Best place to shop for new and used .

They are incompetent and have no idea how to give prices over the phone. I want told one price over the phone and when I went to check out they upped the price by $50. I would not come here if you have any other options. They are not worth it.

If I could give them no stars Iwould! Im at the dealership with a count down to Death (the ad blue system warning for a diesel) with 20 miles left until my Touareg will not start again. I am traveling and have 1000 miles left in my drive. These guys dont understand the system on my diesel nor will they try and help me. They told me to sit around and they might get to me. Thanks guys for sending a loyal VW owner away to an unknown situation in the middle of long haul traveling! My dealership in Maine told me they would get me or anyone else in that situation right in for the simple reset of the system. THANKS FOR NOTHING BUT MORE HEADACHE!!!

Diagnostic fee is not flat. They charge by hours. You never know how much its going to be.
