If you want a dealership that offers you an outstanding product minus all of the bull, talk to the people at Holler Honda in Orlando. My wife needed a car and I visited various dealerships throughout Central Florida. I was quite amazed and alarmed at the creative ways that many of them go to boost the price of a new car. Some had the gall to actually ask for a premium prior even to looking at any vehicle on the lot. Many others added that old secondary sticker trick, which listed exorbitant prices for unneeded services, thereby inflating the price even further. Furious and dejected, I reluctantly continued visiting other dealerships.Upon arriving at Holler Honda, and revealing what was occurring at other locations, the sales consultant, Stephen Hemmerle, was honest and very forthright. He stated that at Holler Honda, We do not treat our customers like that. He also added that, We are all going through tough times now, but Holler Honda does not take advantage of the situation like many others do. And much to my surprise, his words rang true. They do, in fact, treat their customers well. A lot like you would treat your own family.My wife and I went over the incoming inventory and numbers, and quickly gave a deposit for her new car. Surprisingly, the vehicle arrived well over a week early and I was quite amazed at how pain free the process was. Suffice to say that if I needed a new car again, Holler Honda will be my first and only choice. Why would I go anywhere else?

I bought my new car here. The experience with Yahya (John), my salesperson, was great. He listened to my needs and helped me pick the right vehicle: a 2019 Honda CR-V with a meager 16K miles on it. So I was able to get the car I wanted, but without overpaying.Although I brought a pre-approval letter from my bank for the auto loan, they were also able to get a more competitive rate. So even the financing portion of the deal was satisfactory.All in all, a great dealership experience, and one that I hope to repeat in the future, when I come to trade my CR-V in one day.

I bought a Civic Hatchback from here last week and could not be happier. Keith was the sales person that took me through the process and was very accommodating and worked hard to get me a good deal. He took a 30 minute phone call in the evening the day prior and genuinely tried hard to help me find a car. Then when I came in he gave me a very good price on the car and I left happy. I ended up paying well under MSRP which is really nice given the current inventory issues in the auto market. Some people leave car dealerships mad that they got a bad deal, this was not the case here. I visited a few dealerships before coming to Holler Honda and I can say that there is quite a difference, and you can tell by just how busy this place is compared to most over dealers. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

HORRIBLE experience.. Called for a week seems nobody is answering phones there and when someone called me back they hung up QUICK after asking maybe 2 questions.. Welp I bought same day somewhere else after being in car sales for over 13 years that store needs lotion. 👋🏽 maybe the service station will be better but I won’t risk it
My car was having problems with its brakes so I came in on a Monday morning as soon as they opened, not even sure if they took walk-in for non-maintenance problems but they took my car without any hesitation. Horrible service. Needed a new key, called and they said they would have the key next day but I needed a service appointment to get the key configured. First appointment was 10 days from now. Scheduled appointment, taped key to hold it together and showed up. They left me standing 15 min waiting outside on a service tech, who was jist sitting at his desk inside with no one and I had to ask 3x if he was coming out. Then he checked me in and left me in limbo standing there and finally I just walked to sit in the waiting area. Almost 15 min later he comes and says they forgot to order the key and that I need to come back another day, and they would order the key and have it tomorrow, and I could come by sometime after the key arrives. Such a bad experience from moment one, just wanted to get a replacement that was an actual original Honda key, clearly too much to ask.
The car salesman was awesome! Shout out to Raymond! HOWEVER, about the financing process…..Lets just say that Monty thought he saw me coming a mile away, since I was buying my first car on my own. First, he denied my request to see the ‘Call sheet’ from the bank. Then, he didn’t want to confirm that Honda was offering 1.9% to do the deal with their bank. With an 833 credit score and 10k down, he said Chase was offering 4.9% which is an insult to someone with top tier credit. So, I’m conclusion, I would just like to say SMD Monty .
Always love going to Holler Honda to get my car serviced. The facilities are so welcoming and I dont feel burdened if I have to wait onsite for my car to be finished. The Service Advisors are always super nice and make the process seamless. My last two cars have been purchased here and I will be back again for sure. I even got my first car as a teenager here!! I took my Civic in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment and JohnsonSevere was my Service Advisor. He was veryProfessional and helpful and I was on my wayWithin an hour and a half. He reviewed all therecommendations by the mechanic. I couldn’thave all of the service done yesterday and Johnson did not push me or make me feel guiltyfor not getting all the service done. He said he would be there and to call to make appointmentwhen I was ready. Johnson is an excellentemployee and I would recommend him as a service advisor and Holler Honda for service and buying Honda products to any of my friends or family.
This place has weird sales practices. My car had a maintenance last week to get the transmission fluid changed. When driving up I asked them about the costs and they said we dont even know if you need a replacement. Like they were going to turn down work, because its unnecessary but recommended its done. They take a look an inspect, and of course tell me I need that changed. Plus listed several other things, including a cabin filter, it wouldnt have bothered me but I had less than 2,000 miles on that cabin filter. Avoid this place for mechanical maintenance, if you care about genuine service and not weird service sales tactics.

