I always love coming to Dollar Tree! I can find fun things for craft projects, easy decor and it’s my favorite place for cards.You never know what you are going to find and it’s a great place for new discoveries!I am still working on some fun crossword books and have some puzzles I got a while back too!

I absolutely love that they have the most incredible things for only $1 and if you use your imagination you can always make them unique and amazing! Sometimes I have more fun there than at Michael’s or Hobby Lobby! Thank you 😁

Im mean its the dollar tree one girl working the register and 10 people behind me! I was happy everyone was behind me because she was so slow!

Still the best one IMO. Usually lots to choose from and I can often find here things Im looking for that might be online or from someone I follow. Store is usually tidy and has minimal freight in the isles. The employees are also usually pretty friendly too.

11/25/2021 VERY RUDE staff and management I came in with a friend didn’t plan on purchasing anything so I didn’t grab a cart I seen some chips and decided to get them and a few other things one of the staff brought me a basket to put my stuff in because my arms became full she watched me dumb everything including the full chip container that I had picked up in the begging of shopping unopened not even 10 min latter when I went to check out my card was declining I was trying to figure out why so I went out to the car and realized I had used the wrong card so I went back in to purchase my things the checker was mad that she had to re ring my things up and kept making a grunting noise because she was put out to have to scan 12 things again then I was accused by another staff for opening the chips and eating them and stashing them and grabbing a new canister of chips to purchase the lady argued with me in front of the entire store I don’t steal I have a job and a very good paying one at that! Just because I have tattoos doesn’t make me a thief thank you!!! Then I called to let the manager know the next morning 11/26/2021 and she was very rude was refusing to talk to me at first then when she finally got on the phone I told her her employees were very rude and accused me of stealing and she said is that it and hung up! I suggest going to another dollar tree!

Best dollar tree in the area! Lots of great stuff at a low price. Theyre constantly getting new items too so its good to go often!

Great prices ;). Store used to be dirty and disorganized. However, I have noticed quite the opposite the last 6 months or so. Location seems under staffed a lot, as long lines can form quickly and be long lasting, especially around noon.

Must have restocked recently because shelves were full. They have a lot of fun and different toys for kids, not just the usual dollar tree stuff. Legos, barbie, DC, LOL surprise, build your own and paint your own crafts, fun stuff!!

This is one of the more organized and well-stocked Dollar Tree stores in the Provo and Orem area. Everything and all categories of the store is stocked and well put on the shelves whereas the two other Dollar Trees in Provo have mostly empty shelves half stock areas with boxes on the floor.

This dollar tree is better than most when it comes to selection. Bigger is sometimes better and in this case, it is. Other than that... typical dollar store.

Everything is a dollar, and some things are less, especially if on clearance. Good prices on most things, but be aware that many things can be found cheaper elsewhere when bought in bulk. This is a dollar store, after all, and a dollar amount of something is small, so its the opposite of a buying in bulk sometimes. Some things are definitely poor quality, but most are still worth a dollar, so you cant complain. Great for anything you need quick, cheap, and for temporary use. Every once in awhile I find a real gem.Employees are mostly nice, occasionally you get someone having a bad day. Their manager isnt a very happy person.No returns, only exchanges with receipt. Declare it on your way in.

Dollar Tree is such a great store, and this is one of the best Dollar Trees. Its always clean, and the service is always great. Dollar Tree is a lot better than other dollar stores, like Family Dollar, because everything is actually a dollar, and sometimes less. They dont have anything over a dollar. They usually have an awesome selection of cheap puzzles, and a lot of other things, too. This location is really big, too, so if you cant find something somewhere else, they probably have it here.

One of the larger dollar trees in Utah, the selection is above average. Its generally pretty clean, easy to navigate, and well stocked. Check out times vary depending on how many people they have staffed and how busy it is. Employees are friendly and helpful.

This was probably the biggest Dollar Tree that I have been to. They had a huge variety of things and the store was clean and organized. They had 2 cashiers so the wait to check out was not long. I was impressed. Other stores have not been as nice. There were a few shelves that were empty, but for the most part, there was a good variety.

Love this Dollar Store. They need more help to get more items on the shelves rather than sitting in the back room. I will never understand a store with a full backroom and poorly stocked shelves. Bring it all out so I can buy more!

