I was told it would be 75 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation, get the bill its 89 dollars, big rip off,plus my owners manual says 10,000 miles per oil change but you most use pure synthetic oil so I did have that installed, they put on the sticker on the window 5000 miles,so there going to go against the maf. Instructions, so after this I will go to someone else, another way to get the consumer .Thats just my opinion

Purchased a RAM truck as an out of state resident and had a great experience. They did FaceTime walk throughs of the Truck, did multiple follow ups on inquiries I had via text, email, and phone depending on my availability. Delivery went well and post-delivery help needed was handled in a friendly, quick fashion. Highly appreciate my experience with the Team!

We had looked locally and on line for a few weeks and had a really great experience with the internet people. They were helpful and not pushy and set up an appointment to meet with our sales person at Sierra. My family has purchased from Bill Walsh for years, but not from Sierra. We were really relieved with the help and easiness to get the Jeep we wanted, the trade value we wanted and even an interest rate that was lower than we were quoted at our credit union. George was the manager and he was terrific and we couldnt say enough about how well Amanda treated us and even stayed late until we understood all the equipment. Sierra Jeep is top notch!

The sales of a vehicle that I had purchased from Sierra Motor Mall in Ottawa Illinois was awesome the salesperson was great was not pushy at all he respected me and respected what I wanted he went way out of his way to show me other vehicles and he found the perfect vehicle for me I purchase Vehicles before from other people and this person is young man his name is Roy Etiehne, was a great salesperson I have called them talked to him hes a very nice guy and I told him if I ever come across anybody looking for a car or wanting to trade in I will send him to you Roy your sales technique was great and I have never had a better salesperson that I can ever think of hopefully your company realizes what a good guy you are and you are an asset to your company and the sales people everywhere who are polite and are great with other people I appreciate your time and all the effort you took find me what I wanted and thank you very much and hope to do more business with you and your company thank you and God bless you.....

Sierra Motor is where we go to buy our cars, and Howard Tuttle is who we see. We just bought our third car from Sierra Motors. Its a little bit of a drive for us but well worth very mile. Howard has become a friend we look forward to seeing and always shoots us straight everytime, he takes care of us like family. Bob Healy is the finance manager who is honest and helpful with good advice. New Pacifica with warranty issues. I called and made an appointment for Ottawa with Bill Walsh. Needed a loaner and told them that from start. They made my appointment for wrong dealership to start I find out after I get to Ottawa as they logged it for LaSalle, wouldnt give me a loaner even under warranty benefits and Ive got the extended warranty. Didnt care that I just drove 40 miles to get to this appointment. Told me I could hang out for the day. UNACCEPTABLE for a $50k van with issues!

Worst place to go to and try and buy a car from Mark gave him my license and he never gave them back to me called up there several times to try and get them back now i have to spend anywhere from $30 to $50 dollars to get me a new license even the manager says to me he is done with this conversation and hangs up on me
