I had a piece of equipment that I needed covered. Trevor looked a bit surprised when I ask if he could custom cut a piece for the screen, then told me that he’s one of a couple of employees who can correctly do it.He was right. The screen cover was perfectly cut and applied. Great work. I’ll be back today with another one. Oh, that’s only if he’s working.

I know you can always get a cheaper screen protector online, but I love having a lifetime warranty on my screen protector. Also these hold up so much better and even though I know how to put on screen protector professionally, (I used to work at T-Mobile) they do a better job putting it on than I can. If youre spending 1000$+ on your phone, spend a little more and get a better quality protection.

I went in there today to get a replacement screen protector, Tanner was the one who helped me.. and he did a GREAT job! While he was putting on the screen protector he let me even go get a smoothie from orange julious, and as soon as I got back he had it flawlessly done and had the card reader ready to pay and leave!

Jared helped me out today. Phenomenal customer service, made sure it was a great install, and even upgraded me to a screen protector that I loved the look of more than my old one! If youre looking for a way to protect your phone, ZAGG is the only way to go! Thanks again for great service!

We went into the ZAGG store today expecting to pay $49.99+ for a new phone cover protector, but the nice employee, I think I heard his name is Jeremy (?), explained that ZAGG protectors have a warranty when you give them your old one back. Not only did we walk out with a better protector, but it only cost us $27, including tax and installation. And he said it will be even less expensive the next time we need one. Jeremy (?) knows the true value of customer service and he is a pro. We will definitely be returning and telling our friends of the great experience Jeremy (?) provided.

We have their lifetime warranty on one of our screen protector. we paid over $90 to have it. the phone screen shattered and there were glass shards that would have been impossible to transport because we live out of the state. we tried to come in to get the replacement and they were going to charge us $50 to get the screen replaced. it truly was the biggest waste of money, don’t get the lifetime warranty. definitely not worth it, and the employee was terribly rude about it on top of everything.

Every time I come here, I am well received. Excellent customer service with a smile. And the best part is that I am not told that they dont have a screen protector for my somewhat outdated phone. Theres always an estimation of how long the service will take and for me thats excellent way to communicate with their customer. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Two different clerks help me. One when I dropped off my phone and one when I pick them up. Both of them gave me all the information that I needed in a very short amount of time and obviously knew what they were talking about. The job they did looks great and I know what I need to do if I break my screen protector again. Awesome job.

Got my screen protector replaced for $10. There was about a 30 minute wait. There is one employee and she was nice and seemed quite stressed. It would be great to see two people working on weekends if it is that busy.

Great, quick and seamless service. They didnt have a tempered glass screen protector that would fit my Samsubg A7 tablet, but they made a non-tempered custom fit one for me. Very happy. :)

My wife purchased a Zagg shield for her Apple watch less than a year ago. We bought a $30 Zagg shield to protect the investment.The shield was not installed properly the first time (had bubbles). Weve had to had it re-installed about 4 times. 1 of those 4 times was due to wear and tear by us. The other three installs all had bubbles.Initially, we werent informed that if we had any installs issues with the first 10 days, they would replace it for free. So, learned that lesson the hard way.Now, fast forward to today. My wife takes in the shield to be replaced (wear and tear). Instead of paying the normal $10, they were going to charge her the full $25 for purchasing a new shield because they no longer carried the same model. We were returning the old shield for a replacement which they specifically confirmed in the past that was $10 charge previously. Why should we pay for a brand new shield when we are a doing a replacement? If Zagg discontinues a model, then we have to pay for a brand new one?Terrible experience. Im a fan of the product. It does a solid job of protecting the phones and watches. However, if this is how they swindle us, they deserve the 1 star.

I came into the store right before they were closing. It was about 8:50 and some of the other stores already had closed up shop. The worker welcomed me with a smile and made me feel welcome. He was fast and did a great job with what was needed. He was able to talk about something that I could relate too ( my hair) and made me feel even more welcomed. All in all I was able to get my phone fixed and had a pleasant visit. I will be back for sure.

Zagg is the BEST screen cover on the planet. I hike daily and take lots of photos with my phone. Inevitably, my phone dropped onto a trail twice and the Zagg cover was hashed...but NOT my phone screen! Brought my phone into Zagg and they replaced the cover both times in minutes! I wont buy any other phone screen cover..it will be Zagg every time.. saves me hundreds a year in phone screen repairs!