One time, there was a cashier who right when my wife and I got to her to check out our stuff, she left to help another cashier, and when you thought she was coming back to you, she walks by and walks out the door, and doesn’t come back for like 5 minutes. So there’s my wife and I, and 2 or 3 others in line wondering what the freak she was doing!Another time and I’m pretty sure it was the same lady, she was having a conversation with one of her coworkers while the next person in line was waiting for her to stop talking and start scanning, then the lady left her station to talk to some other cashier about nothing, that cashier had to tell her to get back to her station, there were lots of people in the two lanes that were open, so she only made it worst by doing all of that.There is only one, maybe two lanes open and checkout times take FOREVER!

This place is great - bought rubber gloves, several containers, cleaning supplies and other needed items - even fun HB cards @ 2/$1 - everything else was $1... People were friendly and helpful... Loved it!!

Its a good time to get Halloween decor with lots of fun things. Great place to buy bday cards. You never know what you will find.

They have some great items for a buck! Be careful, even though everything is a buck that doesnt always mean its cheaper than everywhere else! There stock seems to be shrinking over the years, but their selection is still very good. You get what you pay for!

The store was very clean and had a lot of things to choose from.

Way cleaner than the Spanish Fork Dollar Tree. (Not hard to do though).This location has frozen and refrigerated goods that not all the other stores have.Staff is always helpful and friendly.4 stars because this place is just awesome! Why buy gift bags for $6 when you can get them here for $1? And a million other similar deals. Just love the concept.

A Fairly large dollar tree. they have most of what you would expect and a few more things. It is a straight forward establishment.

Save lots of money on Christmas items. Rapping paper gift bags and gift boxes. Ortimentes decorations and more. With the great savings you can make a childs Christmas even better. Support Operation Home Front. Simply buy a toy for a child whos parent is serving in the U.S armed forces. Pick out a toy for only one dollar and help make a kids Christmas a good one. You can find some really cool stuff. cooking/cleaning, tons of glass jars, picture frames. Never know what youll find, but always worth a look.

I have no complaints about the store.

Most disgusting, filthiest store Ive been in. The floors are covered in black grime looking as though they havent been cleaned in years which is fascinating since the floor covering is only a month old. The shelves are always empty yet the stock room is filled to the ceiling. Went in to purchase treats to feed the ducks with my children yet had to leave from the disgusting feeling I had by being in that store. Felt as though I had to disinfect my children after leaving. The Manager and District manager should be replaced by wild apes, at least the store would be cleaner and better managed. This seems to be the case with all Utah County Dollar Trees.

Busy store with only 2 employees and one of them on break, the line got so long that when the other employee came back in a fight for who was to get in the next line first almost occurred. Kind of a scary experience, yet comical. Might wanna staff better on a Saturday morning.

This is hand down the best dollar tree in the area. Awesome selection. We basically stocked all the kitchen and bathroom items in our first apartment here for like 70$ total

I started coming to this Dollar Tree a year ago and I loved it. Ive been going there at least once a month, and I have to say it has significantly gone down hill. It is now one of the messier Dollar Trees in the area and its not uncommon to find entire walls completely empty. This is unfortunate because it is such a big store! It should be able to house much more inventory, but lately I think it sells less than smaller Dollar Trees. Too bad.

It was a good place to pick up a cheap snack and what not, but it was dingy inside and there stock was low.

The Dollar Store is a pretty darn good deal. It is my go to place to buy cold medicine and napkins. I find their little selection of pharmaceuticals to be adequate. If I am forced to buy Ibuprofen or cold medicine elsewhere, I am frustrated at the price, knowing that I could have gotten basically the same thing for a dollar.

Always buy my tissue and candy there.

Went in here to pick up some zip ties. Cashier asked me where I was from and then asked me about my faith completely out of the blue. When I told him what my faith was he became aggressive and said get out of here after I had checked out. Really??? I dont expect much from a dollar store but I dont expect to be interrogated about my faith and then discriminated against during checkout. Boycott this location!

This Dollar Tree is in dire need of better mgmt and service staff. Shelves and hooks are very depleted of products. Backroom is stacked to the ceiling with new stock, while store is lacking in goods for sale.

For a Dollar Store, this is a great place. Compared to a regular, nice store it wouldnt get as high of a review from me.

