I came into the store confused about my phone trying to fix my emails on two devices. Sucette was extremely helpful and had patience to me. I would recommend any of my friends to come see her specifically because she’s awesome. Excellent job!! What she fixed would’ve taken me all day. Felt unwanted, waited for awhile thought I was next but then helps someone else who arrived later then me. I wanted to be a new customer for Verizon was ready to switch. But I will be taking my business somewhere, I don’t know if I was underdressed or even the way I look, no one even made a move to help which kinda rub me the wrong way.

Went in for a simple case and had zero acknowledgement when I went I get they were attending someone people but a simple will be right with you would be fine I grabbed a case and waited for 10 minutes and nothing. I’d say customer service needs improvement. But the service I got the day before was great!! Gentlemen hooked me up.

I highly recommend this location. Jess did an outstanding job helping us add a line for my son. Explained everything very well. Answered all of our questions and concerns. We were there less then 45 minutes. Great job Jess.

The sales reps were so professional that I was really happy I went with this store to do my transfer. I explain to them what I wanted and they made it happen. What an experience ... in a really nice way. Ive never met a person who enjoys going to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or the like and I cant say that I do either; however, out of all the times Ive had to make the dreaded trip to my cell phone provider - this was by far the best. The staff is great. They exceed expectations, from making sure youre taking advantage of the current promotions, to applying discounts you may qualify for - even when you walk into the store 15 minutes before close. A phone is a phone. Cell service is cell service. But this team is by far the highest quality, customer service oriented staff around. I dont know why anyone would bother going anywhere else!

I was assisted by Nate. Normally I avoid in-person customer service; like most people, I prefer to do as much as possible online or remotely. Nate reminded me what the value of such experience can be. Extremely patient, friendly but not overbearing, attentive to detail, thorough, not concerned about time, even though he was assisting me at the end of a long work day. He helped me to port my phone number and ensured and triple checked that my number ported correctly, went over each detail of contract, verified that there are no additional lines or charges, went as far as asking me if I brought the screen cover for my phone so he could help me to put it on the screen of my new device, and even showed me how to get the employee discount from my workplace. The company is lucky to have an employee like him and Im very grateful for his time and kindness.

I liked the fact he listened to me regarding the issues Ive experienced in the past with battery issues and shared the research hed done on various phones. I purchased the phone he used based on his research and knowledge and have been pleased every since! I especially appreciated his patience and how after purchasing my HTC One over a year ago; Jaime is still readily available and promptly assists with any questions or concerns I have. Bought a phone the other day and I came back in today to to buy a tablet. They have great tablet deals and the guys here are very helpful with setting up the new devices. Very happy with my experience today.

Dont waste your time here. Go to an actual Verizon store. Ordered a phone that wasnt in stock and was able to qualify for the trade in deal. Never got a call or email regarding when it came to the store. So I called the 800 Verizon number. The very nice lady looked into and said the person who helped me put his email address and phone number in for the contact number for when the phone came in, which is why I never received any communication. And guess what? They sold my phone to someone else. Luckily, the lady at the national number was able to help me. This store is shady.

From the moment that I walked into this Verizon store I could feel the awesome customer service level of this store. I was unsure which phone I wanted to upgrade to and worried if my contacts would transfer over from my iPhone to a different brand. Jose Diz was AMAZING to work with! He was knowledgeable, patient and very kind. He made me feel like he had all of the time in the world to work with me until I was comfortable with my purchase and with the functionality of my new phone. I went to a corporate Verizon store and after hours of being there and buying a new phone they didn’t even backup the new phone right. I went to this store and they are amazing. Demitrice and Jaylen opened the door and from beginning we knew we were in good hands. They fixed the mess that someone else created in no time at all. My grandmother is hard of hearing and they were very courteous to her. I recommend anyone to them if you want the best customer service.

It was a few months ago now but Andrew went above and beyond to help me with my cell phone purchase! Even calling me to let me know about a rebate they were offering. If I ever need to make a purchase or need help I will absolutely go back to Andrew. And Djuan is great too!! Very happy customer!

I was not sure about going to a place that was not a direct Verizon store, however Cellular Sales as an Authorized Retailer changed my mind!Service was fantastic! Shout out to Sabir W. he got me setup with my Google Pixel 2 XL and was exceptionally professional and had a great sense of humor. Same goes for the rest of the staff, professional but not mundane. If you see this and you are going to a Verizon store take my advice and go here. Always call ahead and see if they have what you want.

After having the last horrible experience I could with another cell phone provider, I was ready to move onto a company that wouldnt cause me so many headaches.