Ended up driving away. There seemed to be a mix up with my appointment for an oil change . I felt like an intruder. The guy just stood there said he would need to see the confirmation number and was making me look it up. Because my name was not on his clipboard. I finally walked in and spoke with the manager. He did get right up, was attentive and He assigned an advisor .The advisor who seemed reluctant then told me it was a 2 hour wait! The check in guy and the advisor did not seem to care if I was there or not. I guess they dont need the business. Never smiled, never greeted me. Just didnt feel welcome or valued as a customer.The car is brand new so yeah, right now a simple oil change isnt a big commission. But over the life of a 2021 new car, it would behoove to build a relationship. disappointing and unfortunate.

You leave knowing your car is good to go in proper working condition. I got my car towed to holler Honda for what I thought was an alternator problem. After the 99.95 diagnostic the service guy told me it was not an alternator it was the starter. The starter was 500.00 plus service and the 99.95 diagnostic I explained to the service tech Gailin I had a warranty with the car and that it should be covered under warranty not only did he fail to call my warranty company and notify them with the new issue but charged me 750.00 when he insisted that the starters are usually never covered under warranty, after the work is done I called my warranty company and they told me they never received a call from holler Honda. So on this note I was taken advantage of and they could care less if you pay out of pocket or not. They don’t care about customer service. The service manager mike Leing was extremely rude and pretty much told me well the bill was paid so he pretty much could care less that a customer now has to pay 750.00 out of pocket then wait 2 months from a refund through the warranty company. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE THEY WILL TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF YOU
Keith McCullough was the best. He made the whole experience worth the 2.5 hour from Jacksonville well worth it. He was there with us past closing time as we didnt walk through the door until 7:15. Montes in finance was very informative when it came to warranties packages for our car. Eric Smith came by and made sure all the Is were dotted and the Ts crossed and made sure we knew how to operate all the safety features the car had. Keith beat him to it though, its because he rocks!

Holler Honda service center has never failed me or family with all of our cars. Went in for a regular oil change and then ended up getting my breaks and rotors replaced. Now my brakes are squeaky free. Steven Molina was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process (I asked a million questions). He kept it very real and made me comfortable with leaving my car with them. He even helped get me out in time to get to my next appointment.
I worked with Maria and originally met her to test drive the Palisade. We werent ready at the time but for several weeks Maria kept in touch with us. We went back in to make the purchase but the numbers just didnt work out. Jose, Marias manager, came over and suggested the Santa Fe which was fully loaded and had most everything I wanted. After I test drove it, went back in to sign the papers. Maria was patient and kind with us. She was wonderful. I highly recommend to work with her.
I bought a 2011 Honda Pilot new from Holler Honda about 10 years ago (and it was a great buying experience). I have had almost no problems with my car until a few weeks ago during the summer heat when my AC started acting up only working intermittently. Because I was pressed for time I took it to two repair shops close to my house but neither was able to fix the problem before I had to go on a 2500 mile roundtrip drive that ended up being hot and miserable. As soon as I got back home I made an appointment online for service at Holler Honda. They did a great job! When I arrived in the late afternoon the customer service rep Miguel Paz listened to my description and immediately zeroed in on several possible causes. The next morning he called to tell me the mechanic had diagnosed the AC and that I needed a new evaporator and expansion valve. They secured the part and had the repair finished by midday for a reasonable price. Since then my AC is blowing cold consistently. I highly recommend Holler Honda for sales and for service!

