The service was very great! Very convenient considering they were fast, very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, when I went onto their site I couldn’t find any prices and I assumed it was like another quick oil change location that my husband and I love to go to in Orange City. The price we paid here was triple what we typically pay in Orange City so that stunk. They do give coupons via email and they have some online but as a new customer I wasn’t aware of that. Had I been, we probably would be making trips here more often but I don’t think that’s likely.

I used this company for many years without issue until recently. Their level of service/customer care and communication has dramatically fallen. I will say this if you are doing a short small same day service you should be OK otherwise I would look elsewhere.I wont dive into too much details but I gave the owner multiple chances to reach out to me to discuss the discrepancies Ive had with him and his mechanics but he has not reached out to communicated with me. They had my vehicle for over a month only to loose my original key. They had it re-cut and replaced without telling me.I whole heartedly believe they were going to steal my car if I did not randomly show up and re-take possession of it. DO NOT WORK WITH Renato. He is a lie and a cheat. Took zero responsibility and accountability for loosing my keys and not fixing my issues. Spend a few dollars more and sleep well at night.

The added benefits of a nationwide warranty of their work and well as free shuttle service, included roadside assistance, I will always go here for any mechanical issues. Good people got me back up and running

Brought my car to be serviced there picked it up 3days later with the same problem. Came back left my car there for two days no one has yet to looked at it Or properly diagnose my vehicle so i picked it up today not wanting to go through another day of it sitting there. Im going somewhere else where service is done in a timely and accurate manner.

I only give four stars because somewhere there is always room for improvement, but I love this place. I found them about 3-4 years ago after my son was in a car accident and he needed a rental but no other rental place would rent a car to him because he was under 25yrs of age. The whole process was super simple only need drivers license and proof of insurance unlike other places that also require a light or phone bill as. The staff is very nice, the price is very affordable and the vehicles are very well kept.Although I only rent a car once a year I am a loyal customer to GS for the great staff, affordable price and well maintained vehicles .

I went to this place to fix my car which was a relay, they charged me $89.99 for a diagnostic plus the relay for the total of $150.95, I think they didnt have to do a diagnostic to know the relay needed to be change, plus after telling me they could see the car the same and get it fix, they didnt see my car the same day and kept my car for four days, after keep calling finally they fix my car, really bad service, I was told this was a good place but NOOO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I wrote a review on this business a while ago, and I got a reply from the owner saying the dont charge for a diagnostic, I am sorry but that is not true, they charge $89.99, when you call them, they tell you there is a charge for a diagnostic, at least they did with me, I still not recommend it, thank you

Great customer service. Ive been taking my vehicles to GS for about 6 years for service and I recently purchased a used vehicle from them also. Giovanni and the rest of the staff are wonderful to work with.

I had one service done at this location before. I supplied my parts, they installed them. No problem, the BBB (better business bureau) even called home to see if I was satisfied with the experience. Recently had a more serious problem with my car. It wouldnt accelerate and kept jerking. Took it back GS Auto Center and was told I needed a new engine because the head gasket went out and the repairs would cost more than the cars worth. Out of desperation, my sisters neighbor said he could look at it. After a few new parts (fuel pump, sensors, thermostat) around $600 for parts and labor. My car has been running PERFECTLY since. I do not appreciate being lied to by a dealership I trusted. Go somewhere else or find your own at home mechanic.

I was RIPPED OFF by these people. I havent had a bad experience with auto shops for a long time until these guys. I went in with a coupon for an oil change, thinking these guys are nearby and could be my new place to go to. They lied to me upfront about how much more it would be for synthetic oil ($40 more vs $13 I was told at first) and when they tried to up-sell me more items, I even said no thanks, Im already getting a $13 synthetic oil up-charge. The con-artist cashier smiled smugly and walked away. Not a word, no correction, not until the deed was done and I had to pay. All I got was her incredulous stare and a hand out for my credit card. It may just be an oil change, and I may just be one person, but who the hell do they think they are? Do I need to get a contract and a lawyer for simple car maintenance from here on out??

In March, 2017 I had gotten an estimate from a local car dealer (an excellent dealer by the way) to get my 2006 Infiniti FX35 SUV repaired. I was told that the rear sub frame and the rear main seal needed to be replaced and that it would cost around $3700. Wow. I decided to explore other options and found GS Auto Center. They gave me a much cheaper estimate (under $2000) and we proceeded. They were very professional from start to finish. My auto mechanic was Felix and he was excellent. Additionally, I had found out they also have car rentals, so I rented a car (at a very reasonable price) from them - very convenient! Total cost of repair came in under $2000. Overall a fantastic experience for me. They did not ask me to write a review on the Internet - but I was thrilled and I proactively told them I would write a good review - they deserve it! Highly recommended.UPDATE February 2020 (3 years later) - Their repair from 3 years ago is still working perfectly. Additionally I had a new issue (same car) where my ignition turner would not turn completely off. (I could get if off after trying it over and over in various ways.) I came in for an estimate and they looked at it and said that this is a problem with Nissan cars (mine is the related Infiniti brand). I let them take it back and it was fixed within 1 hour at a cost of $50! This is now 3 weeks later and it has not recurred once. Again, super impressed - thank you GS Auto - again!

This place was HORRIBLE, they told me that i shouldnt get my car aligned while it was already in there shop, cause APPARENTLY they needed a piece that you can only buy on the internet for them to do the job, and making me leave just to come back once i get the piece, . I told them that i only needed my car aligned, and thats it they wouldve charged me practically the same amount even if i did leave without it. This people made me feel so uncomfortable, and they were huge SCAMMERS!!!! everything that would come out of there mouth was a complete lie.ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE COMPLETE BULL PEOPLE THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU!!!!

American Quality Roofing Of Orlando to do a complete condition roof inspection in Orlando where his business is on Orange Blossom Trail.after that he hired us to do the roof repairs in orlando @ his location.What an blessing I bring ALL the vehicles to G.S. Auto to repair and finally I can count on an Auto man to tell me the TRUTH.You can certainly bring your vehicles to him with confidence.

This place is a joke! Made a appointment, told them I was driving over an hour to come to their shop and once I get here they tell my they are full for the day and cant take me unless I want to wait a couple hours. I say I will come back in a couple hours when they can take me and he tells me he will only take me car today if I stay in the shop till then... so essentially you are holding me hostage for a couple hours to do what you set an appointment to do! Go some place else

Dont ever come to GS, came here to fixed my car axle and came out with more vibration. I talk to the mechanic what happen, he told me that they didnt have the right equipment to know what was happening. At the end I end up paying more than 400$.
