Appliance Depot has been working with providing people with appliances for 15+ years. I have shopped with them from the beginning and their services really meet my standards. I own multiple home properties and I am always in need of appliances. Whether it’s microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, washers or dryers, they are always there when I need their services. Not only do they provide used and new products, but they also offer a range of prices that are worth the buy. They really go above and beyond in providing me with all the information needed before I make a purchase. The owner is always attentive and their delivery services are subpar. They have exceptional customer service and the guys who install the appliances always do so in a timely fashion.Appliance Depot is the kind of local store that is always there to remind you why it is important to do business locally. They have constantly pulled through and always place their customers interests first. If you are looking for quality products, this is the place to go.

Wow!! Too bad I have to even give them a 1 star. I would prefer 0. Stay far away from this place. They claimed that the items were new open box with scratch and dents. Low and behold they were actually used. All items. We purchased a washer dryer and stove. They tried to argue with me that the items were not used but my pictures show otherwise. This business is a fraud and will be reported to the better business bureau. We specifically asked if the appliAnces were new open box and Marisol responded yes. They repair appliances and resell them as new open box. Also the stove I purchased was not functioning properly the very day we bought it. The wife manager of the store was very combative and unprofessional stating that they are doing us the favor of allowing to return the items. What nerve!!!They even made us return the appliances ourselves knowing we had to borrow a truck to return them. Pay the extra dollars and avoid getting ripped off!

Bought a Samsung fridge along with a microwave and stove. The store offers delivery, and they were on time. Very good customer service and owner thoughtfully communicated with me. They offer very fair prices for their products and they are of very good quality. Overall, I would recommend and I am looking forward to buying any other products needed in the future.

Worst company ever

I give it a 3 because they recommended Acima for financing the equipment and this was my worst nightmare as my equipment cost $ 950 and I had to pay $ 2,500 for the financing in total $ 3,500. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY THAT IS CHARGING 700% FOR THE FINANCING. 🤬😡
