So far im giving this place 5 stars. Yes they didnt have the bed i wated in stock so I had to buy more exspenive then I origi ally planned. But Im happy with the chkice I made and the 7 year warrenty is a great deal. Just be sure to buy the cover because any stains at all voids the warrenty.

My wife and I were looking for affordable and quality, and figured the store would offer cheap beds. Customer service helped us find something in our price range, and when there was confusion on what was in stock they automatically upgraded our bed for free for inconvenience. A very thoughtful, helpful, affordable, and quality company.

Not a big selection and prices arent very low as I expected.Its just ok to buy a mattress if you are in a budget and in a hurry because they have all of them in stock.

My wife and I spent most of our afternoon at various stores and than we can here. They helped us so much and they actually cared about getting us the best deal. The salesman was the founders son and he was very kind and even gave us the best deal we could find. Very affordable and helpful.

Colton helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We appreciated his patience with us as we tested and then re-tested the different mattresses. He taught us about all the different options available, even admitting when some of the products may not be the best for our particular needs. We really appreciated his candor. The prices were very good and the service was unbeatable. Previously, we had gone to the Sleep Number store and purchased a great bed for more than $1000. Ouch! We needed an additional bed in our home and decided to see what Mattress Dealzz had to offer. They have memory foam and all the fancy toppers youd hope to find. We walked out with a fantastic queen-sized mattress that feels great for around $300. It is just as pleasant to sleep on as our Sleep Number bed.

Went in knowing exactly what we wanted but ended up upgrading a bit to something that will work much better but still within our budget, the owner helped us get what we needed without any pressure, he was very kind and attentive and helpful, will recommend to friends and family and will come back again once we are ready to upgrade.

I purchased a king-size mattress from Mattress Dealzz in 2016 and had to warranty it in 2017 due to it breaking down, leaving huge body impressions greater than 1.5 deep, and causing all sorts of pain and sleep issues. The replacement mattress from 2017 had to be warrantied in 2019. At that time, I paid an extra $600 to upgrade to a better mattress in hopes of avoiding the need to warranty/replace again in 1-2 years. The third mattress is now unbearable to sleep on! We are having the same issues with joint pain, numb limbs, and sleep disturbance we had with the previous two mattresses as they broke down. I am pretty sure we got the exact same mattress for $600 more with the upgrade! I will never purchase another mattress from here again!

Okay, so we waited a year to review the mattress to make sure we were being accurate with our review, even a year later. Seriously it’s the best mattress we’ve ever had! My husband and I sleep soundly on it and I’m totally thrilled at being able to have the best mattress around! I’ve had family try it out as well and they were jealous haha. It was totally affordable, they had an amazing payment plan option, and the guy who helped us out in the Orem location was stellar. He was very honest and upfront with us. It didn’t feel like I was just being tricked, he honestly cared about our comfort. He is related to the people who started this company and I’m proud to support a local place in Utah where I currently live. I’m from Las Vegas, I KNOW what a scam is, and these guys are far from it! 10/10 recommend to everyone! (We bought a King hybrid mattress. Springs/memory foam. Also bought box spring, mattress cover and a frame from them).

Loved our experience here. We told the salesperson our price range, he didnt play games, told us the name brand if we wanted it, and wasnt breathing down our necks when we were looking at models. Pleasant sales person. Unfortunately the queen size mattress didnt fit our bed. Size was a bit off. Called on the problem but then didnt hear back. After calling back the following week the owner came out and we had the option of a return and refund in a timely manner..

The prices are fair, and the mattresses seem to be of good quality. The staff is no pressure, and they have had the mattress I wanted in stock on both of my shopping experiences. If they had free delivery it would be nice, but Im sure that would just increase the overall cost.

I have purchased three mattresses from them over past four years. Two kids mattresses and most recently a queen mattress. Mattress prices are 1/2 to 1/3 the price of any other mattress store! They were so friendly, treated us like family. I felt no pressure to buy, and no pressure to buy out of my price range. I did buy a mattress and am satisfied so far. They loaded our new bed on top of our suv and tied it down for us. I hope the bed is everything we need, if so, I know who to trust!

We were able to exchange our mattress no problem. The guy who helped us was not friendly at all and was constantly rolling his eyes at us. You would think since we were the only customers in the store they would be happy and helpful. It felt like he was wanting us to leave. The one in pleasant grove was a lot more friendlier and helpful. Like mattress dealzz but not this location.

This place fraudulently ran my credit without my permission. They say they have no credit check financing, which I wanted to do, to to Im rebuilding my credit and didnt want a hard hit against it. The salesman told me several times (even wrote it down)that they dont check credit.... Well they checked it without my authorization and cause a hard hit on my credit after I asked him several times not to run my credit. Now Im stuck with a hard hit against my credit due to their lying sales people!

I have bought 3 mattresses, and 2 box springs from Mattress Dealzz. 80% of their sales pitch was warrantee and quality, and how they are unlike everyone else. I like the mattresses, but one of the box springs broke. Would not honor warrantee. No need to buy from a place that does not honor warrantees.
