Waited 7 hours for 4 tires to be put on. Ordered tires day before. After 5 hours tech came in and told me hes putting on better tires because they forgot to order them . They charged me for cheaper tires but didnt ask if it was ok. They already put other tires on. Why 7 hours. No explanation from desk guy for delay or tire switch untill all done. Not what I call good service.

Justin, David, and John have phenomenal customer service! I came in with a flat tire, they repaired it. I left and 2 hours later got a screw in a different tire. They quickly got me in to put my donut on and ordered me new tires on a Saturday. The new tires came in Monday and they got me right in. Quick, efficient, and kind. I would certainly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

First time here, I parked my car at 8am to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. They drove my car out of the bay at 6:20pm. They were crazy busy and either not enough staff or they overbooked themselves. Their only saving grace was the smiling faces at the counter. Probably wont bother with the wait to go back here again.

Ottawa Firestone continuously goes above and beyond in customer service and auto services. Super friendly and educative, they even showed me where the pin point hole was in my sidewall that I spent forever looking for. The only name a received was Justin. So THANK YOU all for your assistance and always excelling in all services!

David, the manager, is top notch. Thank you for your dedication and professionalism. I am out of town with tire issues, and he took time out of his busy schedule to give me a ride while he repaired my car. Very impressed with him, a true asset to the Firestone Auto brand.

The only place in Ottawa Kansas, that I trust and is reasonably priced to work on my car.Just moved here from the state of California,Car care express tried to charge $120, not including labor, just for an oil change.Every other mechanic quoted me $90 to $100 for an oil change.Firestone, only $60.

Ridiculous wait times. Even when you make an appointment. Never in my life have I waited 6 hours to have 2 tires put on.

Over promise and under staffed to deliver. Noon to almost six pm to do an oil change, tire rotation, safety check, and AC check. Apparently they consider appointments as only drop off times. My noon appointment (drop off) took them almost six hours to complete and by then too late to complete the services I requested. Even after I was called to pick up the car, it wasnt ready and waited 30 minutes. Worse - no apology. RIP Ottawa Firestone!

Garbage service. I went to get my valve stem replaced on my small RV. They said they couldnt fix it because it was unsafe to lift since they couldnt put it on their lift. Imagine a tire shop that cant fix a tire. So I went to the body shop down street and they fixed it in 7 minutes and charged me $18. Me, my wife and our 6 children are now back on the road for our family vacation. Thanks Bienies body shop and repair

Never go here for anything charged me $117 for diagnostic to tell me bad coil this is free at OReilly auto zone etc. Taken car in several times for a rattle in wheel well, they dont notice it i had to take the tech for drive to show them car still rattles today

Only giving a second star because of friendly service...But This is the second time I took in one of my cars and now a second time I have another problem that magically popped up. First it was wife’s power steering that went out after I took it in... then I took my truck to get my tires changed and all of a sudden I have no reverse on my truck... It worked perfectly fine all the times I reversed til the day after I took it in...I was also asked if I’d like alignment check... and now my truck never pulled left as much as it did til I took it in...coincidence or set up for more money??? Not going back in ever before they completely screw up my new truck. So much problems after I take it in.

Literally for a oil changed I asked the day before if I’d have to make an appointment, they said no. They told me to come next day between 8-8:30 am so they would do it earlier. Came at 8:20, dropped my car, it’s 4:20 and they haven’t even started. For a oil change? WORST SERVICE EVER, not even an apology?

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called my husband to notify him of the issues with his truck and to confirm which parts he wanted to replace. Was told the total would be no more than $300 with parts and labor. Pick up his truck to find out they replaced parts he never consent too nor were they a requirement for the truck to run and the total was $700 dollars! NEVER GO THERE!

3:00 pm appt for four tires and alighnment. 3 hours and waiting. People are nice but telling me they are short staffed and someones on vacation....gonna think about the next time i need tires where i purchase them from.

Prompt, honest, personable, kind. They dont push sales on you. I can go anywhere in the USA and get a tire repaired at any one of their stores.

Caused 3K in damage just doing an alignment and rotation...... Worst tire shop ever!!!
