My dad and I have been a boost customer basically since theyve started up. They used to have great people working for them. Now, anytime you call this store, nobody answers the phone, or they answer and immediately place you on hold, and dont ever respond to it. There have also been numerous times where theres been a language barrier between the salesperson and myself. I want to keep using your service but lately the employees have gotten lazy and become disrecpectful. Last time I was in there the lady just told me to switch to at&t!!! Seriously saddened by how poor their service has gotten. Hope they can get newer and better people in so they can keep running

Weve come here on two separate occasions, and prices have been misquoted repeatedly so it is hard to know the definitive price.PRODUCT/SERVICE - 3The service was sub-par in my opinion. All we wanted to do was reactivate my wifes old phone as her current one wasnt working, and couldnt afford a new one at the moment, and it took almost 45 minutes after being on hold with their customer service to work things out. It was a little annoying as it seemed it should have been a rather simple fix.POINTERS/PERKS - 5The snacks are not labelled because theyre rather pricey. Chips are $1.50... If you only speak Spanish, their employees are bilingual and can help you out.EMPLOYEES - 4Employees are friendly, after all that is there job, but it seems like they dont have a good grasp on the prices...

The lady here did her best to rip me off like a drity sells men unless they were realy out of all there cheap options wich i find improbable,We seemed to communicate just fine but when i would double check her she would blame the language barrier and pulled out her translator app but she still insisted they were out of all there cheaper phones she didnt recommend a different store or ways to help she just said this is the best deal definitely drity sells tricks they play on anyone dumb enough to believe them

Do NOT go to this store. The ladies in there were scam artists. We were trying to get our family on one plan. They tried charging us 520 bucks after already porting 2 of our phones over to boost. For 4 supposedly free phones. We only ended up with 2. They charged extra for the sim cards and everything else possible. They then added the 2 we ported (which are my childrens phones) to some other persons account with their pin. Go to Spanish Fork Boost!!!! Their people are honest and not trying to screw you over!!!!

It’s an amazing service. The staff is very kind and is willing to help you in everything you need. In addition, when I changed my company they gave me wonderful discounts and great customer service.

Completely satisfied on where I would go if I want The police to be involved in making sure bad business is what I want... I had to phone the police to make sure I want robbed blind. After charging me for my service they attempted to charge me again.. Then not understanding I wanted my money back now as it was a debit transaction.. And I needed my phone tonight not in 2-5 days.... They continued to get brothers to the point I phone the police and still dont know if my money has been returned...

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service!!! They can never fix the problem, their ‘internet’ is always down, they always try to recharge you AFTER you’ve already made a payment. They are not considerate at all!! By far the WORST!!!

Thieves!! Liars, completely in professional! Take your money and then try to get more or of you whilst not giving any of it back!! Superviser came in to close the deal of nah customer service.. still havent seen a deposit to my card that was said to have already been returned!! Super Angry!!

Very poor customer service. If you bought a phone online they are no help at all. Ended up with two damaged SIM cards. They did not have their own company SIM cards at the store.
