Place was joke! I walk in and felt like no one was literally there! Im in the store waiting for assistance, and no one came to my service!finally someone came from I dont know where. Ask the gentleman a few questions about some appliances,and poorly he didnt know any details about the object! I poorly wouldnt recommend anybody buying from there! Service sucks! And you wouldnt know what youll be buying!

My father bought 2 dryers with these people. Today we decided to buy the 3rd without realizing that our dryer was not damaged.When they brought the dryer we bought, we realized it was a problem with the electricity fuses, not the dryer.My father asked for his money to be returned, which I think is controversial. In the end, the owner approved the return of the money. Upon arriving at the place the man who took care of us (Bartolo) was dismissed dissolving that the problem or the responsibility was of the buyer, as saying that if we already bought it was not their fault that we did not realize that the dryer was good.What a sadness to have to deal with such a bad customer service and lose a client who often recommended this place.They will give you a hard time for a return. We bought a dryer and realized our was not broken so we had to return the one just bought.They took the item back because we realizedthe matter upon delivery but gave us a hard time to get the money back.(New item was never used, they were about to deliver and took it back right away) but in their mind, if you buy, even in this case, you should keep it.Poor customer service.
