I’ve only slept on the intellibed midnight one night and that’s all I needed to write this review! For the first time in years I woke up feeling refreshed and my body doesn’t hurt! If you’re thinking about getting a new mattress, this is the one for you!! It’s soft so it’s comfy but also firm to give you support!

How can you buy a bed when they are closed in the middle of the day, (waited 45 min at 4pm) nothing is actually in stock (said it could be 2 weeks or 4 weeks) and with all this,a mattress topper is $800 and a full king and base over $10k. Love how they feel but dont get a feeling they actually sell beds.

Seriously, the best bed that Ive ever slept on! Customer Service was fantastic. I honestly couldnt be happier. My back and hips feel better and my arms dont get numb anymore.Very happy with our purchase.

The manager there is the nicest person I think I ever met, and very knowledgeable about the product. I think her name is Radawn? Hope I got that right. The Mall is a fun place to shop and just stopped in here to see what they are about, I will be back next year when we are looking for a new bed for sure!

Hands down this is the best mattress I have ever slept on. I came from an $8,000 TempuPedic and there is absolutely no comparison. The Firm and Soft is an industry game changer. It’s not hype, it truly delivers.

My husband and I spent $4,000 on a bed and because we bought it in the store, we cant return it. It was the worst investment we have ever made. Im looking into putting a topper on it to make it more comfortable, but I could have put a topper on a really inexpensive bed. For $4,000, we were expecting to be sleeping on a cloud, but got back pain and stiff muscles instead.

It is hard to describe how important a good nights sleep has been to my health. If you are experiencing back pain or having trouble sleeping give these mattresses a try. This mattress is worlds better than anything else Ive ever slept on.

Buyer beware! In the end the mattress didnt work out for us, no harm done BUT the return process has been infuriating . Return was completed February 8th and my money STILL has not been returned to me. Thats 5 weeks folks . Have called corporate and local store and neither are on the same page, only that its coming. Buying a mattress here is a big risk with yourmoney . Local staff is friendly but Im still missing $4k . Not worth the risk

Ive been an Intellibed owner for 12 years, and I really like the product. I went into the Orem store the other day, nervous to talk about some warranty issues. I was greeted by an incredibly friendly store manager, who quickly and easily solved my problem. I havent had such a great customer service experience in a long time. I was able to work through all my options according to my time-table and never felt rushed. Im very glad I took my business to Intellibed.

Beds are very comfy, Radawn is very well educated on the product offering and is very kind.

Would never buy this bed. We paid 2-3k per mattress (2 of them because it is the split king which takes —2 twin XL mattress’s —in FIRM) it hasn’t been a year and it sags, major sags. Hubby has a horrid sleep. Horribly poor quality. Do Not buy. Bad choice for the price. We got duped. Looking for new mattresses and it hasn’t been a YeAR. Pathetic quality, big hype. Waist of money

Really bad customer service. After waiting a week and a half for our bed and making sure we were home when the delivery was scheduled, no bed. Spent the whole day calling and could not get a hold of the person who schedules delivery. When we finally got a call back they told us they forgot to schedule it and we would have to wait another week. Not very happy!Update: They got it sorted out and got us our bed the next day, plus they gave us free pillows for our trouble, so that was nice. The bed is amazing and definitely the most comfortable I have ever slept on. It was worth the service frustration.

Horrible customer service. Worst bed Ive ever owned. Have had to go to the chiropractor once a week since purchasing the bed. Finally went back to using my old mattress.
