also, neither water indicator sticker near the openings had been colored, which further reinforced this fact.) They then wanted to charge me $240 for a $200 phone (Galaxy S8) to replace it. Had to talk to corporate again and they replaced it with an S10e at no charge.Needless to say, I wont ever come here again.

I am really picky about my phones and i do some research on them. Used a few upgrades and didnt like the way some phones work returned them and paid the 35.00 restocking fee. Then was told i couldnt do it anymore the manager was pissed because i traded phones 3 times. Who gives a crap i have been with sprint for 9 plus years. I wish I could do less than one star. I am getting so tired of Sprint. I walked into the store and although I was not greeted there was a kiosk to check in that was working except that it didnt give me the text messages but it was supposed to I politely waited my turn and eventually I was greeted by a gentleman I dont recall his name. I told him that I wanted to upgrade one line and then add a line and purchase a new phone. We decided which two phones I was going to purchase and then started the purchase of the phone I was going to upgrade. The representative informed me so that would be a thirtysomething dollar fee for upgrading I informed him as a customer with Seven lines and having done multiple upgrades that usually the fee is waived. His response was I dont know what to tell you at this point I asked to speak to the manager. He went to a back area and spoke with soneone ( I am assuming the manager) and then advised me that the manager left. At that point I paid the upgrade fee and the gentleman handed me a sealed box and told me to have a nice day. He did not unbox the phone activate the phone or test the phone. I had to do all of that myself. So not how I want to be treated. I am seriously considering changing providers and I encourage all sprint customers to do the same.

I stood around while the guy typed stuff on his computer and never communicated with me or update me. He was also swearing quite a bit. Staff seemed unhappy and bored. Supervisors kept leaving and seemed bugged by everything. I have always gone to the Spanish Fork store. They are always great and helpful there. This store in Orem needs so serious help if theyre going to keep customers around. Terrible experience.

I came here to replace my phone screen and later found out that they ruined my phone even more. He said he was the best and he would personally work on my phone. Come to find out he had someone else look at my phone and was not there like he promised. They have like 5 people working and only take care of two people at once. They do not respect the appointment you make online & STILL make you wait to get service done. I don’t recommend this store.

The store took care of us. Customer service online and on the phone has been horrible. With the merger the whole company is messed up and frustrating and our service is not as good as normal. Hopefully they get it worked out

Had an amazing experience here they were so polite and professional, switched to sprint that same day, due to them being so an excellent customer service, Chris was an exceptional representative, he was clear and quick very helpful.

Went in to repair a phone. They wanted $600. I have 6 lines and have been with them 8 years. Given them $4K during that time or more. I left dissatisfied and opened an account at Verizon to start switching my lines. How about you take care of your best customers first!

Come here if you want to wait 3 hours and watch 2 employees do nothing while one does everything and then have the manager claim they’re short staffed while 2 employees are hanging out in the back. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Avoid this store like the plague.

They never answer the phone! They were supposed to order me a new battery a week ago and I still havent heard anything! The lady at the building was really rude and acted irritated she had to help me! I would give zero stars if I could!

An employee told me that after I leave the store another employee tells co-workers awful things about me. I tried to speak to that employee several times and he refused to speak to me. I feel completely embarrassed every time I have to go into the store. Once my contract is up I will find a better carrier. I was also flat out lied to about a discount they employee told me I qualified for. When I called and spoke to someone who handles the discounts they told me I did not qualify. I was already locked into a 2 year contract so there is nothing I can do. It was a 20% discount, too. Id never give Sprint my business again and I make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience so they wont be humiliated or taken advantage of like I was.