Always find surprise deals

I do love videos that they have! And I know this is not the stores fault it is executive branch or at the district office but theres too dearly understaffed to the amount of product they run through the store. I bought 53 items today which is a lot scanning and there were only two registers open didnt everybody has full baskets. Honestly I think it would be a wonderful idea if they had a line that was 15 items or less and then people who had over 15 items and then that would help things move a lot quicker so the people that are just grabbing a few things can get out faster and the people that have a lot they know theyre going to have to wait a little bit but to Cashiers on a busy Thursday afternoon completely unacceptable! They didnt even have anybody on the floor that could help anybody. Tammy she is one of the managers there and she is amazing! Shes supposed to be back tomorrow fingers crossed because shes one of the only managers that you ever see step in and actually work. I worked very closely with Tammy. If she wasnt there my orders were always messed up with the balloons there were either too many too little bit different colors but I didnt order and you can never get a hold of any of them they just want to sit in the office besides Tammy you guys severely underpaid her at the Dollar Tree

Reasonably clean and organized. Great place to purchase cheap home supplies (i.e. dish soap, first aid, toothbrushes, cleaning supplies, etc), school/office supplies, and more.

The cashier was very nice, but the place was like if a tornado had just passed through. Specially the cosmetic section.

Its a very unkempt establishment. Ive been to may dollar tree stores (its my go to store when I have low $), but this one is disorganized and feels as though it just went through a big earthquake while at the same time had a grab and dash mob hit it.

The store desperately needed to be stocked. Two lights were on for open lanes but no clerks behind the counter. No long lines for a change, just no cashiers.

Great place to buy helium balloons. I had one last 15 weeks. We were getting kind of bored with it so we took it down. Cpild have lasted longer. Lol. We had two others at a different time last 10 weeks. 😀

I love shopping here because I can get many necessities; often name brand, for a dollar each and this is VERY important to me because I am on a very small fixed income and need to make every penny count.

My wife almost exclusively shops Dollar Tree for her holiday decorations. Between this one, the one on Bulldog, and the one in north Orem, this Dollar Tree has by far the widest selection of decorations. Theyre almost always out of the balloon you want though, so take that into consideration.

Big store with a lot of things that really costs a dollar. Nice place to buy kitchen items.

Needs better housekeeping, it seems as there not enough employees to keep the store products organized.

I own ferrets and have them on a raw diet, this means that I need to store meat in specific sized portions in my freezer, and lots of it. The container needs to handle being frozen and going in the dishwasher to clean and sanitize. This place is my one-stop shop to get loads of containers like that, especially the 10pks of 2.3oz condiment containers. I probably have around a 1000 of those and I have never found something to replace it and work as well as they do. They also have some other containers that seal quite well and can be frozen without issues, though some are definitely not air-tight even if they look it. The pricing makes it great to buy bulk of items, so long as they have enough in stock.A general problem with any Dollar Tree though is that while some fabric items might look nice, they will ALWAYS give off color and shouldnt be washed with your other clothes, towels or cloths, nor can those be used as cleaning cloths as they will stain surfaces.I might not shop here for my own kitchen goodies and the like, but I will continue to shop here for the needs of all my furry family members.

Fix your hours!! You open at 9am not 8am!! Big mistake for customer service! Besides that its a dollar store! So come check it out! Lots of fun stuff here!!

Ive shopped at, on a regular basis, handfuls of Dollar Trees over the past 20 years. Various locations in which I have shopped at include parts of southern Utah....and throughout various portions of Portland, OR.Some Dollar Tree stores that I have shopped at have been...somewhat unkempt and unclean....whereas, very interestingly....others have been extremely well-stocked and very clean....I have been regularly shopping at this Orem Dollar Tree location for well over a year now: Surprisingly, this store is, by far, the dirtiest and least-organized/most poorly stocked of ANY Dollar Tree I have ever visited, EVER. Time after time, many basic things are not in stock, esp. stationery items, notepads, etc.....and the shelves are very, very unkempt and disorganized....every time I visit this location.At least the employees are pretty much always cordial. However, checkout lines at this dollar tree are usually long, esp. during the mid-day hours.....

Nice place for gift wrapping supplies, party supplies and you can usually find anything you need.

Its always good to have a dollar store close by. This is a typical dollar store. Nothing special but I think it is bigger than most.

Was employed there, for the first month and a half the managers were super awesome, had absolutely no problems. As I continued through my employment, the managers started showing their true colors. They hide products for themselves before stocking anything out, they tell their employees one thing and then yell at them for doing those such things. It took the GM 3 months to stock out Christmas and he stocked it out because his boss was coming down from SLC (stocked x-mas about a week and a half before christmas...) Ive worked a lot of jobs, including a job cleaning up the blood of a person who died, and never in my life have I ever come across a job where the managers treat their employees like pawns. I will never in my life work at this dollar tree again, and I recommend that this is a life or death kind of employment for anyone else. Otherwise, good luck dealing with managers who dont work and get mad at you for working double your quota.