Although me and my wife ended up returning the vehicle we purchased, Wisner, Ricardo, Jeff, and the team made our experience a memorable on. Wisner was very informative of the vehicles we looked at and made the car buying experience comfortable and easy. At no time did I felt pressured to purchase a vehicle nor did I feel the team was using shady sales tactics. Any question me or my wife had they answered quickly. I would highly recommend anyone who is wanting to purchase a vehicle, to visit this awesome team.
I had Steven do a recall on my Accord. He was very nice. Explained what he would do and how the recall works. He’s a great associate there and I would recommend him to anyone. He had me in and out of the place in less than an hour and a half. Great guy, thanks for your help!
Save yourself your time and money from going here. Bad business. Agreed on a price for a car and then they come back at the last minute and tell me that the price I was given was not the correct price because the price of the red leather seats was not factored in even though the price that was shown on the car stated otherwise. They first mentioned the red leather seats was an additional $1600 then said $1300. A lot of misinformation and lack of knowledge. They failed to honor the price that was on the car and after talking to the manager about it she was very nonchalant and unprofessional. It was their mistake and they failed to take accountability for it. I ended up taking my money elsewhere to Classic Honda and they took care of me! Always be willing to walk away and I’m so glad I did.
I was looking to have a good experience based off the reviews and reading about there first time car buyer program but i did not have one, My daughter is in the military and wanted a Honda Civic and wanted me to assist by looking because she was a first time car buyer. The first salesman was so busy telling me everything she could not do as well as sharing information that the car lot got ripped off by someone taking 6 cars from doing a deal because the person was not physically there to make a car purchase. That had nothing to do with me . I am a business woman and established. When he started to tell me what the bank could not do and she had not done the application and I did not choose or see a car . I told him he was not the bank and go get me someone else because he had a negative attitude and not a good car salesman. A manager came and bought over another guy and he said the finance department guy was not there and it will probably be Monday before they could give her an answer. I will not release his name because he was nice took time to show me a car I FaceTime my daughter and she was pleased. After being there for about an hour my daughter gave him the information and said he would email her the application for her to fill it out and I got his card and told him thank you. I checked with my daughter he never sent the application and did not follow up with us at all and when I called back he was not available. At this point I told my daughter they will not get my business or hers for the way I was treated as a customer and made me feel like the second guy was a coverup for the first salesman that was rude and unprofessional. I went to another dealership the next day and my daughter got a newer car 2019 Honda Civic lower miles and a good down payment. I hope no one ever have this experience or go through what we went through. My daughter wanted to be independent to make her first car purchase and she is in the United States Army. The people at the dealership was not trying to help us at all or make me feel comfortable at all .

The service manager (William Harris) at this dealer is awful and useless. He doesn’t do a good job at helping costumers and he has a bad attitude towards costumers. Definitely take your car somewhere else.
The service advisor Miguel Paz does not treat costumers with respect and is useless at helping costumers. I had to talk to another service advisor to resolved my car problem. This dealer needs to hire someone with good costumers service qualities. Just avoid bringing your car to this dealer.

Peter Tran was terrific. I have never had a better experience at dealership before. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. He was so knowledgable about the car even though it wasnt a Honda. He was able to explain all the features which were completely new to me since I had not bought a car since 2009 so the technology is so advanced now. He made sure I was comfortable during the wait to get a trade in value for my car and the financing of the new car. He even helped me connect my phone to the car before I left. I would absolutely go back to this dealership and Peter.
