I was calling to sea witch store had my sons phone being repaired and they were helpful and nice and checked and it wasnt there what it was a pleasant enough experience talking to them.

Ridiculously bad service. We went to ask a simple question about getting our phone repaired and they wouldn’t even consider serving us! We left feeling belittled. I wouldn’t trust these guys to fix our phones!Instead, we went across the street to Fixit Mobile and asked the same question. They were so kind and helpful and even fixed the phone for free! Don’t waste your time, head to a different phone repair store first.

Fix A Phone is great! I have taken my phone there twice and have been very pleased with the results, and the quick, honest service and great price. James Holladay fixed it both times and was exceptional. They really know their phones.

Theyve helped me in the past, but when they did they broke my phone trying to fix it and had to get me a new motherboard. A week or so later the phone started to collect dust under the touch screen.This time they lied to me and said they didnt have parts to repair my phone, so I bought parts and brought it back and *then* they told me they wouldnt even try to fix my phone. So I took it to Cell Again and they fixed it for $43 even though it took them almost 3 hours to find and fix the problem - not because they re bad, but because it was complicated and the tech had never worked on my phone before and had to research online how to do it. But I have my phone back and it works great, no thanks at all to fix a phone.

I had a great experience with Fix A Phone! They actually listened to what I had to say about my phone problem, and didnt treat me like an idiot, which is always nice. There was a bit of a wait time for them to do the diagnosis, but since it was a weekend that made sense. They found the problem and fixed it, and didnt even charge me for it because the fix took less than 5 minutes.

I have had them fix my screen and put a screen protector on my phone multiple times... its always broken within a week or maybe two... would not recommend getting replacements here as it is expensive and very low quality/not shatter resistant screen fix

I brought my phone to them which had some water damage. They told me that it would need a new screen and water damage service. It took me a two days to get the phone back and I took it to a friend that repairs phones. He put on a new screen and showed me that all it needed was a new screen. I hate being lied to and I felt cheated here. I wont be going back.

I had them fix my HTC EVO 4g and it took them 3 weeks when they said it would only take a few days and then when i got it back it didnt even work so i brought it back again and they didnt even bother to fix it.
