Horrible Customer Service. My wife purchased a brand new $30,000 Kia with the additional warranty in 2017. The vehicle currently has 50,000 miles and they refuse to offer a rental for a service day. She needed them to look into an odd noise that they said they fixed previously, but they didnt. She politely requested a call back when they had a day with a rental available to offer and never got a call. A month later (still waiting on a call) she has an oil light on and they still refuse to offer a rental so she can go to work while her car is in the shop. Service told her to go to a local oil shop to get it changed. The Service manager also told her she would have to rent a car from Enterprise if she needed one for a scheduled service which would also be a week out. When asked about the issue, the man said they only have 3 rentals and cant commit to offering one of then. When asked if she could schedule and find the best time to make it work...Reply Sorry, maam we cant help you with a rental. This is the service of a loyal customer who purchased a brand new vehicle and an extended warranty. Unbelievable and simply unacceptable. I promise, they would not offer this type of service if you were looking to buy the car, only after you make the purchase! DONT DO IT! Put your money in the hands of a business that cares. This is not one of them.

Avoid this dealership! I would love to actually speak to Bill Walsh himself but I don’t think he cares about his customers based on the people you have running your dealership you probably don’t see them either or deal with them just collect the money!

If I could give them a 10/10 I would. Tobey is a wonderful asset to their team, she worked really hard to get me into the 2016 escape I wanted. Having a sick child several years ago took my credit from pretty good to down to where it shouldn’t be but she worked tirelessly to be sure that I left happy. When I arrived she had all of the paperwork near complete and after a test drive to be sure I was confident in my decision she had me out the door quickly. All in all I was there maybe an hour at most, if you’re looking for someone extremely personable and great at their job Tobey is who you’re looking for at Bill Walsh.

We recently bought a 2020 Optima. It was the most pleasant experience ever. The sales people there arent pushy, very polite, kind, professional and just down to earth people. We were so pleased with the outstanding service. This is how every car dealership should be. They didnt pressure us at all. Nate is really cool & friendly and that finance manager Dave was hilarious. Everyone was laid back and talkative. We highly recommend Bill Walsh Kia for all of your future car buying. They have a great selection, and are knowledgeable about all of the cars. Im looking forward to going there for my 1st free oil change a few months from now. If youre in the market for a new or used auto, definitely this is the place to go. Friendly service staff but this issue will my truck wasnt fixed now i have to bring it back again and the service agents need to better communicate on how long things will take for repairs one says one thing and then the other calls 3 hours later saying its done only reason they are getting 2 stars is cause of staff other wise it would of been lower.

I would recommend this establishment and location to EVERYONE who is wanting to be treated as a person and not just a credit score! From the moment I walked in the door there was no pressure at all. I started working with Tobey Ekhart and she was absolutely amazing !! I cannot stress enough at how helpful and understanding Tobey was, this women truly cared about me and worked her hardest to get me the best deal that would fit into my budget ! She worked several hours with me and have I mentioned IT WAS HER DAY OFF !! At the end of this I was able to drive away with a 2020 Kia Forti GT . I was totally blown away by the quality of service I recieved from this woman ! Hats off to Bill Walsh and his entire crew, you all are awesome !!

I love my new Kia Soul. I had a Doctors appointment in Peoria Wednesday and I couldnt be happier with everything about this car so far. You cant even hear the car running and the ride was so smooth. I had a passenger with me that day and she was really impressed with the ride and how quite this car runs. Glad John, my salesman suggested I take the Soul for a test ride. I waited in the Kia Lobby for 20 minutes and did not see a single person. No one came to wait on me. I finally texted the salesman we had been dealing with and he said he was not going to be in today that I should maybe go over to the Ford side. I did that and saw two gentlemen sitting at their desks. Neither one asked me if they could help me so I left. I again texted the salesman I had been dealing with. He said he would come in if I was serious. Are you kidding? This was my third time there. The first time I drove a Telluride. The second time I took my husband to drive it. This was my third time there. Was I serious? I believe so. I will not be going back.

