Jason is the most helpful, dedicated employee I have ever engaged with. Ever.Trying to set up my new business line I ran into countless problems with the customer support.I won’t go into details, but to cut it short the process has taken 5 days.Through this time Jason has been on the phone all day long for me. Working through every detail and proactively preparing for the next the whole time. (Which keep in mind has been not hours, but DAYS on end.)AND he even stayed 3 hours pst the time he was supposed to be off, then woke up early and came in earlier than he was scheduled the next morning.WHILE working with my schedule to allow me to do as much as possible from him rather than having to sit in store.If it wasn’t for him this would probably be a 0 star review.But thanks to ALL of his help and beyond amazing attitude I’m not upset at all and simply appreciate the help.Give this man a raise, a promotion and new tablet. He deserves it.

Went in to upgrade my phone, Jaxon was super helpful in giving me the best deal/plan for my single line. The phone I wanted was out of stock but was able to get it ordered and delivered within two business days.Jason, another employee, helped get my upgrade and plan all finalized and complete. He was super friendly, personable and helpful. Usually my experience with these processes are super boring, long and frustrating but I had none of that with this location!Thanks for the help!

My husband and I came in here with some discrepancies we noticed on our phone bill. Jason was extremely helpful and kind. He broke down our entire bill for us and even called customer service for us and had one of the fees waived (the fee was an error). He over communicated which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend him and Martin as well if you have any questions or just need help.

After a very poor experience dealing with another electronics store getting a new phone I left and went to the Verizon in the university mall. Jason helped me and my fiancé and answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable. Very respectful, professional, and great individual to talk with. If you want something done right and want to make sure you’re really getting the best deal, Jason has got your back! I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I was trying to take advantage of a BOGO promo that Verizon had on their site. I had wanted to pay off the device outright, and I think that caused a glitch in the Verizon system somehow. After 3 days working with Verizon, I ended up folding and just said However it can be made most simple Id like to do, just get me my phones. With that, Verizon set an in-store pickup to this Victra location. I thought it would be a 30 minute pick up and grab it.. .. I was there 3.5 hours. Jackson was doing everything he could to straighten out things that Verizon had messed up on the back end (admittedly a lot of it may have came from me not wanting to owe money, but the in store pickup did not transfer correctly.) Through lots of hold times trying to get it straightened out Jackson kept me in the loop of all he was doing, why and what was hoped for in being the result. In the end, Verizon just couldnt get it to happen, so Jackson then canceled the order, got it taken care of through Victra and all was well. There was another agent in the store (Daran) that was helping his customers but did also keep coming to me to ensure I wasnt ignored, he also shared a lot of knowledge on products. In the end, the two agents, myself and 1 other customer going through an ordeal joked of how we should go get drinks cause, we had been together for a while, but these agents did everything they could to ensure it wasnt a horrible experience. I would recommend this store and these agents, and I am completely baffled about the struggle Verizon brought up to take part in their promotion.

I was very happy with my experience. I need my smart phone for work and came to the store in a panic worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a device to replace my broken one in time to work my on-call shift the next day with the holiday rush in full swing. Jason was wonderful and quickly helped me get set up with a replacement in less than an hour. He was polite, kind and very helpful. I was super impressed. I will definitely be back in the future.

Black Friday sale was a great experience. The first day we were just in hopes to gain knowledge before making any moves. Darren assisted us and was beyond helpful. He was patient and allowed us to see possibilities we hadn’t known.We came right back the next day and we were assisted by Martin and Jason they did a phenomenal job with the sale and helped us on a deal. We ended leaving with more then we originally came for, overall great reps and phenomenal service!

After losing my iPhone 8, Jackson helped me go over my options and decide what was the best option for my needs. I decided on the iPhone 12 mini, which hasn’t been released yet. He got it in order. When I went in to get it I was helped by Daran. He helped me get it all set up and decide on which plan would be best. Both of these gentlemen were kind and very helpful. They were not pushy and listened to what we were needing. I would highly recommend them.

I came in about 2 weeks ago and Jason helped me switch from T-Mobile and he made the switch so easy and fast but didn’t make me feel rushed at all or tried to sell me on anything I didn’t need I went to another Verizon store a few days later to get a SIM card for another phone and didn’t receive half the good service Jason provided will recommend this store to all family and friends!

I cracked the glass protector on my (just a few months old) new 2020 iPhone SE.I love a couple hours away from Provo, but was so happy when I was able to make a stop into the University Mall to get the glass on my phone replaced.Jackson was the Verizon Wireless Representative who was available to help me in November 2020.When I went into the store, I was the first person to enter the store that day, and Jackson and I realized that Jackson was the representative that suggested the iPhone SE for me~ a choice that I have been 100 % pleased with!!!The morning I arrived at the store, Jackson’s computer was having a little difficulty loading the information Jackson needed, but Jackson kept his cool, was very kind to the people who arrived after me, made all of us feel comfortable, was quick to assure that all of us had a place to sit, or wait so we were able to socially distance, and had people with no room to fit in the store to check in make arrangements to come back at a later time so they would feel taken care of, as well!I was impressed with Jackson’s professionalism!Once the computer got working, Jackson quickly found my information and was able to switch out the glass protector on my new iPhone SE! What a BIG relief for me!!! My broken glass protector was beginning to bother my fingers and although my husband kept telling me he could easily peel it off, I wanted to wait until I had time to get it replaced to have it taken off! I was amazed how quickly Jackson was able to take care of that!I sure appreciated Jackson’s efficiency, professionalism as well as help, pleasantness and kindness while I had to wait!I am grateful to be a part of the Verizon Wireless Family!!! I not only love my phone... Upgraded a phone. Their card reader was malfunctioning so they had to run my card multiple times. It went through twice. Called 2 days later and was told I would get a refund in 7 to 10 days. 20 days later, still no refund so I called and was told I needed to bring in bank statements because it had been more than 10 days. Been here waiting 2 hours just to talk to somebody. NEVER COMING BACK.

This journey began 6 months ago march 5, 2018. My sister had broken her phone like no other. Sadly i was unable to to take a picture of sed phone due to the lack preparation on my part. Jared was pur first victim in dealing with our issues and as desperate attempt to escape he calls up an interview with a maybe new member of the team. Then he throws Andrew at us, oh that poor man. Thinking he may not make it back to his family and ice cream. Luckly he acted swiftly and avoided any harm. He really did have excellent customer service and made our time very pleasant! I dont remember who the beautiful women was but she was very friendly. We got her a new phone a S9. Thank you for helping this long journey come to a close. It took many moons to drag my sister then.

This is the third day I have tried to talk to someone. I have waited 30 minutes to 1 hour each time and still have not been helped. There is only one employee working as well as they only allow one customer in at a time. Very bad system.