ZERO STARS!!!I bought a vehicle from Bill Walsh 6 months ago and was told I would receive my spare key when I came in for my first free oil change which my salesman told me they do walk ins. Weeks after purchasing my 2017 vehicle with almost completely bald tires, there was a bubble in my front drivers side tire. My mechanic explained this could cause a blow out. Bill Walsh said too bad! They wouldn’t give me a loaner or look at it. When I called for my free oil change j was told here was no openings for two months. So I asked for my key, no answer. I’ve texted and called at least 20 times with no response. Also, my seatbelt, car outlet and gas tank button are all broken and should be under warranty but the salesman and manager will not return my calls. I spoke with the manager days ago and he said he would figure it out and call back. I’ve received no call, no service and no spare key (which will cost me $350 to have made). I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs of my car when I have a warranty for 30k more miles.The salesman pretended as if he wanted to help out a single mother but just took my money and ran. They do not value their customers, they are money hungry liars. Please do not purchase from here.

Very poor communication and do not seem to want to address problems with their service / dealership. I purchased 2014 Kia Soul new in spring of 2014 and have overlooked some of the problems I had with the dealership because there was nothing major until last July & August when starter began to fail intermittently. Car would not start, but then maybe 10 or 15 minutes later it would. It even failed once at my local mechanics shop. I talked to Bill Walsh Kia service dept about it being fixed under warranty and was told I should call Kia Roadside Assistance if it failed so they could document it and then Bill Walsh would be able to fix it under warranty. Imagine our surprise when it failed 20 miles away and when my wife called Kia Roadside Assistance she was told that the car was never registered with them when we purchased it and they could do nothing for us. When I talked to Bill Walsh Kia service manager he said he could do nothing to help repair the car or get it registered with Roadside Assistance. As I needed this car to work correctly as I was traveling to Iowa for a kidney transplant in September I got it fixed at my local mechanics at my expense (there have been no problems with it starting since then). When I called Kia to complain about Bill Walsh not fixing starter or ever registering car they said I had to take complaint to Bill Walsh service and have manager discuss with Kia representative, I took documentation to them 8/31/17 and have never heard back.So I figured I would write a letter to Bill Walsh Jr. and Bill Walsh Sr. detailing this problem and every other problem I had with their dealership since purchase. This included: 1) when I purchased the car one of the benefits the saleman pushed was we could bring it back and have it washed for free every week. Over the first 2 months we brought it in 6 times and the car wash was broke 3 of them and when it wasnt broke it seemed to be a great inconvenience to the service dept. to take it to be washed (so this was basically a worthless service, which seems weird as they actually do have a good car wash at one of their dealerships but we were never offered to use that one). 2) When we purchased the car they said the first oil change would be free, sounded good until I came back to pick it up and there was a puddle of oil under it. The service department took it in back and when they brought it back said it was just dripping oil off an oil shield under the engine, maybe that was true but it didnt leave a very good first impression and I didnt even get an apology for my additional wait time. 3) When we purchased the car we bought the Resist-All service where they (are supposed) to clean any spots in interior and make like new, they did a beautiful job the first year but the last 2 years were so bad it was almost like all they did was a poor job of vacuuming it. (I would not recommend this service to anyone - a complete waste of money as I can do a much better job of vacuuming it and cleaning it myself!) There have been a few other problems - such as one time giving me a loaner car that was filthy, full of cigarette butts and so low on gas I couldnt make it home without buying some even though I only live 3 miles away! I am sure their would probably be many other problems to list but because I was so unhappy with the times I did go that I get all my oil changes and service work done elsewhere.So anyway, I write these letters to Bill Walsh Jr. and Sr. and mail them in mid-November and I still havent heard anything back from anybody. Havent heard from Kia general manager in 6 months, havent heard from Bill Walsh Jr. in 3 months, havent heard from anyone in the organization since all this started. I really dont think anyone there actually cares about customer service, they just want to sell you a car!

I have had some problems with this dealership in the past and posted a couple negative reviews but over the last month the dealer has worked with me to correct these problems. I would like to thank Mike Tegtman in service for helping resolve an issue with a starter problem and Mark Buell for helping with a problem with the Resist-all service. The professional service these men provided has changed my mind about this dealership from being one where I would never buy another car to one I would strongly consider.
